Claims (11)
- 低温スプレーアブレーション用の移動型凍結外科装置であって、
圧力下で寒剤を収容するための寒剤タンクと、
上記寒剤タンクの圧力を測定するように構成された寒剤圧力測定装置と、
上記寒剤圧力測定装置を介して上記寒剤タンクの上記圧力をモニターし、上記移動型凍結外科装置の使用中に上記寒剤タンク内の上記寒剤の上記圧力を制御するように、構成された寒剤圧力メンテナンスシステムと、
上記寒剤タンク内の寒剤レベルを測定するように構成された寒剤レベル測定装置と、
上記寒剤タンクを寒剤で充填するための寒剤タンク充填システムと、
寒剤搬送カテーテルを上記移動型凍結外科装置に取り付けるためのカテーテル取り付け装置と、
上記寒剤搬送カテーテルへの内部寒剤回路を寒剤で予冷するためのカテーテル予冷システムと、
上記寒剤搬送カテーテルを解凍するためのカテーテル解凍システムと、
ガスを治療領域から取り除くように構成されたオンボード吸引システムと、
寒剤流れと上記オンボード吸引システムを介した吸引の適用とを使用者が制御するための使用者制御システムと、
上記移動型凍結外科装置と作用するためのオンボードコンピュータ画面と、そして、
コンピュータが読み取ることができる持続性の媒体であって、上記寒剤圧力メンテナンスシステムを介して寒剤圧力をモニタリングし且つ制御し、上記寒剤タンク充填システムを介して寒剤タンク充填動作を制御し、前処理システムのチェックを実行し、上記カテーテル予冷システム及び上記カテーテル解凍システムを使用してカテーテルの予冷及び解凍をそれぞれ制御し、使用者が患者を治療している間に上記使用者制御システムを使用して熱的機能、タイミング機能、及び吸引機能の、少なくとも一部を制御する、コンピュータが読み取ることができる命令、を含む上記媒体、を備えたオンボード制御システムと、を備えた、移動型凍結外科装置。 - 上記寒剤搬送カテーテルは、上記移動型凍結外科装置から内視鏡を通して、治療領域に、低圧の寒剤噴霧を供給するように、構成されている、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 上記寒剤搬送カテーテルは、押出ポリイミドの内側チューブと、上記押出ポリイミド上のステンレススチールの編組の層と、上記編組ステンレススチール上に押し出されたペバックス(登録商標)の層とを有しており、
上記ペバックスは、上記ポリイミド層に少なくとも部分的に接触するように上記ステンレススチール編組を通って延びており、
上記寒剤搬送カテーテルは、更に、ペバックスからなる丸い先端を有しており、
上記カテーテルは、使用中に、よじれ、破損、又は層間剥離無しに、反り返すことが可能である、
請求項2記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 二重内腔寒剤減圧チューブを更に備えており、該二重内腔寒剤減圧チューブは、受動的内腔及び吸引内腔を備え、非治療期間の間に過吸引を防止しながら、治療領域から、上記受動的内腔及び上記吸引内腔を通して、受動的通気及び能動的吸引を同時に許容するように構成されている、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 寒剤流れと吸引の適用とを使用者が制御するための上記使用者制御システムは、第1ペダルと第2ペダルとを有するデュアルペダル制御装置を備えており、
上記第1ペダルは、上記寒剤タンクからの寒剤の供給を制御するために上記装置のバルブに伝達的に接続されており、押圧状態と非押圧状態とを有し、上記押圧状態は上記バルブを開き、上記非押圧状態(解放状態)は上記バルブを閉じるようになっており、
上記第2ペダルは、真空源に接続するように構成されており、上記オンボード吸引システムから能動的に吸引するように構成された第1押圧状態と、上記吸引システムを閉じるように構成された第2押圧状態とを、有している、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 上記寒剤圧力測定装置と上記寒剤圧力メンテナンスシステムとは、
患者の寒剤噴霧治療の間、能動的であるように構成されており、
上記寒剤タンクの圧力をモニターするように構成された電子的圧力センサと、
上記オンボード制御システムからの命令に応答するように構成された、形成された電子的圧力ソレノイドであって、必要に応じてその圧力を増加させるために、上記寒剤タンクの下部から、当該寒剤タンクの上部に、液体の寒剤の流動を選択的に許容する、電子的圧力ソレノイドと、
上記オンボード制御システムの制御下にある電子的ソレノイド通気孔であって、必要に応じてその圧力を減じるために、上記寒剤タンクから、選択的に、寒剤を通気する、電子的ソレノイド通気孔と、を有する、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 上記寒剤レベル測定装置は、
3ポイントの寒剤タンク支持システムと、
上記3ポイントの寒剤タンク支持システムの1ポイントに設けられており、上記1ポイントの当該支持によって支えられる荷重を測定するように構成された、電子的ロードセルと、
記録された上記荷重を上記オンボード制御システムに伝えるための電子装置と、を有する、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 上記寒剤タンク充填システムは、上記寒剤タンクのレベルにおける寒剤のレベルをモニターし、電子的寒剤充填ソレノイドに対して上記寒剤タンク内への寒剤の流動を停止する命令を送り、そして、供給ホースを自動的に通気するようになっている、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 使用者が複数の個別圧力における寒剤の搬送を選択すること、を可能とする、使用者入力インターフェースを更に備えている、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 使用者が受動的通気のみの使用又は複数の個別の吸引力における能動的通気の使用を選択すること、を可能とする、使用者入力インターフェースを更に備えている、
請求項1記載の移動型凍結外科装置。 - 上記カテーテル予冷システムは、使用者によって自動式であるように設定され、凍結外科装置の内側の寒剤搬送要素が特定温度に達するまで搬送カテーテル内への寒剤の流れを防止するようになっている、
