Description
本開示は、一般に、液体サンプルから、粒子などの不溶物を除去するための手段を提供するために採用することができる。

(ii)濾過装置のチューブの外壁のガイド
の相互作用(interplay)は、濾過装置を、再現可能に(ever-reproducible)、正しい位置に置く(orientation)ことを許容する。
(i)「蓋閉および押込装置」の蓋、および
(ii)入口側と同じ方向を指す、濾過装置のピストンの側、
におけるガイドの相互作用は、自動的、かつ再現可能な、蓋閉および押込プロセスを許容する。
位置決めサイトは、それが、マルチチャンネル ピペットの距離尺度(distance measure)に対応する、個々の収集容器間の距離尺度を予め定義するように、デザインされてもよい。その後、位置決めサイトは、台座の中で配置され、そして、「蓋閉および押込装置」の蓋は、閉められる。
本プロセスにおいて、濾過装置のピストンは、後者のチューブに挿入され、そして、サンプルは、フィルター表面を通って加圧される。後者のプロセスは、所望により、それぞれ、チューブの外壁並びに濾過装置のピストンおよび位置決めサイトに、配置されたガイドによって、そして、「蓋閉および押込装置」の蓋に配置されたガイドによって、単純化され、自動化される。
濾過装置、キットおよび「蓋閉および押込装置」は、下記に示され、そして議論される、図と実施例の手段により、より詳細に説明される。その図と実施例は、単に、説明されるものであり、いかなる方法でも、本発明を限定する意図はないことに留意されるべきである。
Claims (13)
- 以下を含む、液体サンプルのための濾過装置(10)
a)長手方向を定義する、入口端と出口端を含む、チューブ(11);
b)チューブの中で、長手方向に対して横に配置されたフィルター表面(12);および、
c)チューブ内のフィルター表面上に置かれた液体サンプルの存在下、チューブにピストンを導入すると、ガス・クッションが齎され、および、圧縮され、そして、液体サンプルがフィルター表面を通じて加圧されるように、入口端から、チューブに形状固定的に挿入可能である(form−lockingly insertable)、ピストン;
であって、前記ピストンは、ヒンジ(17)によってチューブに接続される、濾過装置。 - 請求項1の濾過装置であって、チューブおよび/またはピストンが、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、および/または高密度ポリエチレンを含む群から選択される材料で製造される、濾過装置。
- 請求項1または2項に記載の濾過装置であって、フィルター表面は、フィルターマトリックス(filter matrix)のための支持体(support)として機能する濾過装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の濾過装置であって、前記フィルターマトリックスが、フィルター表面に固定される、濾過装置。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の濾過装置であって、ピストンが、フィルター表面に面する末端のエッジに、円周嵩上げ(circumferential elevation)(15)を含む、濾過装置。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の濾過装置であって、フィルター表面が、前記チューブの出口側に向かう、ドリップ・ディレクター(drip director)(16)を含む、濾過装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の濾過装置であって、チューブの内壁に対してシールするために、ピストンが、
a)円周ビーズ(circumferential bead)または
b)シーリング リング(14)のための円周溝(circumferential groove)
を含む、濾過装置。 - 請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の濾過装置であって、濾過装置が、
a)チューブ(11)の外壁に配置したガイド(19)、および/または
b)入口端と同じ方向に向かうピストンの端に配置されたガイド(18)
を含む、濾過装置。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の濾過装置と、収集容器からなるキット。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の濾過装置のための、以下を含む、「蓋閉および押込装置」(30)であって、
●台座(31)
●台座(31)の収集容器のための、少なくとも、1つの位置決めサイト(positioning site)(32)、および
●台座にヒンジで接続された蓋(33)、
前記蓋は、台座に向かうヒンジ軸に関して、蓋の蓋閉の動きの間に、濾過装置のピストンが、濾過装置のチューブに導入されるように構成され、そして、前記濾過装置は、位置決めサイト(positioning site)にある収集容器の上に配置される、「蓋閉および押込装置」(close and push−through device)。 - 請求項10に記載の「蓋閉および押込装置」(close and push−through device)であって、
a)収集容器のための位置決めサイト(positioning site)(32)が、濾過装置またはそのチューブのためのガイドを含み、および/または
b)蓋は、少なくとも、1つの濾過装置のピストンのためのガイドを含む、
「蓋閉および押込装置」(close and push−through device)。 - 収集容器のための位置決めサイト(positioning site)が、台座から取外し可能である、請求項10または11項に記載の「蓋閉および押込装置」(close and push−through device)。
- 取外し可能である位置決めサイト(positioning site)が、凹部又は突起部(42)を含み、台座に導入されると、台座の相補的突起部または凹部(51)と係合し、位置決めサイトの傾斜を阻害する、請求項12に記載の「蓋閉および押込装置」。
