The groove portion 21m opens on the outer surface of the shaft-shaped member 21. The pushing member 22 is made of a plate-like member, and is inserted into the groove 21m and attached. (FIG. 3 (a) → FIG. 3 (b), FIG. 5 (a) → FIG. 5 (b), FIG. 6 (a) → FIG. 6 (b) and FIG. 7 (a) → FIG. 7 (b)). 5 (a) and 5 (b) are cross-sectional views as viewed from the arrow V1-V1 in FIG. 4, and FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) are cross-sectional views as viewed from the arrow V2-V2 in FIG. 7 (a) and 7 (b) are cross-sectional views as seen from the direction of arrows V3-V3 in FIG.

3A, 3 </ b> B, and 4, a plurality of (two in this case) fixing means 23 are provided on the shaft-shaped member 21, and the pushing member 22 inserted into the groove portion 21 m of the shaft-shaped member 21 is provided. It is fixed to the shaft-shaped member 21. As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the shaft-like member 21 is provided with a fixing means attaching portion 21K formed by hollowing out the surface. Each fixing means 23 includes a main body portion 23a screwed into the fixing means attaching portion 21K, an urging spring 23b contracted in the main body portion 23a, and an outer side of the main body portion 23a by the urging spring 23b (FIG. 6). Of the spherical engaging portion 23c urged toward the left side of the paper. The engaging portion 23c protrudes into the groove portion 21m in a state where the pressing force toward the main body portion 23a side (the right side in FIG. 6) is not acting.

In FIG. 3A and FIGS. 6A and 6B, the side surface of the push-in member 22 is provided with a plurality of depressions 22h (here, two holes). When the pushing member 22 is inserted into the groove portion 21m of the shaft-like member 21, the pushing member 22 pushes the engaging portion 23c against the biasing force of the biasing spring 23b toward the main body portion 23a (to the right in the drawing in FIG. 6). To do. Then, when the pushing member 22 is completely inserted into the groove 21m and the engaging portion 23c is lowered to a position facing the recessed portion 22h, the engaging portion 23c urged by the urging spring 23b is placed in the recessed portion 22h. Engagement (insertion) is performed, and the pushing member 22 is fixed to the shaft-like member 21 (FIG. 6B).

3A and 3B and FIGS. 7A and 7B, the push-in member 22 includes a knob 22a that protrudes from the side surface. On the other hand, the shaft-shaped member 21 is provided with a groove forming portion 21G formed by hollowing out the surface of the shaft-shaped member 21, and the groove forming portion 21G is provided with a positioning groove 21U extending orthogonally to the groove portion 21m. It has been. When the pushing member 22 is inserted into the groove 21m, the knob 22a is inserted into the positioning groove 21U from above. Thereby, the pushing member 22 can be attached to the exact position in the groove part 21m.

In a state where the pushing member 22 is inserted into the groove portion 21m of the shaft-shaped member 21 and the knob portion 22a is inserted into the positioning groove 21U, the knob portion 22a is accommodated in an accommodation space 21S formed in the shaft-shaped member 21. Thereby, the knob | pick part 22a will be in the state settled in the area | region inside the circular outer peripheral surface of the shaft-shaped member 21 (FIG.3 (b) and FIG.7 (b)). The accommodation space 21S is a space portion formed by hollowing out the shaft-like member 21 when forming the groove forming portion 21G.

8 (a) and 8 (b), end openings 21D of the groove 21m are formed in the end walls 21B at both ends of the shaft-shaped member 21. On the other hand, on both end portions of the push-in member 22 are formed slope portions 22L that are narrowed from the outside to the inside of the shaft-like member 21 in a state of being attached to the shaft-like member 21 (see FIG. 3A as well). reference). In a state where the pushing member 22 is completely inserted into the shaft-like member 21, a part of the inclined surface portion 22L of the pushing member 22 is exposed to the outside of the groove portion 21m from the end opening 21D.

3A, 3 </ b> B, and 8 </ b> A, a pair of engaging grooves 21 </ b> C are provided at both ends of the shaft-like member 21. When attaching the shaft-shaped member 21 to the housing 11, the engaging grooves 21C at both ends of the shaft-shaped member 21 are engaged with pin members (not shown) provided in each of the pair of cylindrical body support portions 14b.

In preparation for the mask cleaning operation by the cleaning mechanism 1 </ b> B, the operator attaches the paper roll 12 </ b> R and the shaft-shaped member 21 to the housing 11. The paper roll 12R is attached to the housing 11 by supporting both ends of the shaft member 13a inserted through the paper roll 12R with a pair of shaft member support portions 13b. The shaft member 21 is attached to the housing 11 in the manner described above.

The shaft-like member 21 is weight balanced so that there is no eccentricity around the rotation center shaft 21X in a state where the pushing member 22 is inserted into the groove 21m. For this reason, when the shaft-like member 21 is placed on a horizontal surface in a state where the pushing member 22 is not inserted into the groove portion 21m, the groove portion 21m faces upward. Therefore, in a state where both end portions are supported by the pair of cylindrical body support portions 14b, the shaft-like member 21 is in a posture with the groove portion 21m facing upward.

When the operator attaches the paper roll 12R and the shaft-shaped member 21 in the housing 11, the operator pulls out the paper member 12 from the paper roll 12R. Then, a part (end portion) of the drawn paper member 12 is positioned above the groove portion 21m of the shaft-like member 21 (FIG. 3A). At this time, the paper member 12 is configured such that both end portions in the width direction are positioned inside the both end portions of the groove portion 21m (FIG. 3A).

When a part of the paper roll 12R is positioned above the groove 21m of the shaft-shaped member 21 as described above, the pushing member 22 is inserted into the groove 21m of the shaft-shaped member 21 from above the paper member 12. In this insertion process, the pushing member 22 pushes the paper member 12 into the groove portion 21m. Therefore, when the pushing member 22 is fixed to the shaft member 21 by the fixing means 23, the paper member 12 is attached to the shaft member 21. A state is reached (FIG. 9). Thus, the preparation is completed, and the mask cleaning work by the cleaning mechanism 1B becomes possible.

In the mask cleaning operation, the cleaning head 15 is raised to push up the paper member 12, and the pushed-up portion (referred to as a cleaning site) of the paper member 12 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the mask 3. Then, the entire cleaning mechanism 1B is moved in the horizontal direction by a moving mechanism (not shown). As a result, the paper member 12 slides on the lower surface of the mask 3, and the paste Pst adhering to the lower surface of the mask 3 is wiped off by the paper member 12.

When the cleaning site is contaminated by the mask cleaning operation, the drive motor 14c is operated to rotate the shaft-shaped member 21 by a certain amount around the rotation center axis 21X. As a result, the paper member 12 is wound around the shaft-shaped member 21, and the portion pushed up by the cleaning head 15 of the paper member 12, that is, the cleaning site is updated to a new region of the paper member 12.

When the winding of the paper member 12 has progressed and the paper member 12 from the paper member supply unit 13 has disappeared (the paper member 12 has been separated from the paper member supply unit 13), the used paper member 12 has been wound. The cylindrical body 14a is removed from the housing 11. Then, the cylindrical body 14a is rotated in a direction opposite to that when the paper member 12 is wound, and the paper member 12 is peeled off from the cylindrical body 14a. Thus, when the pushing member 22 attached to the shaft-like member 21 is exposed, the pushing member 22 is removed from the shaft-like member 21.

The pushing member 22 is removed from the shaft-like member 21 by pulling up the knob 22a. In this case, the pusher member 22 can be removed from the shaft-like member 21 with a smaller force as the knob 22 a is provided closer to the end of the pusher member 22. Alternatively, instead of pulling up the knob 22a as described above, as shown in FIG. 10, a finger Fg is inserted from the end of the shaft-shaped member 21, and the pushing member exposed from the end opening 21D of the shaft-shaped member 21 The inclined surface portion 22L of 22 may be pushed up outward in the radial direction of the shaft-shaped member 21.

As described above, in the screen printing apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment, when the pushing member 22 is inserted into the groove portion 21m of the shaft-like member 21, a part of the paper member 12 is pushed into the groove portion 21m. 22 is fixed to the shaft-shaped member 21 by the fixing means 23. As a result, the paper member 12 is firmly fixed to the shaft-shaped member and does not come off the shaft-shaped member 21. For this reason, according to the screen printing apparatus 1 in this Embodiment, the paper member 12 can be wound up stably and the mask 3 can be cleaned smoothly.

In the above-described example, the process of attaching the paper member 12 to the shaft-like member 21 has been described in a state where the shaft-center member 13a supporting the paper roll 12R and the shaft-like member 21 are already attached to the housing 11. The above steps may be performed on a desk, and then the shaft member 13a and the shaft member 21 (cylindrical body 14a) connected by the paper member 12 may be attached to the housing 11.

Provided is a screen printing apparatus capable of stably winding a paper member and smoothly cleaning a mask.
