Claims (5)
- ニュートラル検出スイッチによって変速機構のニュートラルを検出する走行伝動装置であって、
変速機構の変速作動に伴って回動されるカム状部材と、
検出体の進退によるオン・オフ作動によって変速機構のニュートラル検出を行う押しボタン式のニュートラル検出スイッチとを備え、
前記カム状部材には、該カム状部材の回動によって上記検出体が進退作動されるように該検出体と接当する接当縁が形成され、
該接当縁は、上記変速機構がニュートラルに切換られた際に、前記ニュートラル検出スイッチの検出体が進出作動して接当するように、該進出側に楔状に凹設された進出作動部を有し、
カム状部材は、自身の回動軸から径方向外側に突出する板状に成形され、
該板状のカム状部材を、径方向内側部分より径方向外側部分の幅が拡大された形状に成形した
ことを特徴とする走行伝動装置。 - 前記接当縁における進出作動部以外の部分を、ニュートラル検出スイッチの検出体が退避状態で接当するように、カム状部材の回動支点を中心とする円弧状に形成した退避作動部とした
請求項1に記載の走行伝動装置。 - 退避作動部と進出作動部との接続部を、R状に成形した
請求項2に記載の走行伝動装置。 - 前記ニュートラル検出スイッチの検出体の先端側を、楔状の進出作動部に嵌り込む半球状に成形した
請求項1から3のうちのいずれかに記載の走行伝動装置。 - カム状部材の回動軸は、自身の軸回り回動によって変速機構を変速作動させるとともに軸方向への移動によって係合するシフトフォークが選択されるセレクト作動を行う
セレクトアンドシフト軸である
請求項1から4のうちのいずれかに記載の走行伝動装置。
