Description
(1)ガラス転移温度
ガラス転移温度の測定は、示差走査熱量測定(DSC Q2000、ティ・エイ・インスツルメント)で行う。サンプルを5から15mg程度量り取り、アルミニウム製の専用容器内に設置し、不活性ガス雰囲気下で、昇温速度10℃/分、測定温度−100℃から150℃の範囲で示差走査熱量測定を行う。測定は連続して2回行い、2回目の測定結果からガラス転移温度を決定する。
直径25mm、高さ50mmの円柱状の試験用のコンクリート柱を、モルタル(プレミックスモルタルM130、陽光物産株式会社)を用いて作製する。具体的には、最初に100質量部のM130及び15.6質量部の水を手早く混合し、円筒形の型に混合したモルタルを注入する。次に、25℃、相対湿度90%で72時間モルタルを硬化させる。硬化後、コンクリート柱を型から外し、モルタル表面を水で洗浄し、コンクリート柱を十分に乾燥する。幅50mmに切断した接着シートを、塩基性接着剤層がコンクリート柱に面するようにして、得られたコンクリート柱の周りに張力をかけながら2回巻き付けた後、3日間23±1℃で養生して試験体とする。
2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2EHA)70質量部、アクリル酸(AA)30質量部、及びIrgacure 651 0.14質量部、1,6−ヘキサンジオールジアクリレート(HDDA)1.0質量部をプラネタリーミキサーに一括で仕込み、減圧下(50mmHg)、15分間混練して重合性アクリル系樹脂組成物を得た。重合性アクリル系樹脂組成物は、予備重合されたアクリル系樹脂組成物である。
イソオクチルアクリレート(IOA)67.5質量部、AA2.5質量部、及びIrgacure 651 0.14質量部、HDDA0.08質量部、及びN,N−ジメチルアクリルアミド(DMAA)30質量部をプラネタリーミキサーに一括で仕込み、減圧下(50mmHg)、15分間混練して重合性アクリル系樹脂組成物を得た。重合性アクリル系樹脂組成物は、予備重合されたアクリル系樹脂組成物である。
ホットメルト用接着剤のポリアミド樹脂(3779、スリーエムカンパニー)を小片にカッターナイフでカットし、90μm厚さの表面を剥離処理した紙ライナー上にポリアミド小片を設置した。この紙ライナーの上に0.05mmの鉄製スペーサーをポリアミド小片の周りに配置し、鉄製スペーサーとポリアミド小片の上に表面を剥離処理した紙ライナーを置いてポリアミド樹脂を挟み込んだ。
蓋つきガラス容器に、トルエンとイソプロピルアルコールの1:1混合溶媒を100質量部入れ、そこにホットメルト用接着剤のポリアミド樹脂(3779、スリーエム株式会社)を25質量部、及びロジンエステル粘着付与剤(ハリタックF85、ハリマ化成グループ株式会社)15質量部を仕込んだ。十分に密栓した後、65℃のオーブンを用いて12時間加熱することによりポリアミド分散液を得た。
酸性樹脂含浸強化繊維シート及び塩基性接着剤層を積層して3日以上23±1℃で養生して接着シートを調製した。得られた接着シートについて圧縮試験を行った結果、及び比較例1として接着シートを適用しなかったコンクリート柱に対して圧縮試験を行った結果を示す。塩基性接着剤層BA2、及びBA3を有する接着シートはドライヤーで熱を与えながらコンクリート柱に巻き付けた。酸性樹脂AR1〜5及び塩基性接着剤層BA1〜3のガラス転移温度(Tg)も併せて表3に示す。例1及び比較例1の圧縮試験のチャートを図5に示す。

Claims (9)
- 酸性樹脂に含浸した強化繊維を含む基材層及び前記基材層の上に配置された塩基性接着剤層を含む接着シート。
- 前記酸性樹脂のTgが−60℃以上である、請求項1に記載の接着シート。
- 前記塩基性接着剤層が感圧接着剤又はホットメルト接着剤を含む、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の接着シート。
- JIS A 1191:2004に準拠して測定したときに、前記強化繊維の引張強度が0.01kN/mm2以上であり、破断伸びが10%以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の接着シート。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着シートを含む補強補修テープ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接着シートを含む建材用補強補修テープ。
- 請求項6に記載の建材用補強補修テープが巻き付けられた強化建材。
- 前記建材用補強補修テープが2回以上巻き付けられた、請求項7に記載の強化建材。
- 請求項6に記載の建材用補強補修テープを建材の周囲に張力をかけながら巻き付けることを含む、強化建材の製造方法。
