前記2次巻線と前記金属板との間に設けられる絶縁シートと、
前記金属板に前記2次巻線基板を固定すると共に、前記2次巻線と前記金属板とを前記絶縁シートを介して熱的に接続させる固定部材と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の平面トランス。 - 金属板と、
前記複数のEIコアのそれぞれを前記金属板に付勢する押えバネと、
前記押えバネを前記金属板に固定するバネ固定部材と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載の平面トランス。 - 前記1次巻線基板と前記2次巻線基板と前記金属板とを機械的に接続する締結部材を備え、
前記締結部材は、前記複数のEIコアの内、隣り合う2つのEIコアの間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の平面トランス。 - 請求項4に記載の平面トランスと、
前記第1の出力端子から出力された電圧を整流する第1の整流ダイオードと、
前記第2の出力端子から出力された電圧を整流する第2の整流ダイオードと、
前記第1の整流ダイオードで整流された電圧と、前記第2の整流ダイオードで整流された電圧とを足し合わせた電圧が印加されるレーザダイオードと
を備えることを特徴とするレーザダイオード駆動用電源装置。 - 請求項1から請求項8の何れか一項に記載の平面トランスを備えたことを特徴とするレーザダイオード駆動用電源装置。
- 請求項9又は請求項10に記載のレーザダイオード駆動用電源装置を備えたことを特徴とするレーザ加工装置。
