Description
Embodiments of the present invention relate to an insulating spacer that is provided in a gas-insulated switchgear and a gas-insulated bus and supports a high-voltage conductor on a ground tank.
At present, switchgears are widely used in high voltage power systems such as high power plants and substations. As shown in FIG. 5, the switchgear includes a
In recent years, this switchgear is required to be applied to an underground substation in an urban area and to be economically improved, and it is an urgent task to make the switchgear compact. In particular, improving the insulation performance of the switchgear plays an extremely important role in making compact the switchgear.
Therefore, in recent years, gas-insulated switchgear (GIS) with improved insulation performance has become mainstream. In this gas insulated switchgear, the
The
There may be cases where metal foreign matter mixed in or remaining at the time of manufacture adheres to the surface of the
Therefore, conventionally, a method has been proposed in which the surface of the
Embodiments of the present invention have been proposed to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide an insulating spacer capable of suppressing electric field enhancement even when a metallic foreign object adheres.
In order to achieve the above object, the insulating spacer according to the embodiment is an insulating spacer that supports a high-voltage conductor in a ground tank, and the outer surface is coated with a non-linear dielectric constant material whose dielectric constant increases as the electric field increases. It is characterized by that.
The nonlinear dielectric constant material is formed by filling a base material with a filler, the base material is an epoxy resin, and the filler is selected from the group of strontium titanate, barium titanate and calcium titanate. It is preferable that there is at least one kind.
Hereinafter, embodiments of insulating spacers provided in a gas insulated switchgear and a gas insulated bus will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a connecting device that houses a
The
The
The
In addition,
The electric
Further, the outer surface of the
When the film thickness is less than 50 μm, it is difficult to manage the coating film thickness because the film thickness is relatively thin. When the filling rate is less than 5% by volume, the electric field nonlinearity of the dielectric constant is not sufficiently exhibited, and the creeping electric field suppressing effect described later cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the filling rate exceeds 40% by volume, the viscosity of the nonlinear dielectric constant material 9 increases, and it becomes difficult to apply to the surface of the insulating
(Action / Effect)
The effects of the connecting device that accommodates the
That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the non-coated insulating
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the insulating
