Description
本願は、中国特許出願第201410371126.X号及び中国特許出願第201420427972.4号(2014年7月31日付で中華人民共和国国家知識産権局(SIPO)に出願)の優先権及び利益を主張し、これらの全文を参照により本明細書に援用する。
Claims (19)
- スペーサ本体と;
それぞれが前記スペーサ本体の内面から突出し、前記スペーサ本体の縦方向に延びる、前記スペーサ本体の外面の一部を窪ませて形成された複数の突起と;
前記スペーサ本体の前記外面に形成され、前記突起にそれぞれ対応する、前記スペーサ本体の前記外面の一部を窪ませて形成された複数の溝と;
前記スペーサ本体の前記外面に形成され、前記溝から前記スペーサ本体の縁部へとそれぞれ延びる複数の液体案内スロットと;
を含み、
バッテリースペーサが複数の電気芯部のタブと電力バッテリーのシェルとの間に位置し、前記タブが隣接する前記突起によって支持及び位置決めされるように、前記タブが前記隣接する突起の間に形成された位置決め領域内に受容され、
前記複数の電気芯部は、前記電力バッテリーのシェル内に配置され、その端部に前記タブを有することを特徴とするバッテリースペーサ。 - 前記スロットが、前記スペーサ本体の縦方向に延びている請求項1に記載のバッテリースペーサ。
- 前記溝内に配置された補強板を更に含む請求項1から2のいずれかに記載のバッテリースペーサ。
- 前記補強板が、前記スペーサ本体の横方向に配置され、内側から外側に向かって斜め下方に延びる上面と、下面とを規定する請求項3に記載のバッテリースペーサ。
- 前記補強板の前記下面が、内側から外側に向かって斜め上方に延びている請求項4に記載のバッテリースペーサ。
- 複数の前記補強板が、各前記溝内に配置されている請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のバッテリースペーサ。
- 前記スペーサ本体の上部に配置され、スナップ接続によって絶縁部材と接続されるように構成された接続部材を更に含む請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のバッテリースペーサ。
- 前記接続部材が、前記スペーサ本体の横方向に互いに対向する2つのスナップ歯を含み、前記2つのスナップ歯が位置する平面が、前記スペーサ本体の前記外面と直交している請求項7に記載のバッテリースペーサ。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のバッテリースペーサと;
スナップ接続によって前記バッテリースペーサの上部に接続される絶縁部材と;
を含むことを特徴とする電気芯部保護アセンブリ。 - 前記バッテリースペーサが、その上部に配置された2つのスナップ歯を含む請求項9に記載の電気芯部保護アセンブリ。
- 前記2つのスナップ歯が、前記スペーサ本体の横方向に互いに対向しており、前記2つのスナップ歯が位置する平面が、前記スペーサ本体の前記外面と直交している請求項10に記載の電気芯部保護アセンブリ。
- 前記絶縁部材が、その端部の上面に形成され互いに対向する2つのスナップ溝を含み、
前記バッテリースペーサが前記スナップ歯と前記スナップ溝との間のスナップ嵌合接続によって前記絶縁部材と接続されるように、前記スナップ歯が前記スナップ溝にそれぞれスナップ嵌めされる請求項10から11のいずれかに記載の電気芯部保護アセンブリ。 - 前記スペーサ本体の横方向の前記スナップ溝の側壁面の少なくとも一部が弧状を有するように構成されて前記スペーサ本体の横方向に外側に突出しており、前記スナップ歯が前記スナップ溝の形状と適合する形状を有する請求項12に記載の電気芯部保護アセンブリ。
- シェルと;
複数の電気芯部と;
請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のバッテリースペーサとを含むことを特徴とする電力バッテリー。 - 前記複数の電気芯部が、前記シェル内に並んで配置されている請求項14に記載の電力バッテリー。
- 前記タブが巻回タブとして構成され、前記位置決め領域が前記巻回タブの形状と適合する形状を有する請求項14から15のいずれかに記載の電力バッテリー。
- シェルと;
複数の電気芯部と;
前記複数の電気芯部を前記シェル内にパッケージングするように構成されたカバーアセンブリと;
請求項9から13のいずれかに記載の電気芯部保護アセンブリとを含み、
前記絶縁部材が前記カバーアセンブリと前記複数の電気芯部との間に位置することを特徴とする電力バッテリー。 - 前記複数の電気芯部が、前記シェル内に並んで配置されている請求項17に記載の電力バッテリー。
- 前記カバーアセンブリが、第1の電極端子と第2の電極端子とを含み、
前記電力バッテリーが、前記絶縁部材を貫通して前記第1の電極端子を前記タブに接続する第1のコネクタと、前記絶縁部材を貫通して前記第2の電極端子を前記タブに接続する第2のコネクタとを含む請求項17から18のいずれかに記載の電力バッテリー。
