Description
本発明の石炭搬送方法は、6〜10質量%の付着水分を含む石炭に、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸及び/又はその塩、アルカンスルホン酸及び/又はその塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩及び/又はそのトリエタノールアミン塩ならびにポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルからなる群から選択される1種以上を含む製剤を適用する工程を有することを特徴とする。
[全水分]=[付着水分]+[包蔵水分]
本発明は、石炭に含まれる付着水分に基づいて、石炭の詰まりやすさを評価する方法も包含する。
Claims (2)
- 6〜10質量%の付着水分を含む石炭に、ジアルキルスルホコハク酸及び/又はその塩、アルカンスルホン酸及び/又はその塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩及び/又はそのトリエタノールアミン塩ならびにポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテルからなる群から選択される1種以上を含む製剤を適用する工程を有する、石炭搬送方法であって、
前記製剤の適用は、前記石炭の付着水分を検出し、前記石炭の付着水分が6〜10質量%の場合に、前記石炭に散布又は塗布により行う、石炭搬送方法。 - 前記付着水分の検出は、前記石炭に含まれる全水分と包蔵水分とを測定し、その測定値に基づいて行う請求項1に記載の石炭搬送方法。
