Description
具体的には、本発明の容積型ポンプは、供給室を備える容積型ポンプであって、圧力接続部及び吸引接続部に接続され、変位要素により供給室の容積が定められ、前記変位要素は供給室の容積が小さくなる第一位置と、供給室の容積が大きくなる第二位置との間を前後に移動可能であり、圧力接続部は圧力弁によって供給室に接続され、吸引接続部は吸込弁によって供給室に接続される容積型ポンプにおいて、圧力弁が閉じた状態で、逆流路が供給室と圧力接続部とを接続し、それを通じて媒質が供給室へ流入することができ、及び/又はガスが供給室から逃げることができることを特徴とするものである。

Claims (5)
- 供給室を備える容積型ポンプであって、圧力接続部及び吸引接続部に接続され、変位要素により前記供給室の容積が定められ、前記変位要素は前記供給室の容積が小さくなる第一位置と、前記供給室の容積が大きくなる第二位置との間を前後に移動可能であり、前記圧力接続部は圧力弁によって前記供給室に接続され、前記吸引接続部は吸込弁によって前記供給室に接続される容積型ポンプにおいて、
前記圧力弁が閉じた状態で、逆流路が前記供給室と前記圧力接続部とを接続し、それを通じて媒質が前記供給室へ流入することができ、及び/又はガスが前記供給室から逃げることができ、
前記逆流路の断面積が、最も狭い箇所において、0.005mm2 よりも大きく且つ0.5mm 2 よりも小さく、
前記圧力弁が前記逆流路を有し、
前記圧力弁は弁体及び弁座を有し、前記弁体が前記弁座と接触しないことで前記供給室が前記圧力接続部と接続される開位置と、前記弁体が前記弁座と接触する閉位置との間で前後に移動可能であり、前記弁座又は前記弁体は、前記閉位置において前記弁座と前記弁体との間に前記逆流路が形成されるように構成され、
前記弁体が前記弁座と接触する面に溝を有し、その溝が前記閉位置で前記逆流路を形成するように配置されており、
前記溝の深さが、0.2mmよりも小さく、
前記溝が湾曲底部を有し、その溝底は1mmよりも小さい曲率半径を有する、ことを特徴とする容積型ポンプ。 - 前記逆流路の断面積が、最も狭い箇所において、0.1mm 2 よりも小さく、最適には0.03mm 2 よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容積型ポンプ。
- 前記弁座は封入面を有し、前記封入面は、前記閉位置において前記弁体と接触し、前記開位置において前記弁体と接触しないように配置され、前記封入面は溝を有し、その溝は前記閉位置において前記供給室と前記圧力接続部との間に脱気接続部を形成するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の容積型ポンプ。
- 前記逆流路の断面積が、最も狭い箇所において、0.01mm 2 よりも大きく、最適には0.015mm 2 よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の容積型ポンプ。
- 前記湾曲底部の溝底の曲率半径は、0.5mmよりも小さく、最適には0.15mm〜0.4mmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の容積型ポンプ。
