Claims (10)
- 弁座部に当接してポートの連通を遮断する閉塞位置と、前記弁座部から離れて前記ポートを連通させる開放位置とに作動するポペット弁を備えた電磁弁であって、
前記ポートが設けられ、前記ポペット弁が組み込まれるバルブハウジングと、
前記ポペット弁を駆動する可動鉄心の一端部に当接する支持脚、前記支持脚に平行に延び、前記可動鉄心の他端部に当接する駆動脚、および前記支持脚の基端部と前記駆動脚の基端部の間のヨーク部を備え、前記支持脚と前記駆動脚と前記ヨーク部とが一体に形成され、前記バルブハウジング内に組み込まれる固定鉄心と、
前記固定鉄心に設けられるコイルと、
前記ヨーク部に形成され、前記駆動脚を囲むシール面と、
を有する電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において、
前記支持脚よりも奥行き寸法が大きいシールフランジが前記支持脚の先端部に設けられ、前記支持脚の幅寸法は前記シールフランジの幅寸法と同一である、電磁弁。 - 請求項2記載の電磁弁において、
前記シールフランジよりも先端側には、当接突起が形成され、前記当接突起を囲むシール面が前記シールフランジに形成されている、電磁弁。 - 請求項1記載の電磁弁において、
前記支持脚の先端部に設けられるシールフランジと、
前記シールフランジよりも先端側に形成される当接突起と、
前記シールフランジに形成され前記当接突起を囲むシール面と、
を有する電磁弁。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、
前記支持脚の幅寸法は、前記駆動脚の幅寸法よりも大きく、前記ヨーク部の幅寸法は前記支持脚の幅寸法と同一である、電磁弁。 - 弁座部に当接してポートの連通を遮断する閉塞位置と、前記弁座部から離れて前記ポートを連通させる開放位置とに作動するポペット弁を備えた電磁弁であって、
前記ポートが設けられ、前記ポペット弁が組み込まれるバルブハウジングと、
前記ポペット弁を駆動する可動鉄心の一端部に当接する支持脚、前記支持脚に平行に延び、前記可動鉄心の他端部に当接する駆動脚、および前記支持脚の基端部と前記駆動脚の基端部の間のヨーク部を備え、前記支持脚と前記駆動脚と前記ヨーク部とが一体に形成され、前記バルブハウジング内に組み込まれる固定鉄心と、
前記固定鉄心に設けられるコイルと、
前記固定鉄心に設けられ、前記コイルが巻き付けられる筒状本体と、前記筒状本体の基端部に設けられ前記ヨーク部に突き当てられる当接フランジと、前記筒状本体の先端部に設けられ前記バルブハウジングに固定される固定フランジとを有するボビンと、
前記当接フランジと前記ヨーク部との間に配置される気密用のシール部材と、
を有する電磁弁。 - 請求項6記載の電磁弁において、前記固定フランジと前記バルブハウジングとの間に、密閉用の第1のシール部材を配置した、電磁弁。
- 請求項6または7記載の電磁弁において、前記支持脚の先端に設けられたシールフランジと前記固定フランジとの間に、密閉用の第2のシール部材を配置した、電磁弁。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、前記駆動脚、前記支持脚および前記ヨーク部は、それぞれ横断面形状が四辺形である、電磁弁。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電磁弁において、
前記バルブハウジングに設けられた流路部に、第1のポートと第2のポートを連通させる第1の連通孔が設けられた第1の弁座部を設け、
前記第2のポートと第3のポートを連通させる第2の連通孔が設けられた第2の弁座部を、前記バルブハウジングに装着される流路ブロックに設け、
前記ポペット弁は、前記コイルへの非通電時に、前記第1の弁座部に当接して前記第1と第2のポートの連通を遮断し、前記第2の弁座部から離れて前記第2と第3のポートを連通させる一方、前記コイルへの通電時に、前記第2の弁座部に当接して前記第2と第3のポートの連通を遮断し、前記第1の弁座部から離れて前記第1と第2のポートを連通させる、電磁弁。
