Description

The present invention relates to a terminal connection method.

Conventionally, a litz wire formed by collecting a plurality of insulated conductors having a conductor and an insulating film provided on the outer periphery of the conductor is known. According to this litz wire, it is possible to suppress an increase in AC resistance due to the skin effect in which the current concentrates on the conductor surface as the frequency of the current flowing through the conductor increases (see Patent Documents 1 to 3).

Since such an litz wire is provided with an insulating film on the outer periphery of each conductor, it cannot be electrically connected even if it is crimped at a terminal crimping portion like a normal electric wire. For this reason, a technique is adopted in which a litz wire is inserted into a terminal sleeve or the like (crimp part), the sleeve is crimped and the sleeve and the litz wire are temporarily fixed, and immersed in a solder bath filled with a solder solution. .

Japanese Patent No. 4961444

However, in the conventional terminal connection method, the terminal crimping part and the litz wire are temporarily fixed and immersed in the solder bath, so that not only the crimping part but also a predetermined target (for example, a bolt mounting part of the terminal block) The fixed portion that is electrically connected to the solder bath is also immersed in the solder bath. For this reason, for example, when the fixing portion is electrically connected to a predetermined target by bolting, there is a problem that the solder of the fixing portion is peeled off after bolting, the tightening is loosened, and the contact resistance is increased.

For this problem, even if the fixed portion is masked to prevent the solder from adhering to the fixed portion, in this case, the masking member is costly processed.

The present invention solves such problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a terminal connection method capable of suppressing an increase in contact resistance and reducing processing costs. .

The terminal connection method of the present invention includes a litz wire having a conductor portion formed by assembling a plurality of insulated conductors having a conductor and an insulating film provided on the outer periphery of the conductor, and the conductor portion is inserted and arranged and crimped. A terminal having a cylindrical crimping portion that is held in a predetermined positional relationship and immersed in a solder bath filled with a solder solution to electrically connect the conductor portion and the crimping portion. The crimping portion of the crimping portion is connected to a terminal composed of the cylindrical crimping portion and a flat plate-like fixing portion that extends from the cylindrical end portion of the crimping portion and is electrically connected to a predetermined target. A first step of inserting and arranging the conductor portion from the fixing portion side, and after the first step, the fixing portion is not immersed in the solder liquid while maintaining the positional relationship between the conductor portion and the crimping portion. A second step of immersing the terminal in the solder solution from the crimping portion side; Characterized in that it comprises a third step of bending the fixing portion of the second said conductor portions through the process and the solder connected to said terminal.

According to the terminal connection method of the present invention, the conductor part of the litz wire is inserted and arranged from the fixing part side of the crimping part in the first step and immersed in the solder bath in the second process. However, the fixed portion can be prevented from adhering to the fixed portion while being electrically connected between the terminal and the litz wire without being immersed in the solder solution. For this reason, the problem that the solder adhering to the fixing portion is peeled off does not occur, and the masking process becomes unnecessary. And since a fixing | fixed part is bent in a 3rd process, when connecting a fixing | fixed part to a predetermined | prescribed object, it can prevent that a litz wire becomes obstructive. As described above, it is possible to provide a terminal connection method capable of suppressing an increase in contact resistance and reducing the processing cost.

Further, in the terminal connection method of the present invention, in the third step, a flat plate portion extending larger than a distance in the cylinder longitudinal direction of the crimp portion, and provided on the opposite side of the crimp portion with the flat plate portion interposed therebetween, It is preferable that the crimping portion side of the flat plate portion of the fixing portion having an electrical connection portion that contacts a predetermined target is bent.

According to this terminal connection method, since the crimping portion side of the flat plate portion is bent in the third step, when the flat plate portion is bent by 180 °, the electrical connection portion is more likely to protrude in the litz wire tip direction than the crimping portion. Thereby, it becomes the positional relationship of the electrical connection part and crimping | compression-bonding part similar to the terminal for existing litz wires, and it is possible to reduce the possibility of difficulty in attachment when attaching to a predetermined target.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, while suppressing the increase in contact resistance, the connection method of the terminal which can aim at reduction of processing cost can be provided.

Hereinafter, although this invention is demonstrated based on embodiment, this invention is not limited to the following embodiment.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing terminals and litz wires used in a terminal connection method according to an embodiment of the present invention. A terminal 10 shown in FIG. 1 is electrically connected to a litz wire 20 and is generally composed of a crimping part 11 and a fixing part 12.

The crimping part 11 is a site | part comprised by the cylindrical metal member and the conductor part 21 of the litz wire 20 is inserted and arrange | positioned. Moreover, this crimping | compression-bonding part 11 will be crimped and crimped | bonded when the conductor part 21 of the litz wire 20 is inserted. Thereby, the litz wire 20 having the conductor portion 21 and the terminal 10 having the crimping portion 11 are in a temporarily fixed state held in a predetermined positional relationship.

The fixing part 12 is a flat metal member extending in the cylinder longitudinal direction from the cylinder end of the crimping part 11, and includes a flat plate part 12a and an electrical connection part 12b. The flat plate portion 12 a is a plate material that extends larger than the distance in the cylinder longitudinal direction of the crimping portion 11. The electrical connection portion 12b is a plate material provided on the opposite side of the crimping portion 11 with the flat plate portion 12a interposed therebetween. Bolt tightening holes 12c are formed in the electrical connection portion 12b. The hole 12c is fixed to the predetermined target by inserting a bolt together with the predetermined target and tightening, and thereby the electrical connection between the electrical connecting portion 12b and the predetermined target is performed.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing details of the litz wire 20 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, the litz wire 20 is an insulated conductor strand (insulated conductor) 22 having a conductor strand (conductor) 22a and an enamel coating (insulating film) 22b provided on the outer periphery of the conductor strand 22a. A conductor portion 21 is formed by assembling a plurality of wires. In the present embodiment, the litz wire 20 includes a covering portion 23 made of an insulator on the outer periphery of the conductor portion 21.

Next, a method for connecting the terminals 10 according to the present embodiment will be described. 3 to 5 are process diagrams showing a terminal connection method according to the present embodiment. First, an operator or an apparatus (hereinafter referred to as an operator or the like) removes the covering portion 23 of the litz wire 20 shown in FIGS. Thereby, the conductor part 21 of the litz wire 20 is exposed.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the operator or the like inserts and arranges the conductor portion 21 in the cylindrical crimp portion 11 (first step). At this time, the conductor portion 21 is inserted into the crimping portion 11 from the fixed portion 12 side of the terminal 10. After the insertion, the crimping part 11 is crimped, and the crimping part 11 and the conductor part 21 are in a temporarily fixed state held in a predetermined positional relationship.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, an operator or the like immerses the crimping portion 11 of the terminal 10 in a solder bath filled with a solder solution while maintaining the positional relationship between the conductor portion 21 and the terminal 10 (crimping portion 11). (Second step). At this time, the operator or the like immerses the crimping portion 11 in the solder solution so that the fixing portion 12 is not immersed in the solder solution. As a result, solder does not adhere to the fixed portion 12.

In this step, the enamel coating 22b is removed by the heat of the solder solution, and the terminal 10 and the litz wire 20 are electrically connected. And both of them are fixedly connected by solidification of the solder.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the worker or the like bends the fixing portion 12 by 180 ° (third step). At this time, the operator or the like bends the crimping portion 11 side of the flat plate portion 12a in the fixing portion 12 (specifically, the portion A is folded). Here, the flat plate portion 12 a is longer than the longitudinal direction of the crimp portion 11. For this reason, when the crimping part 11 side of the flat plate part 12a is bent by 180 °, the electrical connection part 12b protrudes in the distal direction of the litz wire 20 from the crimping part 11, as shown in FIG. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the litz wire 20 from interfering when the electrical connection portion 12b is attached to a predetermined target.

After that, the operator or the like fixes the terminal 10 electrically connected to the litz wire 20 to the predetermined target and electrically connects the bolt 10 into the hole 12c of the electric connection portion 12b and the predetermined target hole and tightens the bolt. Connecting.

Thus, according to the connection method of the terminal 10 according to the first embodiment, the conductor portion 21 of the litz wire 20 is inserted and arranged from the fixing portion 12 side of the crimping portion 11 in the first step, and the solder in the second step. In order to immerse in the bath, the crimping portion 11 is immersed in the solder solution, but the fixing portion 12 is not immersed in the solder solution and the terminal 10 and the litz wire 20 are electrically connected, and the fixing portion 12 is immersed. It is possible to prevent the solder from adhering to the surface. For this reason, the problem that the solder adhering to the fixing part 12 peels does not occur, and the masking process becomes unnecessary. And since the fixing | fixed part 12 is bent in a 3rd process, when electrically connecting the fixing | fixed part 12 to a predetermined object, it can prevent that the litz wire 20 becomes obstructive. As described above, it is possible to provide a terminal connection method capable of suppressing an increase in contact resistance and reducing the processing cost.

Further, in the third step, the crimping part 11 side of the flat plate part 12a is bent, so that when the flat plate part 12a is bent 180 °, the electrical connection part 12b is more likely to protrude in the distal direction of the litz wire 20 than the crimping part 11. Thereby, it becomes the positional relationship of the electrical connection part 12b and the crimping | compression-bonding part 11 similar to the terminal for existing litz wires, and the possibility that it will become difficult to attach at the time of attachment to a predetermined object can be reduced.

As described above, the present invention has been described based on the embodiment, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and may be modified without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the terminal 10 according to the present embodiment, the crimp part 11 does not have to be cylindrical and may have another shape. Further, the fixing portion 12 is not limited to be bent at 180 °, but may be bent at another angle such as 90 °, or may be bent in the horizontal direction if possible.

As for the litz wire 20 connected to the terminal 10 as described above, when used in the coil unit of the non-contact power supply device, the non-contact power supply method may be an electromagnetic induction method or magnetic resonance. It may be a method.
