Description
Claims (16)
- 関節の骨を離隔するためのスペーサであって、前記スペーサが、
フレームと、
前記フレームに対して摺動可能に移動可能であり、少なくとも1つの傾斜面を有するキャリッジと、
前記キャリッジに接続され、前記フレームにより支持される作動ねじであって、
前記作動ねじが回転された場合に、前記キャリッジを前記フレームに対して摺動可能に移動させるように構成される作動ねじと、
前記関節の第1の骨と係合するように構成され、前記少なくとも1つのキャリッジ傾斜面と嵌合可能な少なくとも1つの傾斜面を有する第1のエンドプレートであって、前記作動ねじの回転によって前記キャリッジを摺動可能に移動させた場合、前記少なくとも1つのエンドプレート傾斜面が、前記少なくとも1つのキャリッジ傾斜面に対して摺動して、前記第1のエンドプレートを長手方向の軸を横切る軸に沿って移動させて、前記スペーサの高さを高くする第1のエンドプレートと、
前記関節の第2の骨と係合するように構成される第2のエンドプレートと、を備え、
前記フレームに接続され、前記作動ねじを回転可能に保持するように構成されるねじ支持部をさらに含み、
前記ねじ支持部が、長手方向の軸を形成し、前記フレームが、長手方向の軸を形成し、前記ねじ支持部が、前記フレームに摺動可能に接続されて、前記作動ねじおよび前記フレームの間の角度方向を可変にする、スペーサ。 - 前記キャリッジが、前記作動ねじが螺合されるねじ山のある孔を含む、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記エンドプレートが、その長さに沿って連続的に湾曲している、請求項2に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記作動ねじが、ナットにより前記キャリッジに固定される、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。

- 前記第1のエンドプレートが、摺動可能なフランジ付き接続部により前記フレームに接続される、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 請求項1に記載のスペーサであって、
前記キャリッジに形成されるスロット内で移動可能なピンと、
前記ピンに枢動可能に設けられ、前記作動ねじが螺合係合して、前記キャリッジを前記フレーム内で摺動可能に移動させる、ねじ山のある孔を含むリンクと、
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。 - 前記第1のエンドプレートが、フランジ付き接続部により前記フレームと接続して摺動可能に保持される、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 前記フレームに枢動可能に接続され、前記作動ねじを回転可能に支持するねじ支持部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 請求項1に記載のスペーサであって、前記キャリッジが、少なくとも2つの傾斜面を含み、前記第2のエンドプレートが、前記キャリッジの前記少なくとも2つの傾斜面のうちの少なくとも1つと嵌合可能な少なくとも1つの傾斜面を含み、前記作動ねじの回転によって前記キャリッジを摺動可能に移動させた場合、前記少なくとも1つの第2のエンドプレート傾斜面が、前記少なくとも1つの追加的なキャリッジ傾斜面に対して摺動して、前記第2のエンドプレートを前記長手方向の軸を横切る軸に沿って移動させて、前記スペーサの高さを高くする、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 請求項1に記載のスペーサであって、前記第1のエンドプレートが、前記第1のエンドプレートが前記長手方向の軸を横切る軸に沿って移動する際、前記フレームに隣接するように構成され、前記第1のエンドプレートが、実質的に前記長手方向の軸を横切る軸のみに沿って移動する、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 請求項1に記載のスペーサであって、前記第1のエンドプレートおよび前記フレームのうちの少なくとも1つが、前記スペーサを前記関節の骨に固定するために、締結具が通り抜ける少なくとも1つの開口を含む、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
- 請求項14に記載のスペーサであって、前記第1のエンドプレートを通り抜けた締結具が後退して出るのを阻止する、前記少なくとも1つの開口に設けられたフランジである阻止機構をさらに含む、請求項14に記載のスペーサ。
- 請求項1に記載のスペーサであって、前記第1のエンドプレートが、前記インプラントが前記関節の骨の間に配置された場合に、前記関節の骨と係合するように構成される1つ以上の突出部であって、前記第1のエンドプレートの表面上に設けられた歯形状の突出部を含む、請求項1に記載のスペーサ。
