Claims (12)
- 基板と、
前記基板の表面上に配置された第1固定接点と、
前記基板の表面上で、前記第1固定接点の周囲に配置された第2固定接点と、
凸型のドーム形状を有し、端部が前記第2固定接点に接するように前記基板の表面上に配置され、押圧されることにより前記ドーム形状が反転して前記第1固定接点と前記第2固定接点とを導通させる可動部材と、
前記可動部材と前記基板の間において、前記可動部材を介して押下されていないときにはいかなる固定接点にも接触することなく前記第1固定接点を覆うように配置され、前記ドーム形状が反転するときに前記可動部材にかかる操作荷重を調整する緩衝部材と、
を有することを特徴とするプッシュスイッチ。 - 前記緩衝部材は、前記基板と前記可動部材の間に、前記第1固定接点を覆うように配置された板バネである、請求項1に記載のプッシュスイッチ。
- 前記緩衝部材は、前記第1固定接点を覆うように前記基板上に敷かれた導電ゴムである、請求項1に記載のプッシュスイッチ。
- 前記基板は、前記ドーム形状が反転したときに前記可動部材と接触する部分に貫通孔又は窪みが形成され、
前記第1固定接点は、前記貫通孔又は窪みの周囲に配置され、
前記緩衝部材は、前記貫通孔又は窪みと前記第1固定接点とを覆うように前記基板上に敷かれた板バネである、請求項1に記載のプッシュスイッチ。 - 弾性を有し前記可動部材を覆う保護シートをさらに有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のプッシュスイッチ。
- 前記緩衝部材は、前記第1固定接点と前記第2固定接点とが導通した後における前記可動部材の変形量に対する前記操作荷重の変化を調整する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のプッシュスイッチ。
- 共通基板と、
前記共通基板上に形成された複数のスイッチ構造と、を有し、
前記複数のスイッチ構造のそれぞれは、
前記共通基板の表面上に配置された第1固定接点と、
前記共通基板の表面上で、前記第1固定接点の周囲に配置された第2固定接点と、
凸型のドーム形状を有し、端部が前記第2固定接点に接するように前記共通基板の表面上に配置され、押圧されることにより前記ドーム形状が反転して前記第1固定接点と前記第2固定接点とを導通させる可動部材と、
前記可動部材と前記共通基板の間において、前記可動部材を介して押下されていないときにはいかなる固定接点にも接触することなく前記第1固定接点を覆うように配置され、前記ドーム形状が反転するときに前記可動部材にかかる操作荷重を調整する緩衝部材と、を有する、
ことを特徴とするスイッチモジュール。 - 前記緩衝部材は、前記共通基板と前記可動部材の間に、前記第1固定接点を覆うように配置された板バネである、請求項7に記載のスイッチモジュール。
- 前記緩衝部材は、前記第1固定接点を覆うように前記共通基板上に敷かれた導電ゴムである、請求項7に記載のスイッチモジュール。
- 前記共通基板は、前記ドーム形状が反転したときに前記可動部材と接触する部分に貫通孔又は窪みが形成され、
前記第1固定接点は、前記貫通孔又は窪みの周囲に配置され、
前記緩衝部材は、前記貫通孔又は窪みと前記第1固定接点とを覆うように前記共通基板上に敷かれた板バネである、請求項7に記載のスイッチモジュール。 - 弾性を有し前記可動部材を覆う保護シートをさらに有する、請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチモジュール。
- 前記緩衝部材は、前記第1固定接点と前記第2固定接点とが導通した後における前記可動部材の変形量に対する前記操作荷重の変化を調整する、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載のスイッチモジュール。
