Description
The present invention relates to a seat back frame, and particularly to a seat back frame formed by combining a front frame piece and a rear frame piece made of a resin material.
In order to reduce the weight of vehicle parts, resin molded products instead of metal materials may be used for the seat back frame.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique of molding by vibration welding a side frame of a seat back frame made of a resin molded product in order to reduce the weight of the seat back frame and improve the efficiency of assembly.
Specifically, the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 is made up of two locations including a vertically extending welding protrusion formed on the outer half body and a vertically extending welding receiving portion formed on the inner half body. By vibrating and welding these parts, the seat back frame can be assembled relatively easily. Further, the inner half and the outer half constituting the side frame are fixed to each other to form a hollow closed cross section, thereby improving the rigidity.
However, the vehicle seat back frame described in Patent Document 1 is not sufficient in terms of assembly efficiency.
Specifically, in order to make the side frame have a closed cross-sectional shape, it is necessary to perform vibration welding at two locations, that is, the welding protrusion and the welding receiving portion, and the portion to be subjected to vibration welding covers a wide range in the vertical direction. Since the positioning is difficult, the seat back frame cannot be efficiently assembled.
Further, if all of the side frames have a closed cross-sectional shape, the cushioning property may be impaired due to the rigidity of the side frames, which may cause the seated person to feel uncomfortable. In addition, as in Patent Document 1, if two welding parts of the welding protrusion and the welding receiving part are on the side facing each other and have a closed cross-sectional shape, the welding part does not go around and change the viewpoint. The welding state of could not be confirmed.
In addition, too much emphasis on weight reduction sometimes makes it impossible to secure necessary rigidity.
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a seat back frame having high assembly efficiency.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce the uncomfortable feeling of a seated person sitting on a seat.
Another object of the present invention is to enable easy confirmation of the joining state between the front frame piece and the rear frame piece.
Another object of the present invention is to secure necessary rigidity while reducing the weight.
According to the seat back frame of the present invention, the subject is a resin seat back frame composed of a front frame piece and a rear frame piece, and is provided at an end in the width direction of the seat back frame. The formed side frame is configured by combining a front side frame portion included in the front frame piece and a rear side frame portion included in the rear frame piece, and at one end portion in the width direction of the side frame, The front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion overlap each other in the width direction and are joined to each other, and at least a part of the other end portion in the width direction of the side frame includes the front side side. The frame portion and the rear side frame portion are separated from each other in the front-rear direction of the seat back frame. It is solved by forming a gap Te.
If it is said structure, the clearance gap spaced apart without mutually overlapping between the front side frame part of a front frame piece and the rear side frame part of a rear frame piece is formed in the other end part of the width direction in a side frame. By doing so, compared to the case where they are overlapped and joined at both ends in the width direction, the joining work is reduced, so that the assembling efficiency when assembling them can be increased.
Moreover, it is preferable that the other end part of the said width direction exists in the inner side of the said width direction of the said seat back frame.
With the above configuration, there is a gap between the front frame piece and the rear frame piece on the inner side in the width direction of the seat back frame, so that the cushion material covering the seat back frame can enter the gap. Accordingly, it becomes easier to accept the seated person, the uncomfortable feeling of the seated person sitting on the seat can be reduced, and the device can be easily attached to the outside in the width direction of the side frame.
Further, at least one of the front frame piece and the rear frame piece is a portion on the outer side in the width direction of the seat back frame, and the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion are arranged in the width direction. It is preferable that an opening that is open in the width direction is formed in the vicinity of the overlapping and bonded portion.
If it is said structure, the opening part opened in the width direction is formed in the vicinity of the site | part which has overlapped and joined the front side frame part and the rear side frame part in the width direction, and the front side frame part And the rear side frame portion can be easily confirmed from the opening.
Further, it is preferable that an elastic member attaching portion for attaching an elastic member erected in the width direction of the seat back frame is formed on the rear frame piece.
In the above configuration, by attaching the elastic member to the rear frame piece, the elastic deformation range of the elastic member can be widened to the rear side, and a seated person who is drooping backward can be suitably supported.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the elastic member mounting portion protrudes from the rear frame piece to the inside in the width direction of the seat back frame.
In said structure, the elastic member attaching part is the shape which protruded in the width direction inner side, and its own rigidity can be improved and also an elastic member can be arrange | positioned compactly in the width direction.
Further, a plurality of the elastic member mounting portions are formed in the vertical direction, and the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion are between the elastic member mounting portions arranged in the vertical direction in the side frame. It is preferable that the other end portion in the width direction is overlapped and joined in the width direction.
In the above configuration, the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion are overlapped and joined at the other end portion in the width direction between the elastic member mounting portions arranged above and below, so that it is rigid as a single unit. It is possible to improve the rigidity of the side frame as a whole, including the elastic member mounting portion that is structurally difficult to improve.
Further, the elastic member mounting portion has a convex shape that protrudes inward in the width direction of the seat back frame, and is formed so as to straddle a corner portion on the protruding portion side of the convex shape. It is preferable that the elastic member is inserted and latched in the hole.
If it is said structure, the elastic member attachment part is formed in convex shape, and has a hole formed so that the corner part with high rigidity in the projection part side of an elastic member attachment part may be straddled. It is possible to suppress a decrease in rigidity due to the formation of, and to easily attach the elastic member to the elastic member attaching portion.
Further, an airbag attachment portion for attaching an airbag case for storing an airbag is formed on the outer side in the width direction of the seat back frame at a portion constituting the side frame of the front frame piece or the rear frame piece. The front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion are joined in the width direction on the inner side in the width direction of the seat back frame at a portion where the airbag attachment portion is formed. Preferably.
With the above configuration, the airbag case mounting is achieved by joining the front frame piece and the rear frame piece overlapping in the thickness direction inside the width direction of the portion where the airbag mounting portion is formed. The rigidity in the vicinity of the part can be increased.
Further, the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion are fixed by a fixture, and overlap in the width direction on the other end portion side in the width direction of a portion fixed by the fixture. It is preferable that they are joined together.
In the above configuration, the front frame piece and the rear frame piece are overlapped and joined in the width direction at the other end portion in the width direction of the portion fixed by the fixing tool, so that the rigidity in the vicinity of the fixing portion is obtained. Can be increased.
In addition, an armrest attachment portion to which an axis of rotation of the armrest is attached is formed on the outer side in the width direction of the seat back frame at a portion constituting the side frame of the front frame piece or the rear frame piece, It is preferable that the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion are joined so as to overlap in the width direction inside the width direction of the portion where the armrest mounting portion is formed.
In the above configuration, the front frame piece and the rear frame piece are overlapped and joined in the width direction on the inner side in the seat width direction of the portion where the armrest mounting portion in the portion constituting the side frame is formed, The rigidity in the vicinity of the armrest mounting portion can be increased.
According to the seat back frame of the present invention, the gap between the front side frame portion of the front frame piece and the rear side frame portion of the rear frame piece that is not overlapped with each other is the other end in the width direction of the side frame. As a result of being formed in the portion, the work of joining is reduced as compared with the case where the two are joined at both ends in the width direction, so that the assembly efficiency in assembling the two can be increased.
Further, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, there is a gap between the front frame piece and the rear frame piece on the inner side in the width direction of the seat back frame, so that the cushion material is put on the gap in the gap. It is possible to allow a seated person to be accepted by allowing the seat to enter, to reduce the uncomfortable feeling of the seated person seated on the seat, and to easily attach the device to the outside in the width direction of the side frame.
Furthermore, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, the opening that opens in the width direction is formed in the vicinity of the portion that is joined to the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion so as to overlap in the width direction. The joining state of the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion can be easily confirmed from the opening.
Further, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, by attaching the elastic member to the rear frame piece, the elastic deformation range of the elastic member can be widened to the rear side, and a seated person who is drooping backward can be suitably supported.
Furthermore, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, the elastic member mounting portion has a shape projecting inward in the seat width direction, so that its own rigidity can be increased, and the elastic member can be made compact in the seat width direction. It can be arranged.
Furthermore, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, the front side frame portion and the rear side frame portion are joined to each other at the other end in the width direction between the elastic member mounting portions arranged vertically. As a result, the rigidity of the side frame as a whole can be improved, including the elastic member mounting portion that is structurally difficult to improve as a single unit.
Furthermore, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, the elastic member mounting portion is formed in a convex shape, and the hole formed so as to straddle the highly rigid corner portion on the protruding portion side of the elastic member mounting portion. By having it, the fall of the rigidity by forming a hole can be suppressed, and it becomes easy to attach an elastic member to an elastic member attaching part.
Furthermore, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, the front frame piece and the rear frame piece are overlapped and joined in the thickness direction on the inner side in the width direction of the portion where the airbag attachment portion is formed. The rigidity in the vicinity of the airbag case mounting portion can be increased.
Further, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, the front frame piece and the rear frame piece are joined in the thickness direction on the other end portion side in the width direction of the portion fixed by the fixture. Thus, the rigidity in the vicinity of the fixed part can be increased.
Further, according to the seat back frame of the present invention, the front frame piece and the rear frame piece overlap in the width direction inside the seat width direction of the portion where the armrest mounting portion in the portion constituting the side frame is formed. By being joined, the rigidity in the vicinity of the armrest mounting portion can be increased.

As shown in FIG. 3, the seat back frame 4 is joined to the

Thus, by forming the

As described above, the

As described above, the seat back frame 4 according to the first embodiment includes an overlapping portion in the seat width direction between the rear

The above embodiment is merely an example for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and does not limit the present invention. That is, the manufacturing process of the seat back manufacturing method, such as the shape, dimensions, and arrangement of each part of the seat back frame according to the above-described embodiment, can be changed and improved without departing from the gist of the present invention. Of course, the equivalent is included.
For example, in the above embodiment, the gap formed between the front frame piece and the rear frame piece constituting the side frame has been described as being on the inner side in the seat width direction, but is formed on the outer side in the seat width direction. You may do it. Even if it does in this way, the part which a front side frame piece and a back side frame piece overlap in the width direction can be reduced, and since the site | part joined by an adhesive agent or a fixture decreases, assembly efficiency can be improved.
Further, the side frame may have a closed cross section corresponding to a fixing position by a rivet or the like that fixes the front frame piece and the rear frame piece. In this way, the coupling between the front frame piece and the rear frame piece can be further strengthened.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although it demonstrated as a front frame piece being combined inside the rear frame piece in the side frame part, this inside / outside combination method may be reversed. For this reason, when the front frame piece is combined outside the rear frame piece, it is preferable that the opening for confirming both joints is formed in the front frame piece on the outside.
