Claims (1)
- 排熱源から排熱熱交換器に連結されて、前記排熱源の排熱によって加熱された第1温水1Hが前記排熱熱交換器に供給されるようにする第1温水1Hラインと、
前記排熱熱交換器から前記排熱源に連結されて、前記排熱熱交換器を通過した第2温水2Hが前記排熱源に換水されるようにする第2温水2Hラインと、
前記第1温水1Hラインと前記第2温水2Hラインの間を連結するラインに配置されるミキシング弁と、
前記排熱熱交換器及び温水を用いて暖房のために熱交換される暖房熱交換器を備える温水タンクと、
前記排熱熱交換器と前記暖房熱交換器から熱交換された温水をユーザによって設定された温度を満足するように加熱して、暖房空間及び給湯空間に供給する補助ボイラーと、
を含む制御システムを用いて排熱換水温度を制御する方法であって、
排熱供給温度として前記第1温水1Hの温度と、排熱換水温度として前記第2温水2Hの温度を測定するステップと、
測定された前記第1温水1Hの温度及び前記第2温水2Hの温度に応じて前記ミキシング弁の開度を調節するステップと、
給湯によって前記温水タンク内に直水が流入されるステップと、
直水が流入されることによる前記第1温水1Hの温度及び前記第2温水2Hの温度の変化に対応して前記ミキシング弁の開度を再び調節するステップと、
を含んで構成されるミキシング弁を用いた排熱換水温度制御方法において、
前記排熱供給温度と排熱換水温度を測定するステップは、前記温水タンクの温度センサーで測定された各温度の平均情報を算出するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、ミキシング弁を用いた排熱換水温度制御方法。
