Description
The present invention relates to a chlorofluorocarbon regenerating apparatus that removes impurities from recovered chlorofluorocarbon and regenerates the chlorofluorocarbon.
Freon released into the atmosphere is known to destroy the ozone layer and cause global warming. For this reason, used chlorofluorocarbons are recycled in a closed environment by decomposing or removing impurities mixed in during use. In order to recycle the chlorofluorocarbon, an apparatus that recycles used chlorofluorocarbon is a chlorofluorocarbon regenerating apparatus.

The electric dust collector has an electrode composed of a plurality of flat plates arranged at a predetermined interval, and an electric field directed from one electrode to another by applying a high voltage between the electrodes. The mist-like charged impurities floating between the electrodes are absorbed by the electrodes and removed.
Here, when the concentration of the charged impurities is high or the electrodes are dirty, dielectric breakdown may occur between the electrodes, which may cause a short circuit accident or a discharge accident. Then, due to the short circuit accident or discharge accident, the recovered chlorofluorocarbons are denatured into other types of chlorofluorocarbons, or oxides such as hydrogen fluoride and hydrochloric acid are electrolyzed by using the moisture contained in impurities from the recovered chlorofluorocarbon as a carrier. May be generated.

The

As a result, it is possible to remove the impurities from the recovered chlorofluorocarbon recovered from the
