Description
本出願は、2014年1月8日出願の米国特許出願第61/925,075号「同伴液体を除去するためのシステム及び方法」の優先権の利益を主張し、その開示内容は本明細書に引用により組み込まれている。
本出願は、一般的に、ガス流から同伴液体を除去する方法に関する。具体的には、ミスト分離サイクロンは、ライザーの断面領域に配置され、ガス流から同伴液体を除去する。
Claims (10)
- 同伴液体を除去するための方法であって、
ライザーに組み込まれた複数のサイクロンを含むカラムの入口に同伴液体を含むガス流を導入する段階と、
前記複数のサイクロンを用いて前記ガス流から前記同伴液体の少なくとも一部分を分離する段階であって、前記複数のサイクロンのいずれにも接触液体が導入されない段階と、
前記ガス流の流れに逆行して前記分離された同伴液体を流す段階と、
ガス精製セクションを通して前記ガス流を上方に流す段階と、
前記カラムの前記ガス流の入口より高い位置に設けられた入口に接触液体を導入し、前記接触液体が前記ガス精製セクションを通して下方に流れるようにする段階と、
前記ガス精製セクションで、前記接触液体を前記ガス流と接触させ内部の不純物を吸収させる段階と、
前記カラムの下部出口を経由して前記分離された同伴液体を除去する段階と、
前記カラム内の側方出口を通して接触液体を除去する段階と、
前記カラムの上部出口を経由して前記ガス流を除去する段階と、を含むこと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記複数のサイクロンを通って前記ガス流を流す前に、バルク分離器を通って前記ガス流を流して前記同伴液体の少なくとも一部分を除去する段階を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のサイクロンがミスト分離サイクロン機構を備えている、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のサイクロンの上方に、前記ライザーの内部に、前記ライザーの開放窓に、又はこれらを任意に組み合せたものに、非同伴にするためのワイヤメッシュ又は他の要素を配置する段階を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ガス流は、同伴液体の0.1%から30%を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 向流接触分離器内の同伴液体炭化水素を除去して希薄炭化水素ガスを生成するための方法であって、
前記向流接触分離器の入口にガス流を導入する段階と、
バルク分離器を通して前記ガス流を流して、前記同伴液体炭化水素の一部分を捕捉する段階と、
ライザー内に配置され、前記同伴液体炭化水素の残りの分画を捕捉する複数のサイクロン束を通して前記ガス流を流す段階であって、前記複数のサイクロンのいずれにも接触液体が導入されない段階と、
前記ガス流に逆行して前記捕捉された同伴液体を下向きにドレイン管路に流す段階と、
ガス精製セクションを通して前記ガス流を上方に流す段階と、
前記向流接触分離器の前記ガス流の入口より高い位置に設けられた入口に接触液体を導入し、前記接触液体が前記ガス精製セクションを通して下方に流れるように接触液体を導入する段階と、
前記ガス精製セクションで、前記接触液体を前記ガス流と接触させ内部の不純物を吸収させる段階と、
前記向流接触分離器の下部出口を経由して前記取り込まれた同伴液体を除去する段階と、
前記向流接触分離器の側方出口を経由して前記接触液体を除去する段階と、
前記向流接触分離器の上部出口を経由して前記希薄炭化水素ガスを除去する段階と、を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記サイクロンの束がミスト分離サイクロン機構を備えている、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のサイクロン束が配置される断面領域を除いた領域で、前記ライザーの下部をコレクタトレイと同一平面に配置する段階を含む、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記複数のサイクロン束の上に、前記ライザーの内部に、前記ライザーの開放窓に、又はこれらを任意に組み合わせたものに、ワイヤメッシュを配置する段階を含む、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記希薄炭化水素ガスは、0.1%〜30%の同伴液体を含有する、
請求項6に記載の方法。
