[例]
(様々な消泡剤製造物に対するDBNPAの溶解度の表示)
異なる水性消泡剤組成物A、B、C、及びDについて、DNBPAに対する溶解性と反応性とを示す試験を行った。
組成物1は、消泡剤組成物とDBNPA(殺生物剤)とのブレンドである。ブレンドの最中に、殺生物剤とトール油脂肪酸PEG 300エステルとの間でわずかな反応が起こった可能性がある。
組成物2は、消泡剤組成物とDBNPA(殺生物剤)とのブレンドである。ブレンドの最中に、殺生物剤とトール油脂肪酸PEG 300エステルとの間でわずかな反応が起こった可能性がある。
用いられた試験方法はWO2005045132に記載されている。この方法は、ステンレス鋼の表面に予め形成された薄いバイオフィルムを不活性化させることによって製造物の効力を測定する。この「ハリネズミ」法(“Hedgehog”method)は、バイオフィルムに特有の3段階分析である。この方法は抗バイオフィルム剤の迅速な効力試験に使用することができる。予め存在するバイオフィルムの不活性化及び/又は除去における効力に関して異なる製造物を比較することができる。
50℃の水道水に10μL〜160μLを投与して発泡試験を行い、組成物1及び組成物2の性能を試験した。組成物1は発泡を生じなかった。これに対して、参照製造物であるフェノサイド・クワット40(DDAC、第四級アンモニウム殺生物剤)は多量の発泡を生じた。組成物2は発泡を生じたが、相対的な殺生物効力、即ち、参照の殺生物剤よりもはるかに少ない量しか必要ではないことを考慮すれば、この結果も良好であった。組成物1、組成物2、及び参照としてのフェノサイド・クワット40を用いた発泡傾向の試験結果を図1に示す。
Claims (10)
- 殺生物剤とキャリアとを含有する殺生物剤組成物であって、該殺生物剤が該キャリアに可溶であり、該キャリアは消泡剤であり、脂肪酸ポリエチレングリコールエステルを含有し、前記殺生物剤組成物が20%〜50%(w/w)の前記脂肪酸ポリエチレングリコールエステルを含有し、前記殺生物剤組成物が、ミリスチン酸イソプロピルである安定化剤及び鉱油の組み合わせ、並びに/又はスルホコハク酸ジオクチルナトリウムである界面活性剤を更に含有していることを特徴とする、殺生物剤組成物。
- 前記脂肪酸ポリエチレングリコールエステルがトール油脂肪酸ポリエチレングリコールエステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の殺生物剤組成物。
- クエン酸などの有機酸をさらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の殺生物剤組成物。
- 前記殺生物剤組成物が20〜30%(w/w)の前記鉱油を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の殺生物剤組成物。
- 前記殺生物剤組成物が20〜40%(w/w)の前記スルホコハク酸ジオクチルナトリウムを含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の殺生物剤組成物。
- 前記殺生物剤組成物が10〜20%(w/w)の前記殺生物剤を含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の殺生物剤組成物。
- 前記殺生物剤が、グルタルアルデヒド、2,2−ジブロモ−3−ニトリロプロピオンアミド(DBNPA)、2−ブロモ−2−ニトロプロパン−1,3−ジオール、5−クロロ−2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オン(CMIT)、2−メチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オン(MIT)、CMITとMITとの混合物、1,2−ジブロモ−2,4−ジシアノブタン、ビス(トリクロロメチル)スルホン、2−ブロモ−2−ニトロスチレン、4,5−ジクロロ−1,2−ジチオール−3−オン、2−n−オクチル−4−イソチアゾリン−3−オン、1,2−ベンズイソチアゾリン−3−オン、オルト−フタルアルデヒド、塩化n−アルキルジメチルベンジルアンモニウム、塩化ジデシルジメチルアンモニウム(DDAC)、又は塩化アルケニルジメチルエチルアンモニウム等の第四級アンモニウム化合物、グアニジン類、ビグアニジン類、ピリチオン類、カルバメート類、3−ヨードプロピニル−N−ブチルカルバメート、硫酸テトラキスヒドロキシメチルホスホニウム(THPS)等のホスホニウム塩、3,5−ジメチル−1,3,5−チアジアジナン−2−チオン、2−(チオシアノメチルチオ)ベンゾチアゾール、メチレンビスチオシアネート(MBT)、及びこれらの組み合わせから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の殺生物剤組成物。
- 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の殺生物剤組成物を用意し、該殺生物組成物を、工業水システムである前記水性環境に投与することを含む、水性環境下で微生物を排除する及び/又は妨げることによってバイオフィルムの形成を抑制する方法。
- 前記工業水システムが、製紙システム、水冷却システム(例えば、冷却塔、開ループ及び閉ループ式冷却ユニット)、工業原水システム、飲料水配水システム、飲料水殺菌システム、油生産若しくは油回収システム(油田水システム、掘削泥水)、燃料貯蔵システム、金属加工システム、熱交換装置、反応炉、液体を貯蔵して扱うのに使用される機器、ボイラーとそれに関連する水蒸気発生ユニット、ラジエータ、フラッシュ蒸発ユニット、冷蔵ユニット、逆浸透装置、ガス洗浄装置、高炉、砂糖蒸発ユニット(sugar evaporating unit)、火力発電所、地熱ユニット、原子炉冷却ユニット、水処理ユニット、プール再循環ユニット、採鉱サーキット(mining circuit)、閉ループ加熱ユニット、掘削、穿孔、粉砕、拡孔、ドローイング、ブローチング、ターニング、切削、縫製、研削、ねじ切り、シェーピング、スピニング及びローリングに使用される加工油剤、作動液、並びに冷却液から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記殺生物剤組成物が1〜50ppmの濃度で投与されることを特徴とする、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
