Claims (8)
- 裏金層上に多孔質焼結層と樹脂組成物とからなる摺動層が設けられた摺動部材において、
前記多孔質焼結層は、Ni−P合金相と粒状の鋼相とからなり、
前記粒状の鋼相は、炭素の含有量が0.3〜1.3質量%の炭素鋼であるとともに、組織がフェライト相とパーライト相、または、フェライト相とパーライト相とセメンタイト相とからなり、
前記Ni−P合金相は、前記粒状の鋼相どうし及び前記粒状の鋼相と前記裏金層とをつなぐバインダとして機能しており、
前記樹脂組成物または前記Ni−P合金相との界面となる前記粒状の鋼相の表面には、
前記粒状の鋼相の組織が前記フェライト相とパーライト相とからなる場合、前記粒状の鋼相の中心部における組織中の前記パーライト相に対して前記パーライト相の割合が50%以上少なくなっている低パーライト相部が形成されている一方、
前記粒状の鋼相の組織が前記フェライト相とパーライト相とセメンタイト相とからなる場合、前記粒状の鋼相の中心部における組織中の前記パーライト相とセメンタイト相との混合相に対して前記パーライト相の割合が50%以上少なくなっている低パーライト相部が形成されていることを特徴とする摺動部材。 - 前記粒状の鋼相の平均粒径は、45〜180μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の摺動部材。
- 前記低パーライト相部には、前記Ni−P合金相のNi成分が拡散していることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の摺動部材。
- 前記低パーライト相部の厚さは、1〜30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
- 前記低パーライト相部の表面における前記パーライト相の面積率は、0〜10%であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
- 前記Ni−P合金相の組成は、9〜13質量%のPと残部Niおよび不可避不純物からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
- 前記Ni−P合金相の組成は、9〜13質量%のP、及び選択成分として1〜4質量%のB、1〜12質量%のSi、1〜12質量%のCr、1〜3質量%のFe、0.5〜5質量%のSn、0.5〜5質量%のCuから選択される1種以上を含有し、残部Niおよび不可避不純物からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
- 前記多孔質焼結層における前記Ni−P合金相の割合は、前記多孔質焼結層の100質量部に対して前記Ni−P合金相が5〜40質量部であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれかに記載の摺動部材。
