Further, the variable information and the adhesive portion formation information described above can also be performed in advance by an ink jet method, toner printing, or the like. Since the above-described ink jet apparatus often does not require a large space, it can also be performed in a booklet form production apparatus. As shown in FIG. 1, the printing unit is used as a printing / printing unit 12 in the booklet form production apparatus. Can be incorporated. An ink jet device that prints the cutting mark, variable information, and adhesion portion formation information can be used as the printing / printing portion 12 to be a separate line from the booklet form preparation device.

The perforated cut portion 13a forms one continuous perforated cut in the running direction of the continuous paper, and the circular perforation blade rotates according to an axis extending in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the continuous paper. It has a structure to do. The perforated cut portion 13b forms two perforated cuts in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the continuous paper for each unit paper piece, and is a straight line extending in a direction perpendicular to the running direction of the continuous paper. This sewing machine blade is realized by a sewing machine cylinder formed on the surface.

The belt-like adhesive application unit 15 a is a mechanism that applies an adhesive in accordance with a signal from the application mode determination unit 19. The belt-shaped adhesive application unit 15a applies the adhesive in a belt shape (line segment shape) by opening and closing a valve for applying the adhesive or driving a circular ring at the same timing. The belt-shaped adhesive application unit 15 a includes a unit that includes a container for storing an adhesive and a nozzle for delivering the adhesive, and is configured to operate in accordance with a signal from the application mode determination unit 19. Further, in each unit paper piece, since the belt-like adhesive portion 3a is provided near one paper edge, the belt-like adhesive application portion 15a is provided with a nozzle outlet near one paper edge.

The U-shaped adhesive application unit 15 b is a paste cylinder that applies an adhesive according to a signal from the application mode determination unit 19. In order to apply adhesive in a U-shape to each unit piece of continuous paper, the glue plate cylinder has two glue application areas parallel to the axial direction and a circumferential direction connecting the two glue application areas. A provided glue application region is provided. As the structure of the paste cylinder provided with the paste application area, a known structure can be used. The U-shaped adhesive application unit 15 b is configured to operate at a predetermined timing in accordance with a signal from the application mode determination unit 19.

As the adhesive applied by the belt-shaped adhesive application part 15a and the adhesive applied by the U-shaped adhesive application part 15b, any adhesive may be used as long as it has strength that cannot be separated without damaging the paper. Can be used. If possible, it is desirable to use FB501C manufactured by Seiden Chemical Co., Ltd. as an adhesive.

Based on a signal from the optical sensor unit 14 that has read the adhesive formation information such as a barcode immediately before that, the application mode determination unit 19 applies each of the belt-like adhesive application unit 15a and the U-shaped adhesive application unit 15b. To determine the mode. Specifically, it is determined whether the strip-shaped adhesive application portion 15a is in one of two modes, that is, whether the adhesive is applied or not. In addition, the U-shaped adhesive application portion 15b is also determined as to whether the adhesive is applied or not. Note that the adhesive portion formation information such as a barcode is formed on the surface of the lowermost sheet piece of the booklet form, as will be described later.

FIG. 2 shows an information processing mechanism of the booklet form preparation device. As shown in FIG. 2, the application mode determination unit 19 includes a CPU 19a, a RAM 19b, and a ROM 19c, and is capable of data communication with the optical sensor unit 14, the strip adhesive application unit 15a, and the U-shaped adhesive application unit 15b. It is connected to the. The CPU 19a executes a program stored in the ROM 19c, and realizes a function as the application mode determination unit 19. The RAM 19b serves as a work area for the CPU 19a. The ROM 19c stores a program that realizes the function as the application mode determination unit 19, the recorded content of the adhesive portion formation information, and correspondence data that associates the application mode.

Between the U-shaped adhesive application unit 15b and the paper discharge unit 18, the continuous paper is guided to the cutting unit 17 and cut into unit paper pieces while being driven by the aforementioned sprocket holes. The sprocket hole forming part used for driving just before the cutting part 17 is cut off by the slitter part 16. In the slitter section 16, the sprocket hole forming section is cut into a strip shape by a rotating push cutting blade and cutter. In the cutting part 17, the cutting mark may be read by the optical sensor part 14 and the cutter blade may be moved up and down, or may be pushed by a rotating cutting blade that rotates intermittently. In order to assist the movement of the form, the tip (in the direction of the arrow) from the U-shaped adhesive application portion 15b may be driven while sucking the back side of the form on which the adhesive is not applied with a suction roll.

In the paper discharge unit 18, the cut forms are stacked in order while aligning the cut forms on the unit paper pieces, and then the belt-shaped adhesive portion and the U-shaped adhesive portion applied to the surface (upper surface) of the form are next. Glue the cut form paper pieces. The cut piece of paper becomes a unit booklet form by its own weight. The adhesive can be gradually solidified and adhered by adjusting moisture and solidification time.

With reference to FIG. 3, an embodiment of continuous paper will be described.
In the continuous paper 2, a plurality of unit paper pieces 201 are connected via a planned cutting line 26. The unit paper piece 201 is in the vicinity of one paper edge (upper edge of the continuous paper 2 in FIG. 3) in the direction orthogonal to the planned cutting line 26 and parallel to the paper edge (left and right direction in FIG. 3). A U-shape formed by a band-shaped adhesive portion 3a, two regions (vertical direction in FIG. 3) orthogonal to the belt-shaped adhesive portion 3a (in the vertical direction in FIG. 3) and one region parallel to the belt-shaped adhesive portion 3a. An adhesive portion 3b is formed. By combining the belt-like adhesive portion 3a and the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b, a square-shaped adhesive portion comprising two regions parallel to the paper edge of the continuous paper and two regions parallel to the planned cutting line 26 is formed. Will be. The B-shaped adhesive portion is configured by a region provided in parallel in the vicinity of the four sides of the unit paper piece. In this way, by providing adhesive portions in the vicinity of the four sides and adhering the four sides to other unit paper pieces, the information inside the completed booklet form is completely protected. Further, adhesive portion formation information (in FIG. 6) showing an application mode of the adhesive between the region parallel to the belt-like adhesive portion 3a of the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b and the paper edge (the lower end of the continuous paper 2 in FIG. 3). When described, a cutting mark 25 (described in FIG. 6) for cutting into unit paper pieces is formed on each unit paper piece 201 so as to be readable by the optical reading means (optical sensor unit 14).

The continuous paper 2 is formed in the booklet form production apparatus of FIG. 1 in the order of a to i in FIG. 3 (the arrow indicates the traveling direction of the continuous paper 2). Although not shown in the top piece of paper a in the figure, information on forming an adhesive portion using a barcode or the like is printed by an inkjet printer or the like under computer control. Sprocket holes 21 for driving the continuous paper 2 are formed on both sides of the continuous paper 2 (if already formed as described above, this step is unnecessary).

In the vicinity of the sprocket hole 21, a scheduled separation part 22 is printed so as to be slit and removed by the slitter part 16 immediately before the cutting part 17 of the booklet form preparation device. If the width of the booklet form is narrow, the continuous form 20 can be doubled as shown in FIG. Although not shown, when the cutting unit 17 is the above-described upper and lower cutter device, the cutter can be operated by reading a cutting mark printed at a predetermined place on each piece of paper. Immediately before reaching the belt-shaped adhesive application portion 15a, the optical sensor unit 14 reads, and the belt-shaped adhesive application portion 15a forms the belt-shaped adhesive portion 3a and the U-shaped adhesive application portion 15b forms the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b. Is done.

図5(b)は、図5(a)のA−A断面を示している。
An embodiment of the booklet form 200 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 5.
When the continuous paper 2 shown in FIG. 3 is cut into unit paper pieces by the cutting unit 17 of the booklet form production device 1 of FIG. 1 and stacked in the order of the paper pieces “a” to “i” on the paper discharge unit 18, FIG. 5 (a) is entered. FIG.5 (b) has shown the AA cross section of Fig.5 (a).

The bottom booklet form “abcd” in FIG. 5B is a 4-part booklet form, the center booklet form “efg” is a 3-part booklet form, and the top booklet form “hi”. Is a two-part booklet form. As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 5 (b), a strip-shaped adhesive portion 3a and a U-shaped adhesive portion 3b are formed on the uppermost paper pieces “d”, “g”, and “i” of each booklet form. The uppermost paper piece “d” and the upper paper piece “e”, and the uppermost paper piece “g” and the upper paper piece “h” are separated. In addition, perforated cuts 23 are formed in all the pieces of paper in the vicinity of the band-like adhesive portion 3a and the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b, and the booklet-form forms are opened using the perforated cuts 23. It has become.

As described above, when a booklet form having an arbitrary number of parts is produced from a roll-shaped continuous sheet by a computer instruction, in many cases, a common design is printed on the unit sheet. When the design of the top paper, inner paper, and bottom paper is different, the range of computer control is expanded, and printing is performed with a printing device that enables variable printing including the print pattern on each unit paper piece. It is necessary to do. Any of the above forms may be used for the booklet form of the present invention. When variable printing is performed by the printing / printing unit 12, the back side of the uppermost paper pieces “d”, “g”, “i”, the lowermost paper pieces “a”, “e”, “h” of each booklet form ( The background pattern printing may be variably performed on the inner surface side. Thereby, it is possible to make it difficult to see through the contents in the form of a booklet form, which leads to protection of personal information. Also, copy-forgery-inhibited pattern printing is performed on the front side (outside side) or both sides of the uppermost paper pieces “d”, “g”, “i”, and the lowermost paper pieces “a”, “e”, “h” of each booklet form. You may do it.

FIG. 6 is a diagram showing the bonding portion formation information 4 and the cutting marks 25 printed on the unit paper pieces. With reference to FIG. 6 and FIG. 3, an example of the adhesion part formation information used by this embodiment is demonstrated. On the paper piece “a”, the paper piece “e”, and the paper piece “h” in FIG. 3, the printing / printing unit 12 described with reference to FIG. The optical sensor unit 14 described with reference to FIG. 1 reads this bar code and transmits the adhesive portion formation information to the application mode determination unit 19.

The adhesive portion formation information 4 includes information on how many sheets the booklet is configured, about the strip-shaped adhesive portion 3a, information on what number the adhesive is applied, and the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b. Information on the number of sheets on which the adhesive is applied is recorded. FIG. 7 shows the recorded contents of the adhesive portion formation information 4 corresponding to the continuous paper of FIG. As shown in FIG. 7, the adhesive portion formation information 4 printed on the piece of paper “a” includes the constituent number “4 (sheet)”, the adhesive “1, 2, 3 (sheet)” of the strip-shaped adhesive portion 3 a, the copier. The adhesive “1,2,3 (sheet)” of the letter-shaped adhesion portion 3b is recorded, and the adhesion portion formation information 4 printed on the paper piece e includes the number of components “3 (sheet)”, the belt shape The adhesive part 1a, the adhesive "1, 2 (sheet)", and the U-shaped adhesive part 3b, the adhesive "1, 2 (sheet)" are recorded, and the adhesive part printed on the piece of paper h is formed. In the information 4, the number of constituents “2 (sheet)”, the adhesive “1 (sheet)” of the band-shaped bonding portion 3a, and the adhesive “1 (sheet)” of the U-shaped bonding portion 3b are recorded. Yes.

Upon receiving the adhesive portion formation information from the optical sensor unit 14, the application mode determination unit 19 applies the adhesive to the number of the belt-shaped adhesive portions 3 a, the number of the belt-shaped adhesive portions 3 a, It is recognized whether or not an adhesive is applied to the adhesive portion 3b. Since the last sheet is set to not apply adhesive, in the case of a four-sheet configuration, it is determined that no adhesive is applied to the fourth sheet. Then, for each sheet, any signal of applying an adhesive or not applying an adhesive is transmitted to the belt-like adhesive application unit 15a, and the adhesive is applied or the adhesive is not applied. A signal is transmitted to the U-shaped adhesive application unit 15b.

When the belt-like adhesive application unit 15a receives a signal from the application mode determination unit 19, the adhesive application to the paper piece starts after a predetermined time has elapsed, and the unit length of the paper piece (the length of one paper piece in the continuous paper running direction). Complete the application within. When a signal “do not apply adhesive” is received, it waits for a predetermined time. When the signal “apply adhesive” is received, the adhesive is applied from the unit corresponding to each of the band-like adhesive portions 3 a on the upper side of FIG. 3.

For example, when the optical sensor unit 14 receives the adhesive portion formation information printed on the piece of paper “a” in FIG. 3 as barcode information, the belt-like adhesive application unit 15a is applied to the belt-like adhesive portion 3a on the upper side of FIG. On the other hand, the adhesive application is started on the paper piece “a” after a predetermined time has elapsed, and the application is completed within the unit length of the paper piece (the length of one paper piece in the continuous paper running direction). Similarly, the adhesive is applied to the strip-shaped adhesive portion 3a of the paper piece “b” to complete the application within the unit length of the paper piece. Further, an adhesive is applied to the strip-shaped adhesive portion 3a of the paper piece “c” to complete the application within the unit length of the paper piece.

When the U-shaped adhesive application unit 15b receives a signal from the application mode determination unit 19, the plate cylinder shaft is lowered to a position where the lower end of the plate cylinder is in contact with the continuous sheet after a predetermined time has elapsed, and the plate cylinder is rotated. The adhesive is applied to the paper piece. When a signal “do not apply adhesive” is received, the axis of the plate cylinder is raised to a position where the lower end of the plate cylinder does not contact the continuous paper.

For example, for the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b of FIG. 3, the plate cylinder is lowered after a predetermined time has elapsed, and the adhesive application is started on the paper piece “a”, and the application is completed within the unit length of the paper piece. To do. Similarly, the adhesive is applied to the U-shaped adhesive portions 3b of the paper pieces “b” and “c” to complete the application within the unit length of the paper pieces. In the adhesive portion formation information printed on the paper piece “a”, no adhesive is applied to the paper piece “d”, so the plate cylinder is raised and the paper piece “d” is passed over. Similarly, the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b is formed based on the adhesive portion formation information printed on the paper piece “e” and the paper piece “h”. As a result, the booklet form “abcd”, the booklet form “efg”, and the booklet form “hi” are produced in the paper discharge unit 18.

The bonding portion formation information 4 is not limited to the above-described barcode, and may be a two-dimensional code such as a QR code (registered trademark). Further, the bonding portion formation information 4 may not be in the finished area of the booklet form, and may be formed, for example, between the holes of the sprocket hole 21 or in the vicinity of the planned separation portion 22.

As shown in FIG. 6, the cutting mark 25 is formed on each unit paper piece 201. When the optical sensor unit 14 detects the cutting mark 25, a signal indicating that the cutting mark 25 has been detected is transmitted to the cutting unit 17 at a predetermined timing, and the cutting unit 17 that has received the signal transfers the continuous paper 2 to the unit paper piece 201. Disconnect.

With reference to FIG. 8, an example of the opening position of the booklet form of this invention is demonstrated.
In the booklet form, the delivery destination information 41 can be printed on the surface on the outer side of the front or back cover as shown in the figure. Although not shown, unique information related to the delivery destination information is printed and bound on a paper piece inside the booklet form. Further, in the portion corresponding to the U-shaped adhering portion 3 b, a phrase such as “Please cut with a perforation and confirm the contents” is printed as the unsealed display word 230. In addition, it is also possible to print variable individual information for each delivery destination other than the delivery destination information 41. In this case, the information may be printed on a piece of paper other than the uppermost sheet (front cover) and the lowermost sheet (back cover). good.

The person who received the booklet form peels and opens each piece of paper by a perforation provided in parallel with the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b, and confirms information inside the booklet form. Thus, the information inside the booklet form is completely protected and can be delivered to the recipient as a simple sealed letter.

Even if the portion corresponding to the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b is separated by cutting from each perforated cut parallel to each region of the U-shaped adhesive portion 3b, the portion corresponding to the band-shaped adhesive portion 3a ( The upper end portion in FIG. 8 remains bonded. In this case, the uppermost paper is bonded to the adjacent paper piece by the belt-like adhesive portion 3a with an adhesive, and therefore cannot be separated from other papers without damaging the paper piece.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications can be made. For example, in the above embodiment, continuous paper is conveyed while being driven by a sprocket hole, but continuous paper may be conveyed by a roller.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the strip | belt-shaped adhesion part 3a is formed by the strip | belt-shaped adhesive application part 15a, and the U-shaped adhesion part 3b is formed by the U-shaped adhesive application part 15b. However, it is also possible to form a square-shaped adhesive portion in a different manner. For example, in a paste cylinder such as the U-shaped adhesive application part 15b, provided in the circumferential direction connecting the two adhesive application areas parallel to the axial direction and the ends of the two adhesive application areas. By providing the two glue application areas thus obtained and using this paste cylinder as a square-shaped adhesive application part, it is possible to form a square-shaped adhesive part all at once.

The booklet form of the present invention can treat information printed inside the booklet form as a secret and can be used as a booklet form having a simple opening portion.
