Description
The present invention relates to a machine part, a method for manufacturing a machine part, and a timepiece.
Conventionally, gears are frequently used as mechanical parts used in small precision machines such as watches. A gear is generally used with a shaft member as a rotating shaft fitted therein. For fitting of such a shaft member, in particular, in the case of a small and high-precision machine part, a driving method is often employed.
By the way, as such high-precision machine parts such as gears, silicon has come to be used in recent years as higher processing accuracy is required (for example, see Patent Document 1). Silicon is easy to wear compared to crystalline materials such as ruby, but is hard to wear compared to metal, so it has excellent durability, and is therefore often used for mechanical parts such as gears. Furthermore, since silicon is lighter than a metal material, it is suitable as a material for parts with reduced inertial force, and from this point, it is often used for mechanical parts such as gears.
However, since silicon has a drawback that it is highly brittle, parts such as gears made of silicon, particularly when a shaft member or the like is fitted and mounted, are likely to be cracked when driven. There's a problem. In order to deal with such cracks, a method of using a spring as a driving portion of the shaft has been conventionally employed. However, even if such a method is adopted, it has not yet been possible to reliably prevent silicon cracking.
In addition, in order to prevent cracking during driving, the diameter of the shaft member is made smaller than the through hole serving as a fitting hole (driving hole), and after fitting (after driving), the shaft member is made of silicon by bonding or the like. Fixing to parts is also conceivable. However, in that case, since it is difficult to align the shaft member with the through hole of the silicon component and the shaft member is easily decentered, there is a problem in that the rotation is not smoothly performed when applied to a rotating member such as a gear.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object thereof is a machine part capable of satisfactorily driving a drive-in part without causing cracks to a part made of a brittle material such as silicon, and the machine. It is in providing the manufacturing method of a component, and a timepiece.
A mechanical component according to the present invention is a mechanical component to which a driving component is attached by driving, and is fixed on at least one of the base component having a through hole and a brittle material, And an electroformed part having a holding hole into which the driven part is driven and is coaxial with the through hole of the base part and having a diameter smaller than that of the through hole.
According to this mechanical component, since the electroformed component having a holding hole coaxial with the through hole and smaller in diameter than the through hole is mounted on at least one of the planes of the brittle material base component, When the driven part is driven toward the through hole of the base part and the holding hole of the electroformed part, the driven part is supported by the holding hole of the electroformed part, and the base part is prevented from being cracked. Further, since the through hole of the base part and the holding hole of the electroformed part are coaxial and the driven part is attached by driving, the driven part is easily aligned and the eccentricity is prevented.
Moreover, the mechanical component of this invention may be provided with the said mechanical component and the driving | running | working component struck and attached to the said holding hole.
In that case, the driving component may be a shaft member or a bush holding the shaft member.
If it does in this way, there will be no crack in a base part, and also a driving | running | working part will be driven and it will become a favorable machine part integrated.
In addition, the method for manufacturing a mechanical component according to the present invention is a method for manufacturing a mechanical component to which a driven component is attached by driving, and includes an electroformed component having a holding hole into which the driven component is driven on a brittle material substrate. And a step of forming a base part by forming a through hole coaxial with the holding hole in the brittle material substrate.
According to this method of manufacturing a mechanical component, an electroformed part having a holding hole on a brittle material substrate is formed by electroforming, and a through hole coaxial with the holding hole is formed in the brittle material substrate. Unlike forming a part having a holding hole by bonding, the center deviation between the through hole and the holding hole can be suppressed, so that eccentricity with the driven-in part is prevented. In addition, in the machine part obtained by this method, when the driven part is driven into the through hole and the holding hole as described above, the load at the time of driving is absorbed by the electroformed part, and the base part is cracked. It is prevented from occurring.
Moreover, in the manufacturing method of the said machine component, it is preferable to have the process of driving in and mounting a drive-in component in the holding hole of the said electroformed component.
In that case, the driving component may be a shaft member or a bush holding the shaft member.
In this way, it is possible to manufacture a good mechanical part in which the base part is not cracked and the driving part is driven and integrated.

(Structure of the wheel)
Next, the structure of the wheel as an embodiment of the mechanical component of the present invention will be described. In addition, since the structure of a number wheel is substantially the same, it demonstrates using the number 3
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the third wheel &
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
As described later, the
The
As described above, the

(Manufacturing method of the wheel)
Next, based on such a method for manufacturing the third wheel &
First, as shown in FIG. 8A, a
Then, as shown in FIG. 8B, a
Subsequently, a photoresist is applied onto the
Subsequently, by developing with a developer, a resist
Next, as shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, the
When nickel electroforming is performed using a sulfamic acid bath, as shown in FIG. 10A, a sulfamic acid bath containing nickel sulfamate hydrate as a main component in a
Then, the
Then, metal ions contained in the
A sulfamine discharged from the
Subsequently, after the
Next, a photoresist is applied to the other surface of the
Subsequently, by developing with a developer, a resist
Next, the
Next, as shown in FIG. 9I, the resist
Next, the
Further, when the
By driving the
Furthermore, since the holding
In addition, since the
In the
Further, in the manufacturing method of the
Further, in a timepiece using the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the mechanical parts of the present invention are applied to the
Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where a shaft member was used as a component driven into the holding hole of an electroformed component, this invention is not limited to this, For example, a shaft member is hold | maintained as a drive-in component. A bushing can also be used. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, an
As the
Therefore, even if the
In the above embodiment, the
