Claims (33)
- ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品において、
前記コーティングは、
銀を含む第1赤外線(IR)反射層及び第2赤外線(IR)反射層(前記第1IR反射層は、前記第2IR反射層より前記ガラス基板にさらに近く位置する)と、
前記銀を含む第1IR反射層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているNiCrを含む第1接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第1接触層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているシリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層と、
前記シリコン窒化物を含む層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているNiCrを含む第2接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第2接触層上に位置し、これと直接接触している前記銀を含む第2IR反射層と、
前記第2IR反射層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているNiCrを含む第3接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第3接触層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているシリコン窒化物を含むまた他の誘電体層と、を含み、
前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層の少なくとも2倍厚く、
前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が55%以下であり、一体型で測定されたガラス側可視光線反射率が11%以下である、被覆製品。 - 前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定されたガラス側可視光線反射率が10%以下である、請求項1に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定されたガラス側可視光線反射率が9%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定されたガラス側可視光線反射率が8%以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも40Å厚い、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも50Å厚い、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が50%以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が45%以下である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第1接触層上に位置し、これと直接接触している前記シリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層は非晶質である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第1接触層は、金属性であり、5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記NiCrを含む第1接触層、第2接触層、及び第3接触層は、それぞれ、金属性であり、5%(原子%)以下の酸素を含有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記第1接触層、第2接触層、及び/又は第3接触層は、窒素を含有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が25%〜55%である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、焼き戻し処理されておらず、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が35%〜45%である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、焼き戻し処理されている、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、熱処理されており、ガラス側反射率ΔE*値は、熱処理によって5.0以下である、請求項15に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記被覆製品は、熱処理されており、一体型で測定された可視光線透過率が35%〜50%である、請求項15又は16に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記銀を含む第1IR反射層は、厚さが30Å〜70Åであり、前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、厚さが110Å〜180Åである、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、ジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコートをさらに含む、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、シート抵抗(Rs)が4.0Ω/□以下である、請求項1〜19のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層の下に位置し、これと直接接触しているNiCrを含むまた別の接触層をさらに含む、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 前記コーティングは、前記ガラス基板上に位置し、これと直接接触しているシリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層をさらに含む、請求項1〜21のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品。
- 請求項1〜22のいずれか一項に記載の被覆製品、及び前記被覆製品に結合されるまた他のガラス基板を含む、IG窓ユニット。
- 前記IG窓ユニットは、外側から見るときに外観が灰色又は暗灰色であり、前記IG窓ユニットの前記ガラス基板は、灰色ではなく、透明なガラス基板である、請求項23に記載のIG窓ユニット。
- 断熱ガラス(IG)窓ユニットにおいて、
第1ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングを含む被覆製品、を含み、
前記第1ガラス基板は、その上に前記コーティングを含み、前記第1ガラス基板との間に間隙が含まれるように第2ガラス基板と結合されて、前記第1ガラス基板は、前記IG窓ユニットの外部/外側にあるようにして、前記第2ガラス基板は、前記IG窓ユニットが実装されるか、又は実装される予定の建物の内部に隣接した前記IG窓ユニットの内部/内側にあるようにし、前記コーティングは、前記基板の間の前記間隙に面する前記第1ガラス基板の主表面上にあり、
前記第1ガラス基板によって支持されるコーティングは、
銀を含む第1赤外線(IR)反射層及び第2赤外線(IR)反射層(前記第1IR反射層は、前記第2IR反射層より前記ガラス基板に近く位置する)と、
前記銀を含む第1IR反射層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているNiCrを含む第1接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第1接触層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているシリコン窒化物を含む誘電体層と、
前記シリコン窒化物を含む層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているNiCrを含む第2接触層と、
前記第2接触層上に位置し、これと直接接触している前記銀を含む第2IR反射層と、
前記第2IR反射層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているNiCrを含む第3接触層と、
前記NiCrを含む第3接触層上に位置し、これと直接接触しているシリコン窒化物を含むまた他の誘電体層と、を含み、
前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも30Å厚く、
前記IG窓ユニットは、可視光線透過率が50%以下で、外側可視光線反射率が12%以下であり、
前記IG窓ユニットは、外側から見るときに外観が灰色又は暗灰色であり、前記IG窓ユニットの第1及び第2ガラス基板は、灰色ではなく、透明なガラス基板である、断熱ガラス(IG)窓ユニット。 - 前記IG窓ユニットは、外側可視光線反射率が10%以下である、請求項25に記載のIG窓ユニット。
- 前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層より少なくとも40Å厚い、請求項25又は26に記載のIG窓ユニット。
- 前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、前記銀を含む第1IR反射層の少なくとも2倍厚い、請求項25〜27のいずれか一項に記載のIG窓ユニット。
- 前記ガラス基板は、焼き戻し処理されている、請求項25〜28のいずれか一項に記載のIG窓ユニット。
- 前記銀を含む第1IR反射層は、厚さが30Å〜70Åであり、前記銀を含む第2IR反射層は、厚さが110Å〜180Åである、請求項25〜29のいずれか一項に記載のIG窓ユニット。
- 前記コーティングは、ジルコニウム酸化物を含むオーバーコートをさらに含む、請求項25〜30のいずれか一項に記載のIG窓ユニット。
