Claims (11)
- 層(2、3)から巻回され、そして、幾何学的な中心軸線(4)、前記中心軸線(4)のまわりに回転対称に配置されるキャビティ(5)、および横方向の外側面(6)を有するハニカム体(1)であって、
各層(2、3)は、前記中心軸線(4)のまわりを同心的に延び、
流体が通って流れることができて、そして、前記中心軸線(4)に関して非垂直な円錐角度(α)を有して前記キャビティ(5)から前記横方向の外側面(6)まで外向きに延びる多数のチャネル(7)を前記層(2、3)が形成するように、少なくとも1つの前記層(2)は、少なくとも部分的に構造化され、
さらに、前記チャネル(7)は、内側から外側まで前記チャネルのコースを通じて変化するチャネル断面積(7i、7a)を有して、少なくとも1つの構造化した層(2)は、少なくとも1つの中間層(3、13、23、33)と交互に配置され、
前記2つの層は、螺旋状の様式において一方が他方の上に重ねられ、
全ての前記層(2、3)は、粗い構造を有する構造化したシートメタル層(2)および微細構造を有する中間層(3)を交互に用いて構造化される、ハニカム体(1)。 - 少なくとも前記キャビティ(5)または前記横方向の外側面(6)は、円筒状であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記中心軸線(4)に関する前記円錐角度(α)は、25°〜85°であることを特徴とする、請求項1にまたは2記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記チャネル(7)を形成する前記構造化したシートメタル層(2)の構造高さ(H)は、一定であり、そして、前記チャネル断面積(7i、7a)は、内側から外側へ増加することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記構造化したシートメタル層(2)は、前記構造化したシートメタル層(2)の側面コルゲーション(2i、2a)によって形成されるチャネル(7)の周囲の長さが全ての位置で同じ長さを有するが、チャネル(7)のチャネル断面積(7i、7a)がほぼ一定の構造高さ(H)を有して内側から外側まで増加するチャネル(7)を、隣接する中間層(3)との相互作用において形成する構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム体が第1の円錐面側(11)および第2の中空円錐面側(10)を有するように、前記キャビティ(5)は、前記横方向の外側面(6)に関して軸線方向にオフセットされるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記シートメタル層(2)の前記粗い構造および前記中間層(3)の前記微細構造の寸法は、少なくとも3倍異なることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記中間層は、前記チャネル(7)のプロフィールに沿って前記横方向の外側面(6)から内向きに延びるように形成されるスロット(22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記中間層は、その螺旋状の最終形状に曲げられた後に、再び閉じた中間層を形成するように寸法取りされる三角形のカットアウト(12)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 3倍の材料厚みを有する重なり(31)が発生するように、そして前記中間層の螺旋状のプロフィールが実現されるように、前記中間層は、折り線(32)に沿って折り畳まれることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
- 前記ハニカム体は、特に共通のハウジング(20)において、そして整列配置された幾何学的中心軸線を有して、流れが軸線方向に通過することができる円筒状ハニカム体(16)と組み合わせて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のハニカム体(1)。
