Claims (10)
- トラクション電池(10)の互いに電気的に接続される複数の電池モジュール(12)の中から1つの電池モジュール(12)を位置特定するための方法であって、
前記複数の電池モジュール(12)に共通であり、前記複数の電池モジュール(12)の各々は直列に接続され、前記複数の電池モジュール(12)のそれぞれからDC分離された電位基準(14)に対して、リアルタイムで前記複数の電池モジュール(12)のそれぞれにおいて、電圧計(26)を介して電位が測定され、
前記電位のそれぞれが、前記電池モジュール(12)間の電圧を減算で計算するために使用され、
前記電池モジュール(12)の位置関係が前記電位のそれぞれから導出され、
前記トラクション電池(10)内に一意に示されるモジュール制御装置(16)が、位置特定すべき前記電池モジュール(12)の両端で低下した電圧を検索するために使用され、
前記検索された電圧および前記計算された電圧が、前記トラクション電池(10)内の前記位置関係に基づいて前記電池モジュール(12)を位置特定するために使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記電池モジュール(12)がそれぞれ、複数の個々の電気セル(18)を備え、
前記電池モジュール(12)の両端で低下した前記電圧が、前記モジュール制御装置(16)により前記電池モジュール(12)の各個々のセル(18)から測定された電圧を検索することによって検索されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記モジュール制御装置(16)が、前記トラクション電池(10)のバスシステム(20)を介して信号伝達目的で接続される複数のモジュール制御装置(16)のうちの1つであり、各前記モジュール制御装置(16)が、電池モジュール(12)に関連付けられており、
前記バスシステム(20)が、前記電位基準(14)を定義することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。 - 前記バスシステム(20)が、前記電池モジュール(12)を前記トラクション電池(10)の電池制御装置にさらに接続し、
前記電圧の前記計算、前記位置関係の前記導出、前記電圧の前記検索または前記電池モジュール(12)の前記位置特定が、前記電池制御装置によって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記電位が、それぞれの前記電池モジュール(12)に関連付けられた電圧計(26)によって測定され、
前記電圧計(26)が、ローパスフィルタ(28)を介してそれぞれの前記モジュール制御装置(16)に前記電位を報告する ことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。 - 漏電モニタ(40)が、前記電池モジュール(12)と前記バスシステム(20)との間のDC電位分離部(38)を監視し、
前記漏電モニタ(40)が、前記バスシステム(20)の前記電位基準(14)を生成することを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記電池モジュール(12)の中からさらなる電池モジュール(12)を位置特定するために、必要に応じて前記電池モジュール(12)の前記位置関係が記憶され、検索されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 特に請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うための装置(10)であって、
トラクション電池(10)の互いに電気的に接続される複数の電池モジュール(12)に共通の電位基準(14)に対して、前記電池モジュール(12)のそれぞれにおいて電位を測定するための手段と、
前記電位から、前記電池モジュール(12)間の電圧を減算で計算するための手段と、
前記電圧から、前記電池モジュール(12)の位置関係を導出するための手段と、
前記トラクション電池(10)内に一意に示されるモジュール制御装置(16)によって、前記電池モジュール(12)の中から位置特定すべき電池モジュール(12)の両端で低下した電圧を検索するための手段と、
検索された前記電圧および計算された前記電圧を使用して、前記トラクション電池(10)内の前記位置関係に基づいて前記電池モジュール(12)を位置特定するための手段と
を特徴とする装置(10)。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法すべてを行うために設定されるコンピュータプログラム。
- 請求項9に記載のコンピュータプログラムが記憶された機械可読記憶媒体。
