Description
まず、本発明の実施例1に係るモータ制御装置について説明する。図1に、本発明の実施例1に係るモータ制御装置の構成図を示す。本発明の実施例1に係るモータ制御装置101は、整流器1と、交流電圧検出部3と、停電検出部4と、停電検出条件設定部5と、を有する。
次に、本発明の実施例2に係るモータ制御装置について説明する。図4に本発明の実施例2に係るモータ制御装置の構成図を示す。実施例2に係るモータ制御装置102が、実施例1に係るモータ制御装置101と異なっている点は、停電検出条件設定部5が、交流電源10の電源電圧に応じて規定時間を変更する点である。実施例2に係るモータ制御装置102のその他の構成は、実施例1に係るモータ制御装置101と同様であるので、詳細な説明は省略する。

Claims (3)
- 交流電源から供給される交流電力を直流電力に変換して出力する整流器と、
交流電源の交流電圧値を検出して検出値として出力する交流電圧検出部と、
出力された前記検出値が規定電圧以下となっている状態が規定時間T 0 以上継続した場合に停電が発生したものと判定する停電検出部と、
前記規定時間T 0 を設定若しくは変更する停電検出条件設定部と、
前記整流器が出力した直流電力を所望の交流電力に変換する逆変換器と、
を有し、
前記停電検出部は、停電検出時に機械の保護動作を開始する指令である保護動作開始指令を前記逆変換器に入力し、
前記規定時間T 0 は、規定時間の上限値(上限規定時間)T 1 により、以下の式で規定され、
0<T 0 <T 1
ただし、
T 1 =T 3 −T 2
T 2 :保護動作を開始してから機械が停止するまでに要する一定の時間
T 3 :前記停電検出部が、交流電源の電源電圧の検出値が規定電圧未満となる電圧低下状態を検出した時点から、機械が停止するまでの時間
前記停電検出条件設定部は、モータ制御装置及びその周辺機器の通常動作を継続させるのに必要となるエネルギー量である停電耐量に応じて前記規定時間T 0 を設定する、
ことを特徴とするモータ制御装置。 - 前記停電検出条件設定部は、交流電源から供給される電源電圧に応じて前記規定時間T 0 を変更する、請求項1に記載のモータ制御装置。
- 前記停電検出条件設定部は、モータ制御装置及びその周辺機器の停電耐量に応じて前記規定電圧を設定する、請求項1または2に記載のモータ制御装置。
