前記下側適合層及び/又は前記上側適合層は、層断面全体において均一に分布したゲッター材料を含み、前記ゲッター材料は、ニオブ、チタン、バリウム、マグネシウム、タンタル、ジルコニウム、トリウム、パラジウム、プラチナ、及びこれらの合金からなるグループからなり、
前記ゲッター材料を含む少なくとも1つの前記下側適合層及び/又は前記上側適合層は、各導電層と直接コンタクトしている。

ことを特徴とする、請求項1記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 前記ゲッター材料(10)は、チタンを含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 全ての前記導電層(7)の層厚さの合計は、32nmから75nm、又は、50nmから60nmである
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 前記高光屈折率材料層(4)は、少なくとも1つのケイ素・金属・混合窒化物、ケイ素・ジルコニウム・混合窒化物、又は、アルミニウムがドーピングされたケイ素・ジルコニウム・混合窒化物を含み、
2つの前記導電層(7)の間に配置された各高光屈折率材料層(4)は、それぞれ35nmから70nmの厚さ、又は、45nmから60nmの厚さを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 前記平滑化層(5)は、少なくとも1つの非晶質の混合酸化物、錫・亜鉛・混合酸化物、若しくは、アンチモンがドーピングされた錫・亜鉛・混合酸化物を含み、及び/又は、3nmから20nmの厚さ、若しくは、4nmから12nmの厚さを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 前記導電層(7)は、少なくとも銀又は銀を含有する合金を含み、及び/又は、8nmから25nmの層厚さ、若しくは、10nmから20nmの層厚さを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 前記下側層(6)及び/又は前記上側層(8)は、3nmから20nmの厚さ、若しくは、4nmから12nmの厚さを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 最も上にある前記機能層(3)の上に、カバー層(9)が配置されており、
前記カバー層(9)は、2.1以上の屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの高光屈折率材料、ケイ素・金属・混合窒化物、ケイ素・ジルコニウム・混合窒化物、又は、アルミニウムがドーピングされたケイ素・ジルコニウム・混合窒化物を含む
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 前記透明な基板(1)は、少なくとも1つのラミネートフィルム(16)を介して第2板ガラス(11)と接続されて1つの合わせガラスを形成しており、
前記合わせガラスの総透過率は、70%より大きい
ことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の、導電性コーティング(2)を備える透明な板ガラスの製造方法であって、
少なくとも2つの機能層(3)を、透明な基板(1)の上に順次に被着させ、
各機能層(3)を被着させるために順次に、
a)2.1以上の屈折率を有する少なくとも1つの高光屈折率材料層(4)と、
b)少なくとも1つの非晶質酸化物を含む少なくとも1つの平滑化層(5)と、
c)少なくとも1つの下側層(6)と、
d)少なくとも1つの導電層(7)と、
e)少なくとも1つの上側層(8)と
を被着させ、
前記下側層(6)及び/又は前記上側層(8)を、当該下側層(6)及び/又は当該上側層(8)の中に含まれるゲッター材料(10)と同時に被着させ、その際、前記下側層(6)及び/又は前記上側層(8)を、3重量%から10重量%の前記ゲッター材料(10)を含むセラミックターゲットを陰極スパッタリングすることによって堆積させる
ことを特徴とする、製造方法。 - 前記下側層(6)及び/又は前記上側層(8)を、3重量%から7重量%、又は、4重量%から6重量%の前記ゲッター材料(10)を含むセラミックターゲットを陰極スパッタリングすることによって堆積させる
ことを特徴とする、請求項11記載の製造方法。 - 前記導電性コーティング(2)に、少なくとも2つのバスバー(12)を接続させ、
前記透明な基板(1)と第2板ガラス(11)とを、500℃から700℃の温度まで加熱し、
前記透明な基板(1)と前記第2板ガラス(11)とを、ラミネートフィルム(16)に全面的に接続させる
ことを特徴とする、請求項11又は12記載の製造方法。 - 建築物における、又は、陸上、空中又は水上での交通用の輸送手段、若しくは、自動車における板ガラス、又は、板ガラスの構成部分、若しくは、複層ガラス又は合わせガラスの構成部分、又は、フロントガラス、リアウィンドウ、サイドウィンドウ、及び/又は、ルーフウィンドウである、請求項1から10のいずれか一項記載の透明な板ガラス。
