Claims (7)
- 石油ガス産業で用いられる往復式圧縮機であって、
圧縮室と、
角変位を与えるように構成される作動装置と、
弁と、
を備え、
前記弁は、
固定子開口部を有する固定子と、
前記作動装置に接続し、前記作動装置により回転するように構成される作動装置軸と、
回転子開口部を有する回転子と、
を備え、
前記回転子および前記固定子の少なくとも1つは、前記回転子または前記固定子の表面からそれらの間の接点に向かって突出する密封プロフィールを有し、
密封プロフィールは、前記固定子開口部または前記回転子開口部のそれぞれ1つを取り囲み
前記弁が吸入弁であり、前記回転子は前記固定子よりも前記圧縮室の近くに位置する、
往復式圧縮機。 - 前記回転子および前記固定子のうちの前記それぞれの少なくとも1つは、前記表面上に溝を有し、前記密封プロフィールは、前記溝の内部に固定的に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の往復式圧縮機。
- 前記密封プロフィールは、前記回転子および前記固定子のうちの前記それぞれの少なくとも1つに接着される、請求項1または2に記載の往復式圧縮機。
- 前記密封プロフィールは、前記回転子および前記固定子のうちの前記それぞれの少なくとも1つと共に1片として形成される、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の往復式圧縮機。
- 前記回転子および前記固定子の両方は、それらの間の前記接点に向かうそれぞれの表面上に、密封プロフィールを有する、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の往復式圧縮機。
- 前記固定子上の固定子の密封プロフィールは、ほぼ同じ形状を有する2つの隣接する閉鎖ペリメータを備え、前記ペリメータのうちの1つは前記固定子開口部を取り囲み、
前記回転子上の回転子の密封プロフィールは、前記2つの隣接する閉鎖ペリメータのうちのいずれか1つとほぼ同じ形状を有する閉鎖ペリメータを備え、前記回転子の閉鎖ペリメータは前記回転子開口部を取り囲む、
請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の往復式圧縮機。 - 前記回転子の密封プロフィールは、前記閉鎖ペリメータの周囲に延長する側であるシール延長部であって、前記シール延長部は前記回転子の表面に向けて一定の比率で減少する、請求項6に記載の往復式圧縮機。
