Claims (12)
- カプラ本体(2)を備えた、少なくとも二つの流動媒体用接続部品を連結するためのカプラ、例えば、二つの流動媒体用配管を連結するためのパイプカプラであって、
このカプラ本体(2)が、第一の接続部品を連結するための第一の接続端(4)と、第二の接続部品を連結するための第二の接続端(5)とを有し、このカプラ本体(2)内には、このカプラ本体(2)の第一の接続端(4)とこのカプラ本体(2)の第二の接続端(5)の間に貫流路(3)が形成されており、
このカプラ本体(2)が、この貫流路(3)から隔離壁(13)により分離されたセンサ室(8)を有し、このセンサ室(8)内には、センサ(11)が配置されており、
このセンサ(11)には、センサガイド部分(11)が繋がっており、このセンサガイド部分は、このセンサガイド部分の貫流路側の終端が貫流路(3)と接触するように、このセンサ(11)を出発点として隔離壁(13)を通って延びており、
このカプラ本体(2)が、パッキング無しに、このセンサガイド部分と密着しており、
カプラ本体(2)が、センサ(11)、及びセンサガイド部分から構成される一つのセンサ集合体(9)を射出成形することによって製作されており、センタ室(8)がカプラ本体(2)の一体的な構成部分であるので、センサー(11)がカプラを取り囲む環境に対してカプセル封入されているカプラ。 - 当該のセンサガイド部分が、有利には、円筒形のスリーブ(12)として構成されており、このスリーブ(12)が、センサ(11)を出発点として、隔離壁(13)を通って、カプラ本体(2)の貫通路(3)内にまで延びている請求項1に記載のカプラ。
- 当該のセンサガイド部分が、細管(14)を有し、この細管(14)が、センサガイド部分の自由端(15)を出発点として、センサ(11)にまで延びている請求項1又は2に記載のカプラ。
- カプラ本体(2)には、少なくとも二つのセンサ室(8)が配置されており、各センサ室内には、それぞれ一つのセンサが配置されている請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラ。
- センサ室(8)又は各センサ室(8)が中実の物体として構成されている請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラ。
- カプラ本体(2)がワンピースで構成されている請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラ。
- カプラ本体(2)が、センサ(11)又は各センサ(11)或いはセンサ集合体又は各センサ集合体(9)に直に密着している請求項1から6までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラ。
- カプラ本体(2)がプラスチックから製造されている請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラ。
- カプラ本体(2)が、ほぼ熱可塑性プラスチックから構成されている請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラ。
- 当該の熱可塑性プラスチックが、ポリアミドとポリフタルアミドのグループの中から選定された少なくとも一つの構成要素で構成されている請求項9に記載のカプラ。
- 当該のセンサ(11)が圧力センサである請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラ。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか一つに記載のカプラを備えた、ソケット部とホルダ部を有するクイックカプラ装置であって、
このソケット部は、第一の接続端(4)に配置された貫通路(3)の入口開口部(6)内に差し込むことが可能であり、
このソケット部は、このホルダ部を用いて、カプラ本体(2)に固定することが可能である、
