Description
The present invention relates to an adhesive tape sticking device for sticking an adhesive tape to an adherend member such as a cardboard box, and in particular, sticks an adhesive tape to both sides of the sticking member across the top. The present invention relates to an adhesive tape attaching apparatus.
In general, for example, in a cardboard box as a member to be adhered, a lid is placed after an article is put inside, and an adhesive tape having a back surface formed on an adhesive surface is adhered to seal the lid. Adhesive tape attaching devices that automatically perform attachment work have become widespread.
Conventionally, as a sticking device for this type of adhesive tape, for example, a device disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 4964724 is known. As shown in FIG. 16, this adhesive
By the way, in this conventional adhesive
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and enables a relatively short adhesive tape to be securely held and attached, and the adhesive tape alone is rubbed against the adhesive tape when the adhesive tape is attached. To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape sticking device that can be held and attached to a member to be stuck so as not to generate resistance, and can be fastened to improve work efficiency. With the goal.
In order to achieve such an object, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape sticking device of the present invention has a back surface with a required length across the top portion on both side surfaces of a member to be stuck having a pair of side surfaces with the top portion as a boundary. In the adhesive tape sticking device for sticking the adhesive tape alone formed on the adhesive surface,
A tape holding mechanism that holds the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape alone with the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface facing the adherend member, and is provided to be able to move forward and backward with respect to the adherend member, and is held by the tape retention mechanism when advanced. The adhesive tape is brought into contact with the surface of the adhesive tape and presses the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape alone against the top of the adherend member and is moved along each side of the adherend while being separated from the top side. And a pressing mechanism including a pair of pressing members that press and adhere the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape alone to the corresponding side surface,
The tape holding mechanism, the longitudinal middle of the rotatably respectively provided above the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape itself around the both movable and axial with respective pressing member on the outside of the pressing member is temporarily attached to the adhesive face It consists of a pair of holding rods that hold and hold.
As a result, when sticking the adhesive tape on the adherend, prepare a single adhesive tape of the required length in advance, and temporarily attach the adhesive tape between the pair of holding rods of the tape holding mechanism. Hold. In this state, when the pressing member of the pressing mechanism is advanced with respect to the adherend member, first, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape alone is pressed against the top of the adherend member, and then both pressing members are from the top side. While being separated from each other, they are moved along the respective side surfaces of the member to be adhered, and the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape alone is pressed and adhered to the corresponding side surface. In this case, since the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is temporarily attached between the pair of holding rods and is held by holding, the holding rod has a relatively small temporary attachment area compared to the suction surface of the conventional suction plate, and therefore has a relatively long length. The adhesive tape can be securely held and adhered to the adherend member. In addition, the single adhesive tape temporarily attached and held between the pair of holding rods is pulled by the pressing member as the two pressing members are separated, but the holding rod is rotatable so that the adhesive surface of the single adhesive tape is attached. It will roll relatively during temporary attachment, so there is some resistance when the temporary attachment is peeled off, but the adhesive tape alone is held by the holding rod with almost no frictional resistance, and the adherend member Affixed to. As a result, the sticking speed can be increased and work efficiency can be improved.
If necessary, the holding rods can be rotated via a one-way clutch that allows the inward rotation of each pressing member in the advance direction and prevents the outward rotation. It has a configuration that supports it. Thereby, both holding rods rotate in the same direction and the adhesive tape alone does not cause a positional shift with respect to each pressing member, and the adhesive tape alone can be securely attached to the adherend member. It becomes like this. For example, when the top part is a straight ridgeline and the right and left side faces are in a right-angled positional relationship, the pressing member is disposed at a symmetrical position with respect to the advancing and retreating direction of the pressing member passing through the top part, and the top part is When arranged so that the angle formed between the advancing / retreating direction of the pressing member passing through and each side surface is equal, for example, when sticking an adhesive tape of equal length on the left and right side surfaces with respect to the top of the member to be adhered Can be attached to a uniform length without different lengths on the left and right.
Moreover, each said press member is comprised with the press roller which rolls the side surface of the said to-be-adhered member as needed. The pressing member is made of a member such as a spatula, and the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape alone can be squeezed and pressed against the adherend member. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage such as scratching the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape alone.
Furthermore, a base that can move the pressing mechanism to two positions, that is, a retracted position separated from the top of the adherend member and an advanced position that is close to the top, and a base driving unit that drives the base to move. And a closed position corresponding to the top of the adherend member provided on the base and extending in the direction of advancement and retraction of the base, and closed to the side corresponding to each side surface with the center line as a boundary. And a pair of moving members that can be moved to two positions of the open position separated from each other, and a biasing means that biases each of the moving members in the closed position direction. Each moving member is provided with a symmetrical positional relationship with respect to the center line, and each holding rod is provided with each moving member with a symmetrical positional relationship with respect to the center line, and the base is advanced from the retracted position. In the process of moving to The moving member is moved from the closed position to the open position against the biasing force of the biasing means by the reaction force from the sticking member to be used, and the pressing members are moved along the side surfaces of the sticking member. It is set as the structure made to move.
Thereby, for example, when the top part of the adherend member is a straight ridge line and the right and left side surfaces are in a right-angled positional relationship, the center line extending in the advancing and retreating direction of the base passes through the top part of the adherend member, and If the base is arranged so that the angles formed by the center line and each side face are equal, the adhesive tape alone can be reliably attached to the member to be attached.
Further, if necessary, the pressing members are separated from a virtual surface of the holding rod including the center line of both holding rods of the tape holding mechanism, and the adhesive tape alone is supplied to both holding rods for temporary attachment. Advancing from the standby position and the standby position, the tip of each pressing member exceeds the virtual surface of the holding rod, and the pressing member is brought into contact with the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape alone so that the pressing by the pressing member is enabled. The corresponding moving member is provided so as to be movable to two operating positions, and the pressing member is moved from the standby position to the operating position before the moving member moves from the closed position to the open position. When the member moves from the open position to the closed position, or after the movement, the pressing member driving unit that drives the respective pressing members from the operating position to the standby position is provided.
Thereby, when each pressing member is in the standby position, each pressing member is separated from the virtual surface of the holding rod and the space between the pressing rods increases, so that the adhesive tape alone can be supplied to both holding rods and temporarily attached. it can. After that, if each pressing member is moved to the operating position, each pressing member can be brought into contact with the surface of the adhesive tape alone, and the adhesive tape alone can be attached to each pressing member by the advancing movement of the base. . In this case, since the operating position of each pressing member is a position where the tip of each pressing member exceeds the holding rod virtual surface, it is possible to slightly push the adhesive tape alone and apply tension to it, Since the situation where sagging occurs can be prevented, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape alone can be reliably attached to the member to be attached.
In addition, a rotation control mechanism is provided that enables both the holding rods to be rotated in synchronization with each other at the closed position of the moving member as required. As a result, when each pressing member advances from the standby position to the operating position, each pressing member slightly pushes the adhesive tape alone, but both holding rods rotate synchronously to feed out the adhesive tape alone. . In this case, if both holding rods do not rotate synchronously, for example, if only one holding rod rotates, the left and right adhesive tapes are fed out differently, and the adhesive tape alone is properly attached to the adherend. However, since both the holding rods rotate synchronously to feed out the adhesive tape alone, the length of the adhesive tape fed out from the left and right is equalized, so the adhesive tape alone is biased to the left and right The situation can be prevented, and the adhesive tape alone can be properly attached to the member to be attached.
In this case, it is effective that the rotation control mechanism includes a pair of friction rollers that cooperate with the holding rods and rotate in synchronization with each other at the closed position of the moving member. It can be reliably synchronized.
In this case, the rotation control mechanism includes a pair of first pulleys having the same diameter coaxially provided on the holding rods, and a pair of second wheels having the same diameter provided on the moving members at symmetrical positions. A pulley, and a pair of endless belts respectively stretched between the first pulley and the second pulley provided for each moving member, and the friction rollers are provided coaxially with the corresponding second pulleys. be able to. It can be reliably synchronized with a simple mechanism.
And if needed, it is set as the structure which provided the tape supply part which supplies the adhesive tape single-piece | unit of required length to the both holding rods of the said tape holding mechanism, and carries out temporary attachment. Since the adhesive tape can be temporarily temporarily attached to both holding rods, work efficiency can be improved.
In this case, if necessary, the tape supply unit may be formed by cutting the tape feeding unit that feeds the adhesive tape from the reel on which the adhesive tape is wound, and the tip side of the adhesive tape fed from the tape feeding unit. A pair of support rods for temporarily attaching and supporting the adhesive surface in the longitudinal direction of a single piece of the adhesive tape to be cut by the cutting mechanism, and the tape feeding portion provided with the both support rods The adhesive tape alone is temporarily attached to both the support rods on the side, the both support rods are moved to the tape holding mechanism side, and the adhesive tape alone temporarily attached to the both support rods is conveyed to the both holding rods. The transfer body is provided with a transfer body and a transport body drive unit that moves and drives the transport body. Since the adhesive tape alone is cut and transported from the reel's adhesive tape in advance, it is not necessary to temporarily attach the adhesive tape to the holding rod and then cut it. The work efficiency can be improved by increasing the speed.
In addition, if necessary, both the support rods are provided on the transport body with an interval wider than the interval between the holding rods at the closed position of the moving members, and the support rod includes an axis of the support rods. The rod virtual surface is provided in the transport body so as to be parallel to the holding rod virtual surface including the axis of the both holding rods, and the transport body driving unit is configured to support the support rod virtual surface at the standby position of each pressing member. The holding body is opposed to the virtual surface of the holding rod, and then the carrier is moved so that the virtual surface of the support rod intersects the virtual surface of the holding rod. A single tape is transferred to both the holding rods. Delivery can be performed reliably.
Further, if necessary, an origin rod that is moved forward and backward with respect to the adhesive tape delivered from the tape delivery section to temporarily attach and release the adhesive tape, and an origin rod drive section that moves and drives the origin rod. The cutting mechanism is provided with a cutting blade that can be moved forward and backward by an actuator and that cuts the adhesive tape in the vicinity of the downstream side of the origin rod when advanced, and the transport body drive unit In the state where the tip of the adhesive tape fed from the tape delivery part is temporarily attached to the origin rod, the first part is temporarily attached to the both support rods at the upstream side of the origin rod. Position, then, with the origin rod temporarily released from the adhesive tape, the support rod on the downstream side and upstream side of the origin rod is positioned in the vicinity of the origin rod. Then, the cutting blade of the cutting mechanism is moved forward and backward in the second position where the adhesive tape is pulled out from the tape delivery portion, and then the adhesive tape is temporarily attached to the origin rod again by the origin rod at the second position. After cutting the adhesive tape between the origin rod and the upstream support rod and forming a single adhesive tape on both the support rods, the virtual surface of the support rod is placed at the standby position of each pressing member. A third position that faces the holding rod virtual surface, and then a position where the support rod virtual surface is moved so as to intersect the holding rod virtual surface. The single tape is moved to four positions, the fourth position, which is transferred to both the holding rods. This allows the adhesive tape to be pulled out from the tape feed-out part by simply moving the transport body to form a single adhesive tape on both support rods, without providing a separate mechanism for pulling out the adhesive tape from the tape feed-out part. Therefore, the structure can be simplified accordingly.
According to the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape is temporarily attached between a pair of holding rods and is held over, so that the holding rod has a very small temporary attachment area compared to the suction surface of the conventional suction plate. The adhesive tape having a short target length can be securely held and attached to the member to be attached. Further, when sticking the adhesive tape to the adherend member, the adhesive tape alone temporarily attached between the pair of holding rods and stretched is pulled by the pressing member along with the separation of both pressing members, Since the holding rod is rotatable, it will roll relatively while temporarily adhering the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape. Therefore, although there is some resistance when the temporary attachment is peeled off, there is almost no frictional resistance. The single tape is held by a holding rod and attached to a member to be attached. As a result, the sticking speed can be increased and work efficiency can be improved.

The adherend W has a

And a tape supply unit KB to be supplied. In this packaging system, the adherend member W is conveyed by a belt conveyor (not shown), and the
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 to FIG. 10, the tape adhering portion KA of the adhesive tape adhering device K according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided in the

Furthermore, each pressing

And in this apparatus, as shown in FIG.1, FIG.3, FIG.4 and FIG. 11 thru | or FIG. 13, the tape supply part KB is with respect to both the holding
Further, the tape supply unit KB has an adhesive surface in the middle in the longitudinal direction of the adhesive tape unit Ta having a wider interval than the interval between the holding

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the transport

Then, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the transport

The apparatus K includes a
Therefore, when the adhesive tape simple substance Ta is adhered to the adherend member W by the adhesive tape attaching apparatus K, it is as follows.
First, the adhesive tape unit Ta is received by the holding
(S1) With the tip end of the adhesive tape T delivered from the
(S2) The
(S3) Thereafter, at the first position E1, the
(S4) Next, the
(S5) Then, at the second position E2, the
(S6) In this state, the
(S7) Next, in a state where each pressing
(S8) Then, the
(S9) Thereafter, the
Next, the process of sticking the adhesive tape simple substance Ta to the adherend W will be described. This will be described with reference to the process diagrams shown in FIGS.
(Sa) As described above, in the
(Sb) In this state, the pressing
(Sc) Next, the
(Sd) Then, both pressing
In addition, in the adhesive tape sticking apparatus K according to the above-described embodiment, the pressing
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the rectangular parallelepiped corrugated cardboard has been described as the adherend member W. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and the adherend member W may be of a different material or an irregularly adherend member W. good. For example, if the adherend member W has side surfaces Wb on the left and right sides with respect to the top portion Wa, for example, the top portion Wa has a circular arc surface, the present invention can be the subject of the present invention.
