Description
キャピラリー採血具(図1に示す形状において、A=0.90[mm]、 B=0.60[mm]、C=4.0[mm])をフッ素表面処理容器に入れ、真空ポンプにて減圧した後、フッ素ガス5vol%、酸素ガス95vol%の混合ガスを導入してキャピラリー採血具全体に接触させた。その後、20℃で60分間反応させて親水化処理を行った。
キャピラリー採血具(図1の寸法の箇所を参照して、A=0.60[mm]、 B=0.90[mm]、C=4.0[mm]としたもの)を実施例1と同じ条件で親水化処理を行った。
親水化処理を行わなかった以外は実施例1と同じキャピラリー採血具を用いた。
以上のキャピラリー採血具について、血液吸い上げ速度試験を行った。吸い上
げ側先端部を血液に接触させ、キャピラリー採血具の毛細管吸引筒部を液面と垂直になるようにした状態で血液が吸引採血保持孔を満たすまでの時間を計測した。結果を表1に示す。

Claims (1)
- 毛細管現象を利用して血液を吸い上げる筒状本体を有したキャピラリー採血具において、
前記筒状本体の吸い上げ側先端部に、透明または半透明のプラスチック樹脂製の毛細管吸引筒部が形成され、前記毛細管吸引筒部の内部には、吸引した血液を保持可能な吸引採血保持孔が形成されており、前記吸引採血保持孔は、吸い上げ側から反吸い上げ側に向かって内径が縮小された逆テーパー形状面を有するとともに、少なくとも前記逆テーパー形状内面がフッ素ガスと酸素ガスによる表面処理によって、親水化されていると共に、前記吸引採血保持孔は、吸い上げ側の内径をA、反吸い上げ側の内径をB、前記吸い上げ側から前記反吸い上げ側までの軸長をCとしたとき、0.5≦A≦1.5[mm]、0.4≦B≦1.4[mm]、2.0≦C≦6.0[mm]であるとして形成し、更に、前記吸引採血保持孔の吸い上げ側の一部に、0.15〜0.30[mm]のR面取り加工を施し、更に、前記筒状本体は、前記吸引採血保持孔の前記反吸い上げ側に隣接する位置に中間筒部が形成され、前記中間筒部の内部には、前記吸引採血保持孔の前記反吸い上げ側と連通し、かつ、前記反吸い上げ側の内径Bよりも径の大きな中間室を形成したことを特徴としたキャピラリー採血具。
