Hereafter, each said element of the protector connection system 1 is demonstrated separately. In the following description, the axis A of the corrugated tube 60 that covers the trunk line of the wire harness 100 (see FIG. 1 and the like) and the axis of the corrugated tube 60 that covers a branch line (a branch line) partially branched from the trunk line. The extending direction of B (see FIG. 4 and the like) is expressed as “axial direction”, and the direction orthogonal to the axial direction is expressed as “radial direction”.

First, a linear protector 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a linear protector in a protector coupling system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an arrow view in the X1 direction of the protector shown in FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a protector connection system in which a plurality of wire harnesses are connected by the protector shown in FIGS.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the protector 10 is attached to a straight portion where the corrugated tube 60 (wire harness 100) extends linearly. The protector 10 is attached to the radially outer side of the corrugated tube 60 by assembling the first member 11 and the second member 12. That is, the protector 10 is a linear and cylindrical member.

The first member 11 has three outer surfaces 11a, 11b, and 11c on the radially outer side. The outer surface 11a and the outer surface 11b are substantially orthogonally connected on one side, and the outer surface 11b and the outer surface 11c are also substantially orthogonally connected on one side. That is, the outer surface 11b is connected to the outer surface 11a and the outer surface 11c on opposite sides. Further, the outer surface 11a and the outer surface 11c are arranged to face each other.

The second member 12 includes an outer surface 12a. The outer surface 12 a is formed to face the outer surface 11 b of the first member 11 when the second member 12 is assembled to the first member 11. The second member 12 includes an engagement claw 12b, and is assembled to the first member 11 by inserting the engagement claw 12b into the engagement hole 11d of the first member 11 and engaging. In the state where the second member 12 is assembled to the first member 11, an inner peripheral surface along the outer diameter of the corrugated tube 60 is formed on the radially inner side of the protector 10 as shown in FIGS. The peripheral surface is fixed to the corrugated tube 60 by contacting the corrugated tube 60. That is, the first member 11 and the second member 12 are integrally assembled, so that the body portion of the protector 10 that is attached around the corrugated tube 60 (the electric wire constituting the wire harness 100) and protects the wire harness 100. 19 is formed. In the following description, the axial direction of the corrugated tube 60 may be expressed as the axial direction of the main body 19 of the protector 10.

In particular, in the present embodiment, the protector 10 includes two sets of engagement mechanisms 13 and 14 provided in the main body 19 as shown in FIG. 係合機構13のオス係合部15とメス係合部16は、軸線Aの方向視において、軸線Aを挟んで点対称の位置となるように、プロテクタ10の本体部19の外表面上にそれぞれ配置される。 The male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 of the engaging mechanism 13 are arranged on the outer surface of the main body portion 19 of the protector 10 so as to be point-symmetrical with respect to the axis A when viewed in the direction of the axis A. Each is arranged. In other words, the male engagement portion 15 and the female engagement portion 16 of the engagement mechanism 13 are respectively disposed at opposing positions on the outer surface of the protector 10 along the direction orthogonal to the axis A. Similarly, the male engaging portion 17 and the female engaging portion 18 of the engaging mechanism 14 are also located on the outside of the main body portion 19 of the protector 10 so as to be point-symmetrical with respect to the axis A when viewed in the direction of the axis A. It arrange | positions on the surface, respectively, in other words, it arrange | positions in the opposing position on the outer surface of the protector 10 along the direction orthogonal to the axis line A, respectively.

The extending direction of the line connecting the positions where the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 of the engaging mechanism 13 are arranged, that is, the opposing direction of the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 is the engagement. It is orthogonal to the opposing direction of the male engaging part 17 and the female engaging part 18 of the mechanism 14. That is, when viewed in the direction of the axis A, the engaging portions of the engaging mechanisms 13 and 14 are evenly spaced apart by 90 ° around the axis A. 1 and 2, the female engagement portion 16 of the engagement mechanism 13 is engaged with the outer surface 12 a of the second member 12, and the male engagement portion 17 of the engagement mechanism 14 is engaged with the outer surface 11 a of the first member 11. The male engaging portion 15 of the mechanism 13 is disposed on the outer surface 11 b of the first member 11, and the female engaging portion 18 of the engaging mechanism 14 is disposed on the outer surface 11 c of the first member 11.

The male engaging portions 15 and 17 and the female engaging portions 16 and 18 of the engaging mechanisms 13 and 14 have shapes that can be engaged with each other and have different shapes. The male engaging portions 15 and 17 of the engaging mechanisms 13 and 14 can be engaged with the female engaging portions 16 and 18 of the engaging mechanisms 13 and 14 of the other protectors 10, respectively. Similarly, the female engagement portions 16 and 18 of the engagement mechanisms 13 and 14 can be engaged with the male engagement portions 15 and 17 of the engagement mechanisms 13 and 14 of the other protectors 10, respectively. The male engaging portions 15 and 17 slide along the axial direction of the main body portion 19 (or the extending direction of the wire harness 100) with respect to the female engaging portions 16 and 18, so that the female engaging portions 16 and 18 Can be engaged. That is, the male engagement portions 15 and 17 and the female engagement portions 16 and 18 are so-called slide engagement type engagement mechanisms.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the male engaging portions 15 and 17 are provided between a pair of sliding portions 15a and 17a extending in the axial direction and the pair of sliding portions 15a and 17a. Locking claws 15b and 17b provided. The female engaging portions 16 and 18 are provided between a pair of guide grooves 16a and 18a provided to extend in the axial direction so as to be fitted to the sliding portions 15a and 17a, and between the pair of guide grooves 16a and 18a. And fixed portions 16b and 18b provided (see FIG. 3 and the like). In the engaging operation, the male engaging portions 15 and 17 are configured so that the pair of sliding portions 15a and 17a are fitted in the pair of guide grooves 16a and 18a of the female engaging portions 16 and 18, respectively. , 17a and the guide grooves 16a, 18a are slid in the axial direction in an increasing direction (engagement direction). As a result, when the locking claws 15b, 17b of the male engaging portions 15, 17 come into contact with the fixing portions 16b, 18b of the female engaging portions 16, 18, the locking claws 15b, 17b are elastically deformed to fix the fixing portions 16b, Get over 18b. In this state, the locking claws 15b and 17b of the fixing portions 16b and 18b move in a direction in which the sliding portions 15a and 17a are disengaged from the guide grooves 16a and 18a (a releasing direction opposite to the above-described engaging direction). To regulate. Further, the sliding portions 15a and 17a are restricted from moving in a predetermined direction or more in the engaging direction by the guide grooves 16a and 18a. As a result, the male engaging portions 15 and 17 are engaged with the female engaging portions 16 and 18.

A configuration example of the protector coupling system 1 including a plurality of linear protectors 10 including the two sets of engagement mechanisms 13 and 14 is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, in the protector coupling system 1, each protector 10 includes a male engagement portion 15 and a female engagement portion 16 of the engagement mechanism 13, and a male engagement portion 17 and a female of the engagement mechanism 14. The other protector 10 can be engaged via the engaging portion 18. That is, the protector 10 can be engaged with another protector 10 at both ends of a line segment that connects the positions where the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 of the engaging mechanism 13 are arranged. Engageable with two protectors 10. Similarly, the protector 10 can be engaged with another protector 10 at both ends of a line segment connecting the positions where the male engaging portion 17 and the female engaging portion 18 of the engaging mechanism 14 are arranged. The two protectors 10 can be engaged. A plurality of such protectors 10 are provided in the opposing direction of the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 of the engaging mechanism 13 or in the opposing direction of the male engaging portion 17 and the female engaging portion 18 of the engaging mechanism 14. By connecting, the protector connection system 1 can connect two or more protectors 10 along the opposing direction of the engaging mechanism 13 and the opposing direction of the engaging mechanism 14. In other words, the protector connection system 1 can connect a plurality of protectors 10 along two directions orthogonal to the axis A and also orthogonal to each other.

As described above, the linear protector 10 according to the present embodiment is attached to the periphery of the electric wire (corrugated tube 60) constituting the wire harness 100, and is provided in the main body 19 and the main body 19 that protects the wire harness 100. , Two sets of engagement mechanisms 13, 14, that is, two sets of male engagement parts 15, 17 and female engagement parts 16, 18. The male engaging portions 15 and 17 and the female engaging portions 16 and 18 have shapes that can be engaged with each other and have different shapes.

With this configuration, the opposing direction of the male engaging part 15 and the female engaging part 16 of the engaging mechanism 13 and the opposing direction of the male engaging part 17 and the female engaging part 18 of the engaging mechanism 14 are two directions. 2, two or more plural protectors 10 can be coupled to each other. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of wires more than two to which the thus coupled protectors 10 are respectively attached. The harness 100 can be connected.

Thus, by the structure which can connect more than two wire harnesses 100, for example, a large number of wire harnesses 100 can be produced separately and combined together when attached to a vehicle body or the like. The efficiency of manufacturing work can be improved. Moreover, since many wire harnesses 100 can be combined and installed in a vehicle body or the like, the degree of freedom of wiring of the wire harnesses 100 can be improved. Furthermore, when it is desired to add an electric wire after routing, if the new wire harness 100 is added and connected to the existing wire harness 100, the new wire harness 100 can be easily added while maintaining the existing wire harness 100. Can be routed.

In the protector 10 of the present embodiment, the male engaging portions 15 and 17 are arranged in the axial direction of the main body portion 19 with respect to other members (for example, other protectors 10) having a male engaging portion or a female engaging portion. The female engaging portion of the other member can be engaged by the relative movement along the other member, and the female engaging portions 16 and 18 can be engaged with the male engaging portion of the other member by the relative movement.

In the configuration in which the two wire harnesses 100 are connected in parallel via the protector 10, a situation in which a tensile force is applied in a direction in which the wire harnesses 100 are separated from each other at the time of handling can be considered. Such a situation becomes more conspicuous as the wire harness 100 becomes thicker. In such a situation, there exists a possibility that the connection part of the protector 10 which has connected the wire harness 100 may remove | deviate by this tensile force. On the other hand, in this embodiment, by the said structure, the engagement part of the male engagement parts 15 and 17 and the female engagement part of another member, or the female engagement parts 16 and 18 and the male engagement part of another member Since the sliding portions 15a and 17a of the male engaging portions 15 and 17 are fitted in the guide grooves 16a and 18a of the female engaging portions 16 and 18 along the axial direction, Engagement portions between the joint portions 15 and 17 and the female engagement portions 16 and 18 are strong against a tensile force applied in a direction in which the wire harnesses 100 are separated from each other. Thereby, it can suppress that the male engagement parts 15 and 17 of an engagement state and the female engagement part of another member, or the female engagement parts 16 and 18 and the male engagement part of another member remove | deviate.

In addition, in this embodiment, although two sets of male engaging parts 15 and 17 and female engaging parts 16 and 18 were provided in the main-body part 19 of the protector 10, and the arrangement direction of each was orthogonal, this was illustrated. It is not limited, and at least one set of the male engaging portion and the female engaging portion may be provided in the single protector 10.

For example, even if the single protector 10 includes a pair of the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16, the protector 10 has a position where the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 are arranged. The protector connection system 1 can be engaged with the other two protectors 10 at both ends of the connecting line segment. It is possible to connect two or more plural protectors 10 along the facing direction to the female engaging part 16 and the female engaging part 16, and it is possible to connect more than two wire harnesses 100. In this case, the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 may be arranged so as to be shifted by 180 ° around the axis A in the opposite direction through the axis A, as in the above embodiment. Good. For example, if the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 are arranged 90 ° apart around the axis A, a maximum of four wire harnesses 100 can be connected in a 2 × 2 grid.

On the other hand, the single protector 10 may be configured to include three or more sets of male engaging portions and female engaging portions. For example, in a configuration including three sets of male engaging portions and female engaging portions, if the opposing directions of each set of male engaging portions and female engaging portions are set to be shifted substantially equally (for example, 60 °), The protector connection system 1 can connect more than two wire harnesses 100 along these three opposing directions.

Next, the first T-shaped protector 20 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a first T-shaped protector in the protector coupling system according to the embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is an arrow in the X2 direction of the protector shown in FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a protector connection system in which a plurality of wire harnesses are connected by the protectors shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and FIG. 7 is an arrow in the X3 direction of the protector connection system shown in FIG. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the protector 20 is attached to a joint portion where the corrugated tube 60 (wire harness 100) branches in three directions. In this joint portion, the corrugated tube 60 and the wire harness 100 have a branch line extending in the direction of the axis B perpendicular to the trunk line in addition to the trunk line extending in the direction of the axis A, so-called T-shaped. Configured. For this reason, the shape of the main body portion 21 of the protector 20 attached to the outer side in the radial direction of the corrugated tube 60 in this joint portion is one direction in the linear direction (the direction of the axis A) in the wire harness 100 and the opposite direction thereof. It is formed in a T-shape that covers a portion branched in three directions consisting of a branch direction (direction of the axis B) perpendicular to the direction. That is, the protector 20 is a T-shaped and cylindrical member.

The main body portion 21 of the protector 20 includes a base portion 22a disposed around the trunk line extending in the axis A direction and a branch portion 22b disposed around the branch line extending in the axis B direction. The protector 20 is divided into a first member 23 and a second member 24 along a horizontal plane including the axis A and the axis B, and is integrally formed so as to connect the two by a hinge portion 25. The protector 20 arranges the joint portion of the corrugated tube 60 on the inner peripheral surface of the second member 24, and then rotates the first member 23 toward the second member 24 around the hinge portion 25, so that the first member The first member 23 is assembled to the second member 24 by engaging the engagement holes 23 a of the second member 24 with the engagement claws 24 a of the second member 24, thereby fixing the outer periphery of the corrugated tube 60.

The protector 20 includes a set of engagement mechanisms 26 provided in the main body 21. The configuration of the engagement mechanism 26 is the same as the engagement mechanisms 13 and 14 of the protector 10 described above. That is, the engagement mechanism 26 includes a male engagement portion 27 and a female engagement portion 28 having the same configuration as the male engagement portions 15 and 17 and the female engagement portions 16 and 18 described above.

Of the main body portion 21 of the protector 20, the base portion 22a is such that the male engagement portion 27 and the female engagement portion 28 of the engagement mechanism 26 are positioned point-symmetrically across the axis A when viewed in the direction of the axis A. Are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of each. In other words, the male engagement portion 27 and the female engagement portion 28 of the engagement mechanism 26 are respectively disposed at opposing positions on the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 22a of the protector 20 along the direction orthogonal to the axis A and the axis B. The

The male engagement portion 27 of the engagement mechanism 26 can be engaged with the female engagement portion 28 of the engagement mechanism 26 of the other protector 20. Similarly, the female engagement portion 28 of the engagement mechanism 26 can be engaged with the male engagement portion 27 of the engagement mechanism 26 of the other protector 20. The slide engagement direction of the engagement mechanism 26 is a direction along the axis A.

6 and 7 show a configuration example of the protector coupling system 1 including a plurality of first T-shaped protectors 20 including such a set of engagement mechanisms 26. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the protector coupling system 1, each protector 20 can be engaged with another protector 20 via a male engaging portion 27 and a female engaging portion 28 of the engaging mechanism 26. is there. In other words, the protector 20 can be engaged with another protector 20 at both ends of a line segment connecting the positions where the male engaging portion 27 and the female engaging portion 28 of the engaging mechanism 26 are arranged. Engageable with the two protectors 20. By connecting a plurality of such protectors 20 in the opposing direction of the male engaging portion 27 and the female engaging portion 28 of the engaging mechanism 26, the protector connecting system 1 is along the opposing direction of the engaging mechanism 26. Two or more protectors 20 can be connected. In other words, the protector connection system 1 can connect the plurality of protectors 20 along the direction orthogonal to the axis A and the axis B.

Thus, the first T-shaped protector 20 of the present embodiment is attached around the electric wire (corrugated tube 60) constituting the wire harness 100, and the main body 21 for protecting the wire harness 100; A set of engagement mechanisms 26, that is, a set of male engagement portions 27 and female engagement portions 28 provided in the main body portion 21 are provided. The male engaging part 27 and the female engaging part 28 are shapes that can be engaged with each other and have different shapes.

With this configuration, it is possible to connect two or more protectors 20 along the opposing direction of the male engagement portion 27 and the female engagement portion 28 of the engagement mechanism 26, which is shown in FIGS. In this way, it is possible to connect more than two wire harnesses 100 to which the protectors 20 thus connected are respectively attached.

Moreover, also in the protector 20 of this embodiment, similarly to said linear shape protector 10, it is a male engaging part with respect to the other member (for example, other protector 20) provided with a male engaging part or a female engaging part. 27 can be engaged with the female engaging portion of the other member by relative movement along the axial direction (direction of the axis A) of the base portion 22a of the main body portion 21, and the female engaging portion 28 can be engaged with the other by the relative movement. By being a so-called slide engagement type engagement mechanism that can be engaged with the male engagement portion of the member, the engagement portion between the male engagement portion 27 and the female engagement portion of the other member, or the female engagement The engaging portion between the portion 28 and the male engaging portion of the other member becomes strong against the tensile force applied in the direction in which the wire harnesses 100 are separated from each other. Thereby, it can suppress that the male engagement part 27 of an engagement state and the female engagement part of another member, or the female engagement part 28 and the male engagement part of another member remove | deviate.

In the present embodiment, the protector 20 is a contact point between the trunk line of the wire harness 100 extending in the direction of the axis A and the branch line of the wire harness 100 extending in the direction of the axis B perpendicular to the trunk line. Since it is attached around the T-shaped joint portion, the T-shaped configuration is exemplified, but a shape other than the T-shaped shape may be used. For example, a Y shape extending in three directions at substantially equal intervals or a cross shape extending in four directions may be used.

Next, the second T-shaped protectors 30a and 30b will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a second T-shaped protector of the protector connection system according to the embodiment of the present invention, and a protector connection system in which a plurality of wire harnesses are connected by these protectors. FIG. 9 is an arrow view in the X4 direction of the protector connection system shown in FIG. 8, and FIG. 10 is an arrow view in the X5 direction of the protector connection system shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 8, the basic configuration of the second T-shaped protectors 30a and 30b is the same as that of the first T-shaped protector 20 described above. That is, the main body part 31, the base part 32 a, the branch part 32 b, the first member 33, the engagement hole 33 a, the second member 34, the engagement claw 34 a, the set of engagement mechanisms 35 (male engagement part) of the protectors 30 a and 30 b 36, the female engaging portion 37) includes a main body portion 21, a base portion 22a, a branching portion 22b, a first member 23, an engaging hole 23a, a second member 24, an engaging claw 24a, and a set of engaging mechanisms. 26 (male engaging portion 27, female engaging portion 28).

The protectors 30a and 30b further include one of the male engaging portion 36 and the female engaging portion 37 as a third engaging portion in addition to the pair of male engaging portion 36 and female engaging portion 37. This is different from the protector 20 described above. This third engaging portion is orthogonal to the opposing direction of the male engaging portion 36 and the female engaging portion 37 and is positioned on the outer surface of the base portion 32a opposite to the branching portion 32b (in the protector 20, the hinge portion). 25 is provided). More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the protector 30a is provided with a male engaging portion 38 having the same configuration as the male engaging portion 36 as the third engaging portion. 30b is provided with a female engaging portion 39 having the same configuration as the female engaging portion 37 as the third engaging portion. The male engaging portion 38 of the protector 30a and the female engaging portion 39 of the protector 30b are arranged so as to be slidable by relative movement along the axis A.

As described above, the protectors 30a and 30b, like the protector 20, are configured to include a pair of engaging mechanisms 35 (male engaging portion 36 and female engaging portion 37) provided on the main body 31, so Two or more protectors 30a and 30b can be connected to each other along the opposing direction of the mating portion 36 and the female engaging portion 37, that is, the direction orthogonal to the axes A and B, respectively. Furthermore, the protectors 30a and 30b can be connected to each other along the direction of the axis A by the male engaging portion 38 of the protector 30a and the female engaging portion 39 of the protector 30b. That is, the protector connection system 1 including a plurality of second T-shaped protectors 30a and 30b can connect more protectors 30a and 30b than the protector 20, and more wire harnesses 100 can be connected. Can be linked.

Next, the bracket 40 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a schematic configuration of a bracket in the protector coupling system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 12 is a perspective view of the bracket of FIG. 11 viewed from the male engagement portion side. FIG. 13 is a perspective view of the bracket of FIG. 11 viewed from the female engaging portion side. FIG. 14 is a plan view of the bracket shown in FIGS. 11 to 13 and the first T-shaped protector shown in FIGS. It is a figure which shows the protector connection system which connected several wire harness.

As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the bracket 40 includes a flat plate-like base portion 41 having two opposing flat surfaces 41 a and 41 b, a male engagement portion 42 provided on one flat surface 41 a of the base portion 41, and the other And a female engaging portion 43 provided on the flat surface 41b. The configurations of the male engaging portion 42 and the female engaging portion 43 are the same as the male engaging portion 15 and the female engaging portion 16 of the protector 10 described above. The male engaging portion 42 and the female engaging portion 43 are disposed to face each other with the base 41 interposed therebetween.

The male engaging portion 42 of the bracket 40 can be engaged with the female engaging portion 28 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the first T-shaped protector 20 described above. Further, the female engaging portion 43 of the bracket 40 can be engaged with the male engaging portion 27 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the protector 20. That is, the single bracket 40 can be interposed between the two protectors 20 and connected to each other. A direction Y1 in which the male engaging portion 42 is inserted into the female engaging portion 28 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the protector 20, and a direction in which the male engaging portion 27 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the protector 20 is inserted into the female engaging portion 43. They are arranged in the opposite direction to Y2.

The structural example of the protector connection system 1 provided with such a bracket 40 and said 1st T-shaped protector 20 is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 14, in the protector coupling system 1, the bracket 40 can be coupled to the two protectors 20 via the male engaging portion 42 and the female engaging portion 43. In addition, the direction Y1 in which the male engaging portion 42 of the bracket 40 is inserted into the female engaging portion 28 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the protector 20, and the male engaging portion 27 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the protector 20 in the female engaging portion 43. Since the male engaging portion 42 and the female engaging portion 43 are arranged so that the direction Y2 into which the screw is inserted is opposite, the bracket 40 is a branched portion of the protector 20 connected to the male engaging portion 42. The extending direction of 22b and the extending direction of the branch part 22b of the protector 20 connected to the female engaging part 43 can be reversed. That is, the protector connection system 1 can change the direction of the branch part 22b of these two protectors 20 to a reverse direction by connecting the two 1st T-shaped protectors 20 via the bracket 40. FIG. Thereby, the freedom degree of wiring of the wire harness 100 can further be improved.

In the present embodiment, the single bracket 40 includes a set of male engaging portions 42 and female engaging portions 43, that is, both the male engaging portions 42 and the female engaging portions 43 are provided one by one. Although the configuration in which they are opposed to each other has been illustrated, a configuration in which one of the male engagement portion 42 and the female engagement portion 43 is disposed to face each other may be employed. For example, the two male engaging portions 42 may be configured to face each other on the base 41. In this case, each of the two male engaging portions 42 is inserted into the female engaging portion 28 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the protector 20. It is preferable to arrange the two male engaging portions 42 so that the directions are opposite to each other. Similarly, the structure may be such that two female engaging portions 43 are disposed to face a single bracket 40. In this case, the male engaging portions 27 of the engaging mechanism 26 of the protector 20 are respectively connected to the two female engaging portions 43. It is preferable to arrange the two female engaging portions 43 so that the direction in which the is inserted is opposite.

Moreover, although the structure which connects the bracket 40 with the 1st T-shaped protector 20 was illustrated in this embodiment, the bracket 40 is the linear-shaped protector 10 and the 2nd T-shaped protector 30a, 30b. Can be linked together.

Next, the band clip 50 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a band clip in the protector coupling system according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 15, the band clip 50 is a component that is wound around and fixed to a fixed object. Examples of the fixed object include a corrugated tube 60 (portion where a plurality of wires of the wire harness 100 are bundled), the protectors 10, 20, 30a, and 30b, or a fixed object on the main body side such as a vehicle body. The band clip 50 includes an engaging portion 51 having the same configuration as that of either the male engaging portion 15 or the female engaging portion 16 of the protector 10. In the example of FIG. 15, the structure provided with the female engaging part is illustrated. The direction of sliding engagement of the engaging portion 51 of the band clip 50 is arranged along the direction of the axis A of the corrugated tube 60 in a state of being attached to the corrugated tube 60.

Thus, the band clip 50 is connected to the engaging mechanism of the protectors 10, 20, 30a, 30b by including the engaging portion 51 having the same configuration as that of one of the male engaging portion and the female engaging portion. Therefore, one wire harness 100 to which the band clip 50 is attached is connected to the other wire harness 100 to which the protectors 10, 20, 30a, and 30b connected to the band clip 50 are attached in the direction of the axis A. It becomes possible to arrange | position in parallel along.

In addition, in this embodiment, although the structure provided with one of a male engaging part or a female engaging part in the band clip 50 was illustrated, similarly to this, on the main body side, such as the vehicle body which routes the wire harness 100, it is male. An engaging part or a female engaging part can also be provided.

As described above, the protector coupling system 1 according to the present embodiment includes the linear protector 10 described above, the first T-shaped protector 20, and the second T-shaped protectors 30a and 30b. The bracket 40 used for connection between these protectors 10, 20, 30 a, 30 b and the band clip 50 used for connection between the protectors 10, 20, 30 a, 30 b and the other wire harness 100 are provided. Such a protector connection system 1 can connect more than two wire harnesses 100 by combining these components and connecting them together. Moreover, the efficiency of the production work of the wire harness 100 can be improved, and the freedom degree of the wiring harness 100 can be improved.

In addition, the protector connection system 1 of this embodiment should just be provided with at least 1 type of said protector 10,20,30a, 30b, and the structure which does not contain at least one of the bracket 40 and the band clip 50 may be sufficient.

Moreover, as described above, the wire harness 100 according to the present embodiment includes the linear protector 10 including at least one pair of the male engagement portion and the female engagement portion, and the first T-shape. By adopting a configuration in which one of the protector 20 and the second T-shaped protectors 30a and 30b can be attached, it is possible to connect to more than two wire harnesses 100. Efficiency can be improved and the freedom of routing can be improved.

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, the said embodiment was shown as an example and is not intending limiting the range of invention. The above-described embodiment can be implemented in various other forms, and various omissions, replacements, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. The above-described embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the invention described in the claims and equivalents thereof, as long as they are included in the scope and gist of the invention.

In the said embodiment, although the engagement mechanism which a male engagement part and a female engagement part slide-engage was illustrated, it is a mutually engageable shape and a set of engagement parts which are different shapes. Any configuration other than the slide engagement method may be used. For example, one of the protrusions and the other may be a hole, and the protrusion may be engaged with the hole.
