Description

The present invention relates to a connection structure in which a scaffold member is connected to a scaffold column, and a scaffold member used in the connection structure.

In construction sites for buildings such as houses and buildings, and civil engineering structures such as bridges and tunnels, horizontal members for laying treads and horizontal members used as handrails are connected to scaffolding columns and scaffolds. Has been built. In order to connect the horizontal member to the scaffolding column in this way, a scaffold member in which a wedge is fixed to the end of the horizontal member has been frequently used. By inserting the wedge into a bracket provided on the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column, the horizontal member is connected to the scaffolding column. This scaffold member has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, and is widely used. However, there is a problem that the wedge is easily pulled out of the bracket by an external force applied from below.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the present applicant has already proposed a scaffold member 100 in which the wedge portion 110 includes a wedge portion main body 120 and a retaining member 130 inserted into the internal space of the wedge portion main body 120. (See Patent Document 1). The scaffold member 100 is the same as the conventional scaffold member in that it is connected to the scaffold column P2 via the bracket 50, and the bracket 50 includes a pair of side surfaces 51 fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the scaffold column P2, and a pair. Are formed in a U-shaped cross section by an intermediate surface 52 connecting the side surfaces of the two.

A part of the wedge body 120 of the scaffold member 100 is fixed to the end of the horizontal member P1, extends in the vertical direction intersecting the axial direction of the horizontal member P1, and decreases in width toward the lower end. A pair of wedge side surface portions 121 having a tapered shape, a wedge intermediate surface portion 122 connecting the pair of wedge side surface portions 121 on the side opposite to the side fixed to the end of the horizontal member P1, and a pair of wedge side surface portions 121 By inserting the lower end of the wedge side surface portion 121, an insertion hole penetrating the closed end portion 123 having the lower end of the wedge portion main body 120 as the closed end and the upper surface portion 124 connecting the upper ends of the pair of wedge side surface portions. And a side opposite to the wedge intermediate surface portion 122 in each of the pair of wedge side surface portions 121 is an open end.

The retaining member 130 has an elongated flat plate shape, and has a protrusion 132 that cannot pass through the insertion hole 125 at the upper end. The shape of the longitudinal cross section of the retaining body 130 extends linearly from the upper end toward the lower end, and is a curved portion that is curved in a substantially L shape toward the opposite side of the wedge intermediate surface portion 122 of the wedge portion main body 120. 135 at the lower end. In addition, the length of the portion below the protrusion 132 in the retaining member 130 is longer than the length from the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 125 to the closed end 123.

With such a configuration, when the retaining body 130 is dropped into the inner space of the wedge body 120 in a state where the wedge body 120 is inserted into the bracket 50 of the scaffolding column P2, the lower end of the retaining body 130 becomes the wedge portion. Since it collides with the closed end portion 123 of the main body 120 and further movement thereof is restricted, the lower end side of the retaining body 130 extends obliquely outward from the open end in the vicinity of the closed end portion 123. That is, the retaining body 130 is in a state of passing through the internal space of the wedge body 120 obliquely.

As a result, even if an external force is applied to the wedge member main body 120 from the bottom to the top, such as when an external force is applied to the horizontal member P1 of the scaffold member 100 from below, the wedge member main body 120 is directed outward. Thus, the lower end side of the retaining body 130 that extends obliquely interferes with the lower end edge of the intermediate surface 52 of the bracket 50, so that the wedge body 120 is prevented from coming out of the bracket 50.

In the scaffold member 100 described above, when the wedge main body 120 and the bracket 50 and the retaining member 130 are in contact with each other at the following three locations, the retaining member 130 acts as a retaining member for the wedge body 120. The posture is held stably. That is, the outer surface 130a facing the wedge intermediate surface portion 122 in the retaining body 130 abuts on the scaffolding column P2 side periphery of the insertion hole portion 125 on the upper end side (A in the figure), and the outer surface 130a is closed on the lower end side. The inner surface 130b of the retaining member 130 is in contact with the lower end edge of the intermediate surface 52 (illustration C). ) When.

However, in reality, the dimensional accuracy of the bracket 50 provided in each of the large number of scaffolding pillars P2 is not so high. Specifically, the distance between the intermediate surface 52 of the bracket 50 and the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column P2 varies up to about 1 mm for each bracket 50. For this reason, B and C are in contact with each other, but A is not in contact with each other, and a gap may be generated between the retaining member 130 and the periphery of the insertion hole 125. Alternatively, the stopper 132 is prevented from falling by the protrusion 132 at the upper end being hooked on the periphery of the insertion hole 125 and the lower end is in contact with B, but is not in contact with C. There was a case where a gap was generated between the bracket 50 and the retaining member 130. For this reason, there is a case where the posture of the retaining member 130 is not stable in a state where the scaffold member 100 is connected to the scaffold column P2.

Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2015-090039

Therefore, in view of the above situation, the present invention is a scaffold member connection structure in which the wedge portion of the scaffold member is inserted into the bracket of the scaffold column, and the posture in which the wedge portion is prevented from coming out of the bracket is It is an object of the present invention to provide a scaffold member connection structure that can be stably held without rattling, and a scaffold member used in the connection structure.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the scaffold member connection structure according to the present invention (hereinafter, simply referred to as “connection structure”)
“The scaffold member having a wedge portion at least at one end of the horizontal member is a connection structure of a scaffold member connected to a scaffold column having a U-shaped bracket on the outer peripheral surface,
The wedge part of the scaffold member includes a wedge part main body and a retaining member inserted into the internal space of the wedge part main body,
The wedge body is
A pair of tapered wedges, each partially fixed to the end of the horizontal member, extending in the vertical direction intersecting the axial direction of the horizontal member and decreasing in width toward the lower end Side part,
A wedge intermediate surface portion connecting the pair of wedge side surface portions on the side opposite to the side fixed to the horizontal member;
A closed end portion that connects the lower ends of the pair of wedge side surface portions and has the lower end of the wedge portion main body as a closed end;
And having an insertion hole portion having an upper edge of the pair of wedge side surface portions as a peripheral edge, or an insertion hole portion penetrating in an upper surface portion connecting the upper ends of the pair of wedge side surface portions. ,
In each of the pair of wedge side surface portions, the side opposite to the wedge intermediate surface portion is an open end at least in the vicinity of the closed end portion,
The retaining body is
A protrusion that cannot pass through the insertion hole protruding near the upper end; and
A first abutting portion projecting from an upper end portion provided with the protruding portion on the outer surface facing the wedge intermediate surface portion;
A second abutting portion protruding above the lower end on the inner surface opposite to the outer surface, and
The length in the vertical direction from the protrusion to the lower end is longer than the length from the peripheral edge of the insertion hole to the closed end,
The wedge body is inserted into the bracket, the retaining member penetrates the internal space of the wedge body, and the lower end extends obliquely outward from the open end in the vicinity of the closed end. And
In the retainer, the vicinity of the lower end of the outer surface abuts on the open end edge of the closed end portion of the wedge portion main body, the first abutment portion abuts on the wedge intermediate surface portion of the wedge portion main body, and The second contact portion is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the bracket.

The “wedge side portion” has a tapered shape with a width decreasing toward the lower end. Therefore, when the wedge portion body is inserted into a U-shaped bracket provided on the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column, the wedge side portion is Interfering with the upper edge, the wedge body is securely held in the bracket.

The “wedge intermediate surface portion” is a surface connecting one side of the pair of wedge side surface portions. The wedge intermediate surface portion may be a flat surface, but when the scaffolding column is cylindrical or columnar, it can be a curved surface along the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column.

The “closed end portion” can be a curved surface that connects the lower ends of the pair of wedge side surface portions while bending, or a plane that is connected in a direction intersecting with each of the pair of wedge side surface portions.

The “insertion hole portion” is an insertion hole portion formed by opening the upper sides of the pair of wedge side surface portions, or an insertion through the upper surface portion connecting the upper ends of the pair of wedge side surface portions. Any one of the holes is selectively adopted.

If the “side opposite to the wedge intermediate surface portion in each of the pair of wedge side surface portions” is “at least an open end in the vicinity of the closed end portion”, from the closed end portion to the horizontal member Even if it is the structure which becomes an open end over the full length to the part fixed to the edge part, the structure where only the vicinity of a closed end part is an open edge may be sufficient.

The “slip-off body” can be shaped to extend linearly from the upper end to the lower end. However, if the lower end side is bent or curved to the opposite side of the wedge intermediate surface, details will be described later. This is desirable because the effect is more effective.

The shape of the “protrusion” is not particularly limited as long as it cannot pass through the insertion hole, but the structure in which the pin penetrating the retaining body protrudes, is integrated with the retaining body, and is located laterally from the upper end of the retaining body. And a configuration in which the upper end of the retaining member is bent can be exemplified.

In this connection structure, the wedge body of the scaffold member is inserted into a bracket having a U-shaped cross section provided on the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column, and the retaining member acts as a retaining member from the bracket of the wedge body. This is the structure. In this connection structure, after the retaining body is pulled up and the lower end of the retaining body is pulled into the internal space of the wedge body, the wedge body is inserted into the bracket column bracket, and then the retaining body is It is formed by dropping into the internal space of the main body. That is, in the retaining body, the length in the vertical direction of the portion below the protrusion that cannot pass through the insertion hole of the wedge body is longer than the length from the periphery of the insertion hole to the closed end. For this reason, when the retaining body is dropped into the internal space of the wedge body, the lower end of the retaining body collides with the closed end that closes the lower end of the wedge body, restricting further movement directly below the closed body. It extends obliquely outward from the open end in the vicinity of the end. As a result, even if an external force is applied to the horizontal member of the scaffolding member from below to above, such as when an external force from below to above is applied to the wedge body, it is directed outward on the lower end side of the retaining member. Since the portion extending obliquely interferes with the lower end edge of the bracket, it is possible to effectively suppress the wedge body from coming out of the bracket. In addition, since the retaining body has a protrusion that cannot pass through the insertion hole at the upper end, it does not completely pass through the wedge body and fall downward.

In the connection structure of the present configuration, the retaining body that passes through the wedge body in the oblique direction is formed at two locations on the outer surface facing the wedge intermediate surface portion and on the inner surface on the opposite side of the outer surface. It is in contact with the wedge body and the inner peripheral surface of the bracket at three locations, one in total. That is, in the retaining body, the vicinity of the lower end of the outer surface is in contact with the open end edge of the closed end portion of the wedge portion body, the first contact portion is in contact with the wedge intermediate surface portion of the wedge portion body, and The second contact portion is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the bracket. Thus, the posture in which the retaining body penetrates the wedge body in the oblique direction and acts as a retaining body for the wedge body from the bracket is stably maintained without rattling.

The connection structure of the scaffold member according to the present invention is as follows. In the above structure, “the retaining member is bent with respect to the upper end portion toward the wedge intermediate surface portion at a portion below the upper end portion. The corner portion of the bend constitutes the first contact portion ”.

As the “first abutting portion”, a configuration that protrudes from the outer surface of the retaining member that extends substantially linearly from the upper end to the lower end can be conceived. The shape is such that the portion below the upper end is bent toward the wedge intermediate surface with respect to the upper end, and the corner of the bend is the first contact portion. Thereby, in the state in which the retaining body obliquely penetrates the wedge body, the upper end portion of the retaining body and the scaffold column are compared to the case where the first contact portion protrudes from the substantially linear retaining body. A wider gap is formed between the two. Therefore, this gap can be used to install another member for the scaffold. In addition, the thickness of the retaining body can be increased compared to the case where the first abutment portion protrudes from the substantially linear retaining body, so that the rigidity of the retaining body can be increased, and as a result The strength of the structure can be increased.

The scaffold member of this structure is a scaffold member used for said connection structure. After the wedge body of the scaffold member is inserted into the bracket support bracket, when the retaining body is dropped into the internal space of the wedge body, the retaining body enters the wedge body obliquely as described above. . In the scaffold member of this configuration, the first contact portion protrudes from the upper end portion on the outer surface of the retaining member. Therefore, unlike the conventional connection structure (Patent Document 1), even if the upper end portion does not abut at a “specific location” that is the periphery of the insertion hole portion, the first abutting portion is “on the inner peripheral wall of the wedge intermediate surface portion. It abuts somewhere. Moreover, in the scaffold member of this structure, the 2nd contact part protrudes above the lower end in the inner surface of a retaining body. Therefore, unlike the conventional connection structure (Patent Document 1), the second contact portion is “somewhere” on the inner peripheral wall of the bracket, even if the vicinity of the lower end does not contact at a “specific location” that is the lower end edge of the bracket. Abut. Therefore, according to the scaffold member of this configuration, the above-described connection structure in which the retaining member is in contact with the wedge body and the bracket at three positions can be reliably constructed.

As described above, as an effect of the present invention, the scaffold member connection structure in which the wedge portion of the scaffold member is inserted into the bracket of the scaffold column, and the posture in which the wedge portion is suppressed from coming out of the bracket is prevented. It is possible to provide a connection structure for a scaffold member that can be stably held without sticking, and a scaffold member used for the connection structure.

Hereinafter, a scaffold member 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention and a connection structure using the scaffold member 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4. First, the structure of the scaffold member 1 will be described. The scaffold member 1 includes a wedge portion 10 at at least one end of the horizontal member P1. The wedge portion 10 includes a wedge portion main body 20 and a retaining body 30 that is inserted into the internal space of the wedge portion main body 20.

A part of the wedge body 20 is fixed to the end of the horizontal member P1, extends in the vertical direction intersecting the axial direction of the horizontal member P1, and decreases in width toward the lower end. A pair of tapered wedge side surfaces 21, a wedge intermediate surface portion 22 connecting the pair of wedge side surfaces 21 on the side opposite to the side fixed to the horizontal member P 1, and a pair of wedge side surfaces 21 It has a closed end 23 that connects the lower ends and has the lower end of the wedge main body 20 as a closed end, and an insertion hole portion 25 that has the upper sides of the pair of wedge side surfaces 21 as a peripheral edge. In each part 21, the side opposite to the wedge intermediate surface part 22 is an open end 29 at least in the vicinity of the closed end part 23.

The retaining body 30 protrudes from the upper end 31 provided with the protrusion 34 on the protrusion 34 that cannot pass through the insertion hole 25 protruding in the vicinity of the upper end and the outer surface 30a facing the wedge intermediate surface 22. The first abutting portion 35 and the inner side surface 30b opposite to the outer side surface 30a have a second abutting portion 36 protruding above the lower end, and the upper and lower sides from the protruding portion 34 to the lower end. The length in the direction is longer than the length from the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 25 to the closed end 23.

More specifically, the horizontal member P1 is fixed to a cylindrical horizontal member main body 40 and at least one end of the horizontal member main body 40 in a state of being fitted in the horizontal member main body 40. The connecting cylinder part 41 is provided.

As for the wedge part main body 20, the upper end side of the wedge side part 21 is being fixed to the connection cylinder part 41 of the horizontal member P1. The wedge side surface portion 21 is a portion fixed to the connecting tube portion 41 and is curved along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical connecting tube portion 41. On the lower end side from this portion, the wedge side surface portion 21 has a tapered shape whose width decreases toward the lower end, and this portion is inserted into the bracket 50. Here, of the pair of side sides of the wedge side surface portion 21, the side side on the wedge intermediate surface portion 22 side extends in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the horizontal member P1, and the other side side is directed downward. It is inclined so as to approach the other side, whereby the wedge side surface portion 21 is tapered. The upper side of the wedge side surface portion 21 is an open end, and an insertion hole portion 25 having this as a peripheral edge is formed between the pair of wedge side surface portions 21. The wedge intermediate surface portion 22 is curved so as to follow the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical or columnar scaffolding column P2. The closed end portion 23 connects the lower ends of the pair of wedge side surface portions 21 while being curved.

The retaining member 30 has an integrated configuration, but can be broadly divided into an upper end portion 31, a main shaft portion 32, and a lower end portion 33 from the upper end toward the lower end. The upper end portion 31 has a flat plate shape, and a rivet press-fitted into a hole penetrating substantially at the center thereof constitutes a projection portion 34. The main shaft portion 32 bends toward the wedge intermediate surface portion 22 with respect to the upper end portion 31 and then extends linearly to reach the lower end portion 33. The lower end portion 33 is curved in a substantially L shape toward the opposite side of the wedge intermediate surface portion 22 with respect to the main shaft portion 32. In the bent portion of the main shaft portion 32, the corner portion on the outer surface 30 a side constitutes the first contact portion 35. Further, the second abutting portion 36 protrudes in a vertical cross-sectional mountain shape above the lower end portion 33 by a length corresponding to about 3 of the length of the main shaft portion 32 on the inner side surface 30b of the main shaft portion 32. . Further, the retaining body 30 of the present embodiment has a hooking portion 38 in which one of the pair of side edges in the main shaft portion 32 is cut out in a horizontal U-shape. .

Note that a flat plate-like vertical plate portion 42 is fixed to the connecting cylinder portion 41 so as to close the end portion thereof, and the vertical plate portion 42 is the lower end of the connecting cylinder portion 41 in the internal space of the wedge body 20. It extends to below and beyond.

The scaffold member 1 having the above-described configuration is connected to a scaffold column P2 having a bracket 50. The scaffolding column P2 is cylindrical or columnar, and a plurality of brackets 50 are provided on the outer peripheral surface. Each bracket 50 is formed in a U-shaped cross section by a pair of side surfaces 51 fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column P2 and an intermediate surface 52 connecting the pair of side surfaces 51.

When inserting the wedge portion 10 into the bracket 50, first, the upper end side of the retaining body 30 is gripped and pulled upward, and the lower end side of the retaining body 30 is pulled into the internal space of the wedge body 20. . At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, the state in which the lower end side of the retaining body 30 is drawn into the internal space of the wedge body 20 is maintained by hooking the hook portion 38 around the periphery of the insertion hole portion 25. Can do.

By inserting the wedge body 20 into the bracket 50 in this state, the horizontal member P1 is connected to the scaffolding column P2. Since the wedge side surface portion 21 of the wedge portion main body 20 has a tapered shape whose width decreases toward the lower end, the side of the wedge side surface portion 21 opposite to the wedge intermediate surface portion 22 interferes with the upper end edge of the bracket 50. The wedge body 20 is firmly held in the bracket 50. At the same time, the closed end 23 and the vicinity thereof are exposed below the bracket 50. Further, in this state, the wedge intermediate surface portion 22 of the wedge portion main body 20 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column P2. In particular, in this embodiment, since the wedge intermediate surface portion 22 is curved so as to follow the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column P2, the wedge intermediate surface unit 22 abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the scaffolding column P2 over a wide area, and the wedge body 20 The posture held by the bracket 50 is stabilized. However, in this state, if an upward external force is applied to the laterally extending member P1, such as an upward external force applied to the horizontal member P1, the wedge body 20 may come out of the bracket 50. .

Therefore, when the hooking portion 38 of the retaining member 30 that is hooked on the periphery of the insertion hole portion 25 is removed and the retaining member 30 is dropped into the internal space of the wedge body 20, as shown in FIG. The stopper 30 is in a state of acting as a stopper. Specifically, the lower end side of the retaining body 30 dropped downward passes through the internal space of the bracket 50, and the lower end collides with the closed end portion 23 of the wedge body 20. At this time, even if the direction in which the retainer body 30 is dropped is deviated from the vertical direction, the fall direction of the retainer body 30 is lowered by the vertical plate portion 42 extending vertically in the internal space of the wedge body 20. Guided toward the interior space. The wedge side surface portion 21 of the wedge body 20 has an open end 29 in the vicinity of the closed end portion 23, and the length of the portion of the retaining body 30 below the projection 34 is from the periphery of the insertion hole portion 25. Since it is longer than the length to the closed end 23, the lower end side of the retaining body 30 whose movement to the further lower limit by the closed end 23 extends obliquely outward from the open end 29.

As a result, the retaining body 30 passes through the wedge body 20 obliquely, and the lower end side of the retaining body 30 is in contact with the open end edge of the closed end portion 23. In addition, since the first contact portion 35 protrudes from the upper end portion 31 on the outer side surface 30 a of the retaining body 30, the first contact portion 35 contacts somewhere on the inner peripheral wall of the wedge intermediate surface portion 22. Further, since the second contact portion 36 projects above the lower end on the inner side surface 30 b of the retaining body 30, the second contact portion 36 contacts the inner peripheral wall of the intermediate surface 52 of the bracket 50 somewhere.

Thereby, the connection structure in which the retaining member 30 is in contact with the wedge body 20 and the bracket 50 at three positions can be reliably constructed. That is, the wedge portion main body 20 is inserted into the bracket 50, and the retaining body 30 penetrates the internal space of the wedge portion main body 20, and the lower end side extends obliquely outward from the open end 29 in the vicinity of the closed end portion 23. In the retaining body 30, the vicinity of the lower end of the outer side surface 30 a abuts against the open end edge of the closed end portion 23 of the wedge body 20, and the first abutment portion 35 contacts the wedge intermediate surface 22 of the wedge body 20. A connection structure is constructed in which the second abutting portion 36 abuts against the inner peripheral surface of the bracket 50.

As described above, according to the scaffold member 1 of the present embodiment and the connecting structure using the same, the wedge body 20 is applied to the horizontal member P1 of the scaffold member 1 when an external force is applied upward from below. Even if an external force is applied from below to above, the lower end side of the retaining body 30 that extends obliquely outward from the wedge body 20 interferes with the lower end edge of the intermediate surface 52 of the bracket 50. The part main body 20 is prevented from coming out of the bracket 50.

In addition, in the connection structure of the present embodiment, the retaining body 30 that passes through the wedge body 20 obliquely is in contact with the open end edge of the closed end 23 of the wedge body 20 near the lower end of the outer surface 30a. The first contact portion 35 on the outer surface 30 a is in contact with the wedge intermediate surface portion 22 of the wedge portion main body 20, and the second contact portion 36 on the inner surface 30 b is on the inner surface 52 of the bracket 50. It is in contact with the peripheral surface. In other words, the retaining body 30 has a total of three locations, two on the upper and lower sides on the outer surface 30a and one halfway height on the inner surface 30b opposite to the outer surface 30a. 50 is in contact with the inner peripheral surface. Accordingly, the posture in which the retaining body 30 penetrates the wedge body 20 obliquely and acts as a retaining mechanism for the wedge body 20 from the bracket 50 is stably maintained without rattling.

The present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various improvements can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention as described below. And design changes are possible.

For example, in the above embodiment, the case where the retaining body 30 has substantially the same thickness from the upper end to the lower end except for a portion where the second contact portion 36 is present is illustrated by way of illustration, but the present invention is not limited to this. It can be set as the structure which thickness increases toward. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a retaining body 30 ′ having a configuration in which the thickness gradually increases toward the lower end at a portion 37 below the second contact portion 36 in the main shaft portion 32 can be obtained. In the connection structure in which the retaining member 30 ′ acts as a retaining member for the wedge body 20, a large load is applied to the portion 37 when an external force such as vibration is applied to the horizontal member P <b> 1 or the scaffolding column P <b> 2. Therefore, by increasing the thickness of the portion 37, the strength of the retaining member 30 'can be increased, and consequently the strength of the connecting structure can be increased.
