Description
The present invention relates to a support structure for a steel pipe brace.
Conventionally, a spherical tank is known as an above-ground type tank for storing oil or various gases. Such a spherical tank is supported by a plurality of elongated struts (support poles) on the side circumferential side, and is also supported by a pair of braces provided in a state of crossing between the struts (for example, Patent Document 1). ,
As a form of a pair of intersecting braces, a tubular steel pipe brace and a round tie rod brace are known. Round rod-shaped tie rod braces are usually designed to exert resistance only to tensile forces, so their intersections are not fixed to each other, but are either spaced apart or just touching each other Has been. On the other hand, since the steel pipe brace formed in a pipe shape is designed to exert a resistance against a compressive force in addition to a tensile force, the intersecting portions are fixed to each other by welding.
However, in such a steel pipe brace, since the intersecting portions are fixed to each other, a large bending moment acts on the intersecting portion at the time of an earthquake, so that the intersecting portion may break depending on the magnitude of the bending moment. . At that time, if the crossing between the steel pipe braces located in the direction of the shaking due to the earthquake breaks, the spherical tank may not be supported by the steel pipe braces, and may fall over and collapse.
As a technique for preventing breakage of the intersecting portion of the steel pipe brace, for example, it is conceivable to reinforce by attaching a reinforcing plate to the intersecting portion. That is, the reinforcing plate is attached to the intersecting portion of the crossed steel pipe braces, and the steel pipe braces and between the steel pipe braces and the reinforcing plate are welded and fixed. Thereby, compared with the case where only the crossing part of the crossed steel pipe brace is welded and fixed mutually, a welding area can be increased and therefore the transmission load per welding unit length can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reinforce the intersection and reduce the stress generated at the intersection and prevent the intersection from being broken.
However, even in the structure (method) for preventing the breakage of the intersecting portion of the steel pipe brace described above, there is no effect of reducing the bending moment generated at the intersecting portion at the time of an earthquake, and therefore the intersecting portions are simply fixed to each other by welding. As in the case, it is difficult to prevent the breakage of the intersection of the steel pipe braces during an earthquake.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, The place made into the objective is to provide the support structure of the steel pipe brace which prevented the fracture | rupture of the crossing part of the steel pipe brace at the time of an earthquake.
A steel pipe brace support structure according to the present invention is a steel pipe brace support structure that supports a pair of steel pipe braces in a state where a pair of steel pipe braces intersect each other between struts arranged on the side of the structure. The steel pipe braces are arranged so as to cross each other, and each of the pair of steel pipe braces has an upper brace connected to the upper end side of the support column and a lower brace connected to the lower end side of the support column, and the upper brace and the lower brace Each has a connecting plate at the end opposite to the side connected to the support column, and at the portion where the pair of steel pipe braces intersect, the respective upper brace and lower brace of the pair of steel pipe braces, Each of the connecting plates is connected to the same support plate by pin connection, and is connected via the support plate.
Further, in the support structure of the steel pipe brace, the upper brace and the lower brace have a pair of the connection plates, and the pair of connection plates are pin-coupled to the support plate in a state of sandwiching the support plates. It is preferable.
Further, in the support structure of the steel pipe brace, a cutout portion is formed along an end of each of the upper brace and the lower brace on the side opposite to the side to be connected to the column, and the connection The plate is preferably attached in a state of being engaged with the notch and fixed by welding.
In the steel pipe brace support structure, it is preferable that a cover member for closing the opening of the pipe is provided on the end face of the upper brace and the lower brace on the side where the connecting plate is fixed.
According to the steel pipe brace support structure of the present invention, a pair of steel pipe braces are formed by an upper brace and a lower brace, respectively, and an end portion on a side opposite to a side connected to a support column is provided on the upper brace and the lower brace, respectively. In the region where a pair of steel pipe braces intersect, the upper brace and the lower brace of the pair of steel pipe braces are pin-coupled to the same support plate by connecting the respective connection plates to the same support plate. Since the connection is made through the support plate, a tensile force and a compression force are transmitted between each upper brace and each lower brace that are pin-coupled through the same support plate, but almost no bending moment. It will not be transmitted. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a large bending moment from acting on the intersecting portion of the steel pipe braces even during an earthquake, thereby preventing breakage of the intersecting portion of the steel pipe braces during the earthquake.
The steel pipe brace support structure of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, the scale of each member is appropriately changed to make each member a recognizable size.
FIG. 1 is a side view showing an example of a seismic structure of a spherical tank adopting a steel pipe brace support structure according to the present invention, and

The pair of
Further, an embodiment of the support structure of the steel pipe brace according to the present invention is provided at the inner ends of the
As shown in FIG. 2B, the
A pair of
The connecting
The
As shown in FIG. 2 (a), the
The connecting
Each
In the seismic structure of the
Then, in the state shown in FIG. 3 (b), as shown by an arrow in FIG. 3 (b), a compressive force acts on one
That is, since the
On the other hand, the
Therefore, in the steel pipe brace support structure of the present embodiment, since a large bending moment is prevented from acting on the intersection of the steel pipe braces 3 and 3 even during an earthquake, the
In addition,
Moreover, since the
Drawing 4 is a figure for explaining other embodiments of the support structure of the steel pipe brace of the present invention. This embodiment is different from the previous embodiment in that not only one but also two (a pair) of
The interval between the
The pair of connecting
That is, the
In this way, the
In the structure shown in FIG. 2 (b), when a vibration occurs as shown in FIG. 3 (a) during an earthquake, the two
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the bolt connection is adopted as the pin connection, but instead of the bolt, for example, a rod-like pin is inserted into each through
Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the support structure of the steel pipe brace of this invention was applied to the earthquake-resistant structure of a spherical tank, this invention is not limited to this, For example, structures, such as a school, a hospital, a factory The steel pipe brace support structure of the present invention may be arranged on these side circumferential sides so as to be applied to the seismic structure.
