Claims (16)
- 正極、負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に挟まれた分離膜からなる電極組立体を電池ケースに密封して電池セルを形成し、前記電池セルの前記密封外周面のうち一面の密封面は剰余部を有する、電池セル形成過程と、
正極端子接続部及び負極端子接続部を介して前記電池セルの正極端子及び負極端子に接続した基板を、前記正極端子及び負極端子が電気絶縁性ケースの開放された一面を通して露出されるように前記電気絶縁性ケース内に収納する過程と、
前記電気絶縁性ケースを電池セルの前記剰余部に搭載する過程と、
を含み、
前記電気絶縁性ケースは、前記基板が露出されるように一面が開放された単一のケースである、二次電池パックを製造する方法。 - 前記負極端子接続部は、安全素子を介して前記電池セルの負極端子に接続する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記安全素子は、保護回路、PTC、ヒューズ、又はTCOである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記電池セルは、板状の電池セルであり、前記負極端子及び正極端子は、板状の導電性部材である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電気絶縁性ケースの前記一面には、前記基板と前記安全素子の装着のための装着溝が形成されている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記基板は、外部入出力端子をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外部入出力端子は、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部が形成された基板上に設けられる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記外部入出力端子は、前記基板の、前記負極端子接続部及び正極端子接続部が形成されていない面に設けられる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記外部入出力端子の連結部は前記基板に設けられる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記電気絶縁性ケースの外面のうち少なくとも一面に絶縁テープがさらに貼り付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記電池セルは、正極、負極、及び前記正極と負極との間に挟まれた分離膜からなる電極組立体が、金属層及び樹脂層を含むラミネートシートの電池ケースに密封されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基板の一面には外部入出力端子が接続されており、他面には、正極端子及び安全素子に対応する位置にそれぞれ正極端子接続部及び安全素子接続部が形成されている、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記基板の正極端子接続部及び安全素子接続部には超音波溶接によりニッケルプレートがさらに取り付けられている、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 電池セルを包むラベルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ラベルは、前記電気絶縁性ケース及び電池セルの側面の密封外周面を包む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記ラベルは、電池セルの両面のうち一面を包む第1貼り付け面、電池セルの両側面を包むように前記第1貼り付け面から延びた第2及び第3貼り付け面、及び前記電気絶縁性ケースを包むように前記第1貼り付け面から延びた第4貼り付け面を含むシート構造になっている、請求項15に記載の方法。
