Description

The present invention relates to a flushing urine flushing system, and more specifically, urine drooping from a urinal or urine accidentally released from the urinal falls to the floor surface, causing contamination or a foul odor. The present invention relates to a urine flushing system that prevents the above.

Usually, a toilet for urine has a urine receiving portion that is formed of a portion on which urine hits and walls on both sides, and protrudes downward. Therefore, if used properly, the urine released is blocked by the walls on both sides even when it hits the urinal, so it is designed not to jump out of the urinal, and the urine drop just before the end of urination protrudes forward It is designed to be received by the urine receiving part and not fall on the floor.

However, since users tend to try to get away from a urinal with an unclean image, the released urine scatters around the urinal's peripheral area or travels down the urinal to the floor. Inconveniences such as sagging may occur. In particular, urine often does not reach the urine receiving part just before the end of urination and often contaminates the floor. For this reason, messages such as “go one step further” are often seen, but the effect is hardly improved, and urine pools are formed on the floor surface, and urine coagulum adheres to it, and the appearance is damaged. Rather, it is causing odors. The above phenomenon becomes more prominent when trying to avoid urine accumulation and urinary coagulum and away from the urinal. Moreover, if urine or its coagulum adheres to the back of a shoe, etc., they will be scattered around, which is a serious problem in terms of hygiene. Furthermore, there is a problem that tiles, joints and concrete deteriorate due to urine.
Such a problem can be solved to some extent if it is cleaned frequently, but it is usually about once a day because of the cost of the company, etc. The above problem is hardly solved. It is a fact.

As a urinal capable of washing away urine that hangs down on the floor through the urinal, there is proposed a urinal provided under the urinal as described in Patent Document 1. ing. However, since the urinal described in Patent Document 1 employs a trap system, the structure becomes extremely complicated and expensive, and the odor of urine and water in the trap leaks to the outside. Is inevitable. Furthermore, the urine often hits the wall of the urinal and is scattered on both sides or released outside the wall. However, in such a case, nothing is dealt with and the above problem is insufficiently solved.

In view of such circumstances, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problem, and is a sanitary urine flush that can instantly wash not only urine dripping from the urinal onto the floor, but also urine scattered or released outside the wall. The purpose is to provide a system.

The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and the features of the present invention include a urinal body attached to a wall surface, both scaffolds provided on the floor in front of the urinal body, and the both scaffolds. The receiving portion is provided at a low position for receiving falling urine, and the receiving portion includes a front portion extending from the bottom of the urinal body in front of the urinal body and between the scaffolds, and the bottom of the urinal body. The urine flushing system is composed of a rear portion extending in both lateral directions and is provided as a unit with a flush water discharge port and a drain port for washing the receiving portion.

Another feature of the present invention is the above-described urine flush system in which flush water is discharged from the discharge port into the receiving portion in conjunction with flushing of the urinal body.

Another feature of the present invention is the urine flushing system, wherein the discharge port is provided at the front end of the receiving portion.

Another feature of the present invention is the above urine flushing system in which the drain pipe from the urinal body is arranged on the wall side to which the urinal body is attached, and no pipe is provided under the urinal body. .

The urine flush system of the present invention comprises a front part extending from the bottom of the urinal body between the scaffolds and a rear part extending from the bottom of the urinal body to both sides thereof. Since the receiving portion is provided, the urine dripping from the urinal can be received at the front portion of the receiving portion, and the urine discharged to the outside of the wall or splashed against the wall can be received at the rear portion of the receiving portion.
Since the urine that has fallen on the receiving part is washed away by the washing water from the discharge port, the urine is not accumulated, the urine coagulum does not adhere, the generation of bad odor is prevented, and it is extremely hygienic. Moreover, the problem that tiles, joints, and concrete deteriorate due to urine is also solved.

In addition, if the washing of the tray is linked to the flushing of the urinal, urine that has fallen in the receiving part after a certain time can be washed immediately at the same time or as necessary with the flushing of the urinal. It does not occur and can always be kept extremely clean.

If the water outlet is provided at the tip of the front part of the receiving part, it is possible to focus on the front part that is most likely to get dirty among the receiving parts.

If the drain pipe from the urinal body is placed on the wall side where the urinal body is attached and the pipe is removed from the lower side of the urinal body, the pipe will not get in the way and the receiving part can be easily washed Can do.

By unitizing both scaffolds and receiving parts with outlets and drains, simply install and pipe the receiving unit under the existing urinals, and easily use the normal urinals for the urine of the present invention. Can be remodeled into a water washing system

FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view showing an example of a urine flush system according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the urine flush system of FIG. 図3(a)は図1の小便用水洗システムで用いる受け部の平面図であり、(b)は受け部の別例を示す平面図である。Fig.3 (a) is a top view of the receiving part used with the flushing system for urine of FIG. 1, (b) is a top view which shows another example of a receiving part. 4A is a plan view of a unit including both scaffolds and receiving portions, FIG. 4B is a front view thereof, and FIG. 4C is a side view thereof.

The urine flushing system 1 of the present invention includes, for example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a urinal body 2 attached to a wall surface W, and both scaffolds 3 provided on the floor in front of the urinal body 2. The receiving part 4 is provided at a position lower than the both scaffolds 3 and receives the falling urine. The receiving part 4 extends from the bottom of the urinal body 2 to the front and between the two scaffolds 3. A front part 4a and a rear part 4b extending from the bottom of the urinal body 2 in both lateral directions, and a flush water discharge port 5 and a drain port 6 for washing the receiving part 4 are provided. It is characterized by being.

The urine flush system 1 of the present invention includes a urinal body 2, both scaffolds 3, and a receiving part 4, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2.
The shape of the urinal body 2 used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but a wall-mounted urinal commonly called a morning glory type is preferable. Of the wall-hanging type, a urinal in which the drain pipe 2a is accommodated in the wall and no piping is provided between the urinal and the floor is preferable because the receiving portion 4 can be more easily cleaned.

In the present invention, both scaffolds 3 are portions on which a user puts his / her foot when using a urinal, and are disposed on the floor surface in front of the urinal body 2. In the present invention, the receiving part 4 is a part for receiving urine spilled from the urinal body 2, and is configured to wash away the urine dropped on the receiving part 4 with washing water.
The receiving part 4 is arrange | positioned in a position lower than both the scaffolds 3 so that a wash water may not flow backward to both the scaffolds 3 and stain a user's foot | leg. The difference in altitude between the two scaffolds 3 and the receiving part 4 is not particularly limited. In consideration of the amount of washing water, the flow velocity, etc., the washing water does not flow back to both the scaffolds 3 and the two scaffolds 3 and the receiving part 4 are cleaned. The altitude difference may be set to an easy level, but usually about 3 to 5 cm is appropriate.

As illustrated in FIG. 2, the receiving portion 4 includes a front portion 4a and a rear portion 4b. The front portion 4a is a portion extending from the bottom of the urinal body 2 to the front direction, that is, to the user side. Since the two scaffolds 3 are arranged on both sides of the front part 4a, when the user uses the urinal body 2, the scaffold 3 straddles the front part 4a. When the urine does not reach the urine receiving portion 2b of the urinal body 2 just before the end of urination, the dropped urine is received by the front portion 4a, so that both the scaffolds 3 and the floor surface are soiled with urine. To prevent.

As illustrated in FIG. 2, the rear portion 4 b of the receiving portion 4 is a portion that extends from the bottom of the urinal body 2 in both lateral directions. This part prevents urine from being soiled by catching urine that is scattered laterally in the event that urine is accidentally scattered outside the urinal wall or on both sides of the wall.

In the example shown in FIG. 2, the shape of the receiving part 4 is such that the rear part 4b is provided over the entire width of the toilet wall, and the front part 4a extends from the vicinity of the center of the rear part 4b with a constant width. Although the overall shape is as shown in FIG. 3 (a), the shape of the receiving portion 4 that can be used in the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), the width of the front portion 4a. It is good also as a taper shape which became narrow, so that it distanced from the rear part 4b, or the front-end | tip 4a1 of the front part 4a and the corner | angular side of the side part 4b1 of the rear part 4b may be rounded into a semicircle, and other desired designs are made. In other words, any shape can be adopted as long as it can catch the urine that does not reach the urinal body 2 or hits the peripheral portion of the urinal body 2.
Moreover, when several urinal main bodies 2 are continuously provided near the wall, the rear portions 4b of the adjacent receiving portions 4 may be connected to each other and integrated with each other.

In the present invention, the urine received by the receiving portion 4 is configured to be washed away with washing water as appropriate. That is, the receiving portion 4 is provided with a discharge port 5 for introducing the cleaning water into the receiving portion 4 and a drain port 6 for discharging the used cleaning water out of the receiving portion 4.
The position of the discharge port 5 is not particularly limited as long as the washing water can be spread over the entire portion 4, but when using the urinal, urine is placed in the urine receiving portion 2 b of the urinal body 2 just before urination is finished. Considering the fact that the front part 4a of the receiving part 4 is most likely to get dirty in many cases that do not reach, the discharge port 5 is provided at the front end 4a1 of the front part 4a so that the front part 4a can be cleaned intensively. Is preferred. Moreover, you may provide the discharge port 5 in two or more places as needed, for example, the front end 4a1 of the front part 4a, and the side end 4b1 of the rear part 4b.
The position of the drain port 6 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to provide the drain port 5 at a position that does not prevent the washing water discharged from the discharge port 5 from spreading to the entire receiving portion 4. For example, the discharge port 5 is provided at the tip 4a1 of the front portion 4a. In the case where the drain port 6 is provided only at the side, it is preferable to provide the drain port 6 in the vicinity of the side end 4b1 of the rear portion 4b.
When a plurality of urinal bodies 2 are connected in series and the rear portions 4b of the adjacent receiving portions 4 are connected and integrated with each other, it is sufficient to provide one drain outlet 6 for each integrated receiving portion 4. There may be two or more if necessary.

The structure of the discharge port 5 is not particularly limited, and in the simplest case, a water pipe having an open end can be used as the discharge port 5 so that a small amount of water can always flow. Is provided with a valve and is configured to allow flushing water to flow when needed. When the washing water is flowed in a film form, a small amount of water may be used, which is economical and preferable.
When the valve is provided, the timing of opening the discharge port 5 and flowing the washing water is not particularly limited, but the washing water is also flowed to the receiving portion 4 in conjunction with the timing of washing the urinal body 2 with water. However, if necessary, the washing water may be flowed periodically at regular intervals, or a combination thereof may be used. When two or more discharge ports 5 are provided, one of them may be linked with the flushing of the urinal body 2 and the other may be washed at regular intervals. Specifically, the front part 4a that is easily soiled is washed. The discharge port 5 to be operated may be interlocked with the flushing of the urinal body 2, and the discharge port 5 for cleaning the rear portion 4b which is relatively difficult to get dirty may discharge the cleaning water at regular intervals.
In addition, the interlocking here includes not only the case where the flush water is discharged simultaneously with the flushing of the urinal body 2, but also the case where the flush water is discharged after a certain time from the flushing of the urinal body 2, The former is preferable in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.
The material for the urine flushing system of the present invention may be any of metals such as stainless steel and aluminum, enamel, ceramics, resin, etc., but it is lightweight and durable, has a clean appearance and good workability. Stainless steel is preferable in this respect.

The urine flushing system of the present invention is newly constructed as a flushing system including the urinal body 2, the two scaffolds 3, and the receiving part 4, or is remodeled into an existing urinal. In the case of renovation, as illustrated in FIG. 4, a unit including both the scaffolding 3, the discharge port 5, and the receiving portion 4 having the drainage port 6 is formed in advance, and this is easily installed by placing it under an existing urinal. It can also be reformed into a urine flush system.
The unit 1a shown in FIG. 4 includes a scaffold 4 having both scaffolds 3, a discharge port 5 and a drain port 6, which is installed under an existing urinal, and the discharge port 5 and the drain port 6 are piped. By doing so, the urine flushing system of the present invention can be obtained.
When installing the unit 1a in an existing urinal, if the floor surface of the existing urinal is in contact with the unit 1a (the back surface of the receiving portion 4), the unit 1a becomes dirty when the floor surface on which the unit 1a is installed is cleaned. Tends to accumulate between the unit 1a and the floor surface and is difficult to clean. Therefore, it is preferable to interpose a spacer for keeping a gap between the unit 1a and the floor surface.
In the example shown in FIG. 4, a leg portion 4 c is provided on the back surface of the receiving portion 4, and the leg portion 4 c is configured to maintain a gap between the floor surface and the back surface of the receiving portion 4 of the unit 1 a. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a spacer separate from the unit 1a may be laid on the back surface of the receiving portion 4 of the unit 1a.

As described above, the urine flushing system of the present invention extends from the bottom of the urinal body in the front direction and between the scaffolds, and from the bottom of the urinal body in both lateral directions. The urine leaking outward in the lateral direction of the urinal body is received by the rear receiving parts provided in both lateral directions, and from the urine receiving part in front of the urinal body. The leaked urine is received by a front receiving portion provided in front, and the urine received by these receiving portions is washed away.
Therefore, it is possible to provide a clean and sanitary urine rinsing system without causing urine accumulation, contamination with coagulum, and no odor. Furthermore, since tiles, concrete, etc. on the floor surface are not deteriorated by urine, their durability is enhanced and they are extremely useful.
