Description
The present invention relates to a cleaning composition, and more particularly to a cleaning composition that is excellent in the effect of preventing the increase in viscosity under low temperature conditions associated with a high blending of palmitic acid.
Conventionally, soaps, which are fatty acid alkali salts, have been used as cleaning bases in cleaning compositions intended to clean the skin. Soap has a very good cleaning effect, and can be easily washed away with water, and a good feeling can be expected after washing. Therefore, it is applied not only to a soap bar, but also to a large number of detergent compositions such as cream and liquid. It has been known that the basic properties of a skin cleansing composition containing soap as a cleaning base are greatly influenced by the fatty acid composition contained therein.
When palmitic acid is highly blended in the detergent composition, it is possible to impart a good feeling of use to foaming and foam quality, and it becomes possible to obtain a creamy detergent composition having a very good feeling of use. However, the skin cleanser composition containing a high amount of palmitic acid has a problem that the viscosity is increased due to crystallization under low temperature conditions, and it becomes hard to be suitable for a tube container, resulting in a significant decrease in usability. .
There are known methods for reducing the hardness in a low temperature environment by the ratio of the fatty acid composition and the mass ratio of fatty acid: fatty acid salt (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 4). However, if the dosage form is creamy, there is a question as to whether the hard problem can be solved in a low temperature environment.
From the above, there has been a demand for a detergent composition having excellent usability in a low-temperature environment while highly blending palmitic acid.

Evaluation was performed. Regarding the viscosity, a Rion viscometer (Rion Co., Ltd.) measured 30 ° C., rotor No. 2, measured after 10 seconds.
<Evaluation criteria>
A: Can be taken out of the tube without any problem (viscosity: less than 8-20 Pa · s)
○: Although it is slightly loaded, it can be removed from the tube without any problem (viscosity: 20 Pa · s or more, less than 30 Pa · s)
Δ: Can be removed from the tube by applying more force than normal use (viscosity: 30 Pa · s or more, less than 45 Pa · s)
×: Does not come out of the tube (viscosity: 45 Pa · s or more)
[Foaming power test method]
After taking 1 g of the preparation and adding 9 g of water in 3 portions, the mixture was foamed for 2 minutes, and the foam was sampled on a plastic board. The product was calculated by measuring the length (cm), width (cm), and height (cm) of the foam. This value was used as an index of foaming power.
Judgment is ◎: 120 (cm 3 ) or more, ○: 90 (cm 3 ) or more and less than 120 (cm 3 ), Δ: 60 (cm 3 ) or more and less than 90 (cm 3 ), and less than × 60 (cm 3 ). .
[Calculation of fatty acid mass ratio]
For example, when saponification is performed with fatty acid and potassium hydroxide, the fatty acid and potassium hydroxide react in equimolar numbers to form fatty acid potassium and water. The fatty acid mass ratio described in Table 1 is a theoretical value of the mass ratio of the residual fatty acid after saponification and the fatty acid potassium. The numerical value of the fatty acid mass ratio is an approximate number rounded to one decimal place.
As can be seen from Table 1, Examples 1 to 6 of the present invention were excellent in foaming and significantly suppressed increase in viscosity under low temperature conditions. Therefore, in the presence of Component A, Component B, Component C and Component D, the effect of stabilizing the cleaning composition with good hardness as a tube product was recognized.
Referring to Comparative Example 1 to Comparative Example 4 from Table 2, when Component A has a low concentration, foaming is insufficient and sufficient usability cannot be obtained. Further, when any of Component B, Component C, and Component D is insufficient, crystallization occurs at a low temperature, resulting in a high viscosity and a very poor usability. When component A is large as in Comparative Example 5, foaming is poor and hard, and tends to be unsuitable as a cleaning composition.
A detergent composition was prepared by a conventional method. It was confirmed that the effects of the present invention were also obtained in the following formulation.
