Description
Claims (11)
- エネルギー貯蔵モジュール(10)の貯蔵セル(12)を収容するフレーム構成(18)であって、
‐前記フレーム構成(18)の、軸(14)に沿って互いに対向する2つの末端(22、24)を形成する2個のプレート状の終端要素(20)と、
‐前記フレーム構成(18)の互いに対向する側(26、28)に配置された結合要素(30)であって、前記フレーム構成(18)の一方の前記末端(22)から他方の前記末端(24)へと伸長し、或る一定の距離を介して前記2個の終端要素(20)を機械的に結合する前記結合要素(30)と、
を備える、前記フレーム構成(18)において、
各前記結合要素(30)は、前記2個の終端要素(20)と結合するために、自身の各末端に前記軸(14)に対して横方向に方向付けられたピン(42)を有し、前記ピン(42)はそれぞれ、前記終端要素(20)のそれぞれに設けられた凹部(40)に係合し、そこで各閂状の安全要素(32)により着脱可能に固定され、
前記互いに対向する2つの側(26、28)の各々に、結合要素(30)が2個ずつ設けられ、前記2個の結合要素(30)のピン(42)は、互いに反対方向に方向付けられて前記終端要素(20)の内部を通ることを特徴とする、フレーム構成(18)。 - 前記閂状の安全要素(32)は、
‐前記ピン(42)に形成された係止要素(46)として、又は、
‐外から前記終端要素(20)に導入可能な別体の安全要素(44)として、
構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のフレーム構成。 - 前記別体の安全要素(44)は、固定ピン、サークリップ、又は、スナップリングとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のフレーム構成。
- 各前記結合要素(30)は、L字形状の断面を有し、かつ前記フレーム構成(18)の縁端を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフレーム構成。
- 前記終端要素(20)の少なくとも一方は、結合ピン(56)を差し込むための開口(54)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のフレーム構成。
- バッテリモジュールの前記貯蔵セル(12)を収容することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のフレーム構成。
- 電気的に互いに接続された複数の貯蔵セル(12)と、当該貯蔵セル(12)を囲むフレーム構成(18)と、を備えた電気エネルギー貯蔵モジュール(10)において、前記フレーム構成(18)は、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に係るフレーム構成(18)として構成されることを特徴とする、エネルギー貯蔵モジュール(10)。
- 前記貯蔵セル(12)は、角柱形状の貯蔵セル(12)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のエネルギー貯蔵モジュール。
- 前記貯蔵セル(12)は、前記フレーム構成(18)の終端要素(20)の間で、軸(14)に沿って積層されて貯蔵セルスタック(16)となっていることを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のエネルギー貯蔵モジュール。
- 前記貯蔵セル(12)の間には、圧縮可能な中間要素又はアラミドから構成される耐火性の高分子板が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵モジュール。
- バッテリモジュールであることを特徴とする、請求項7〜10のいずれか1項に記載のエネルギー貯蔵モジュール。
