Description
入力プーリおよび出力プーリのプーリ面でV溝を形成し、
前記入力プーリ及び前記出力プーリのV溝に無端伝達部材を巻き掛けて駆動力を伝達する無段変速機であって、
前記入力プーリ及び前記出力プーリは、前記プーリ面を有する一対の半体で夫々構成され、
前記入力プーリ及び前記出力プーリの少なくとも何れか一方の一対の半体は、
変速機ケースに固定された固定部と、
前記固定部に軸方向へ移動可能に螺合締結されると共に外周側から回転を入力可能なリングギヤを有する第1部材と、
前記第1部材に対して相対回転可能且つ軸方向に一体移動となると共に、前記無端伝達部材と接触可能な第2部材と、
を夫々有し、
前記第2部材の回転中心には回転軸が配置され、
前記第2部材は前記回転軸と一体回転し、
一対の前記第1部材は、前記リングギヤを介して駆動源の駆動力が伝達されることを特徴とする。
図1から図6を参照して、本発明の無段変速機の第1実施形態を説明する。本実施形態の無段変速機は、入力プーリと、出力プーリと、この2つのプーリに巻き掛けられるベルト(チェーンでもよい)からなる帯状の無端伝達部材とを備える。なお、本実施形態においては、入力プーリと出力プーリとは同様に構成されるため、入力プーリを詳細に説明して、出力プーリの詳細な説明は省略する。
次に図7を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態の無段変速機を説明する。第2実施形態の無段変速機は、変速比を変更するための駆動源17及び従動ギヤ16、駆動ギヤ18の配置位置が異なる以外は第1実施形態と同一に構成されるため、第1実施形態と同一の構成については第1実施形態と同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。
次に図8を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態の無段変速機を説明する。第3実施形態の無段変速機は、第1実施形態のものと比較して、移動部9がテーパー面を備えておらず、プーリ半体ディスク13に代えてプーリ半体本体19が設けられ、移動部9とプーリ半体本体19とが深溝玉軸受20を介して相対回転自在となっている点を除き、第1実施形態のものと同様に構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 入力プーリおよび出力プーリのプーリ面でV溝を形成し、
前記入力プーリ及び前記出力プーリのV溝に無端伝達部材を巻き掛けて駆動力を伝達する無段変速機であって、
前記入力プーリ及び前記出力プーリは、前記プーリ面を有する一対の半体で夫々構成され、
前記入力プーリ及び前記出力プーリの少なくとも何れか一方の一対の半体は、
変速機ケースに固定された固定部と、
前記固定部に軸方向へ移動可能に螺合締結されると共に外周側から回転を入力可能なリングギヤを有する第1部材と、
前記第1部材に対して相対回転可能且つ軸方向に一体移動となると共に、前記無端伝達部材と接触可能な第2部材と、
を夫々有し、
前記第2部材の回転中心には回転軸が配置され、
前記第2部材は前記回転軸と一体回転し、
一対の前記第1部材は、前記リングギヤを介して駆動源の駆動力が伝達され、
前記半体の前記第1部材と前記固定部の螺合締結される螺合部位は、前記半体の径方向に間隔を存して複数設けられることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1記載の無段変速機であって、
一対の前記半体の前記第1部材と前記固定部の螺合締結される螺合部位の螺旋巻き方向は夫々異なることを特徴とする無段変速機。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の無段変速機であって、
前記リングギヤと噛合うピニオンと、
前記ピニオンと一体回転するように前記ピニオンを軸支するピニオンシャフトとを備え、
前記駆動源の駆動力が前記ピニオンシャフトに伝達されることにより前記第1部材が回転することを特徴とする無段変速機。
