Description
「消石灰(hydrated lime)」との用語は、水酸化カルシウムについて言及しており、これはまた、Ca(OH)2として知られている。ここで用いる「水和(hydrated)」との用語は、水分子が存在することを意味するものではない。
Claims (14)
- 燃焼システム内で、通常の作動状態の間に生成される燃焼排出物を低減させる方法であって、前記燃焼システムが、燃焼チャンバーからSCRシステム、空気予熱器、微粒子収集装置及び噴霧乾式吸収装置を連続的に通って、該噴霧乾式吸収装置の下流側のバグハウスへ運ぶガス流路を有し、前記方法が、
前記燃焼チャンバーの下流側、かつ、前記バグハウスの上流側の投入位置で、水酸化カルシウムの乾燥粉末を、燃焼排ガス中に混合させること、
前記噴霧乾式吸収装置内で、前記燃焼排ガス中に水(H 2 O)を噴霧し、加湿するとともに、前記燃焼排ガスの温度を下げること、および、
前記燃焼排ガスをバグハウスに通し、そこで前記水酸化カルシウムの粉末が、前記燃焼排ガス中の汚染物質を捕捉すること
を備え、
前記投入位置が、前記SCRシステムの下流側で前記空気予熱器の上流側にある方法。 - 前記投入位置と前記噴霧乾式吸収装置との間で、前記燃焼排ガスに液体が添加されない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記バグハウスが、パルスジェット繊維性フィルター、振動圧縮繊維性フィルター、または、逆流ガス繊維性フィルターである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼排ガス中に混合される水酸化カルシウムの乾燥粉末の量が、当該燃焼排ガスの排出レベルに応じて、時間とともに変化する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記噴霧乾式吸収装置に流入する前記燃焼排ガスが、220°F(104.4℃)以上の温度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼チャンバーから流出する前記燃焼排ガスが、400°F(204.4℃)以上の温度を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼システムが、ボイラー、キルン、加熱炉、溶鉱炉、ロースター、加熱炉を有するボイラーを用いる発電システムのバッテリー、ヒーター、オーブン、および、焼却炉からなるグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 噴霧乾式吸収装置を用いて、燃焼排ガスを清浄なものとする燃焼システムを作動させるための方法であって、前記燃焼システムが、燃焼チャンバーからSCRシステム、空気予熱器、微粒子収集装置及び噴霧乾式吸収装置を連続的に通って、該噴霧乾式吸収装置の下流側のバグハウスへ運ぶガス流路を有し、該方法が、
燃焼チャンバーの下流側、かつ、前記バグハウスの上流側の投入位置で、前記燃焼排ガス中に、水酸化カルシウムの乾燥粉末を混合させること、
前記噴霧乾式吸収装置内で、前記燃焼排ガス中に水(H 2 O)を噴霧し、微粒子を含む清浄な燃焼排ガスとすること、および、
バグハウス内で、前記微粒子を含む清浄な燃焼排ガス中の該微粒子を堆積させ、燃焼排出物を低減させるフィルターケーキを形成すること
を備え、
前記投入位置が、前記SCRシステムの下流側、かつ、前記燃焼チャンバーと前記噴霧乾式吸収装置との間に位置する空気予熱器の上流側にある方法。 - 前記燃焼排ガス中に投入される水酸化カルシウムの乾燥粉末の量が、排出レベルを所定値と比較することにより決定される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記投入位置と前記噴霧乾式吸収装置との間で、前記燃焼排ガス中に液体が添加されない、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記噴霧乾式吸収装置内で噴霧される前記水が、補助ノズルを通って噴霧され、前記噴霧乾式吸収装置の噴霧器が作動してない、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記噴霧乾式吸収装置に流入する前記燃焼排ガスが、220°F(104.4℃)以上の温度を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼チャンバーを流出する燃焼排ガスが、400°F(204.4℃)以上の温度を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記燃焼システムが、ボイラー、キルン、加熱炉、溶鉱炉、ロースター、加熱炉を有するボイラーを用いる発電システムのバッテリー、ヒーター、オーブン、および、焼却炉からなるグループから選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
