Description
Claims (15)
- ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データと、その後に収集された間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データとに基づいて温度測定画像データを生成する温度測定画像生成部であり、前記温度測定画像データは、関心ボリューム又は関心領域内の温度変化を指し示すボクセル又はピクセルを含み、前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域が、前記ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データの収集と前記間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データの収集との間に加熱され、当該温度測定画像生成部は、ロンスキー変化ディテクタアルゴリズムを用いて前記温度測定画像データを生成する、温度測定画像生成部と、
被検体の前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域を表す画像データボクセル又はピクセルに関する温度マップを、前記温度測定画像データと、温度に対する値の変化の所定のルックアップテーブルと、に基づいて生成する温度マップ生成部と、
前記温度マップを前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域の画像データとともに視覚的に提示するディスプレイと、
を有するコンピューティング装置。 - 前記温度変化は、介入手順による加熱に対応し、視覚的に提示される前記温度マップは、前記介入手順が完了したかを指し示す、請求項1に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 視覚的に提示される前記温度マップは、介入手順マージンが適切であるかを指し示す、請求項2に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記温度測定画像生成部は、前記ロンスキー変化ディテクタアルゴリズムを用いて、前記ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データと前記その後に収集された間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データとの間で温度差を検出する、請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データ及び前記間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データは、低い、あるいは高い解像度の画像データを含み、前記温度測定画像生成部は、低い、あるいは高い画像データ解像度アルゴリズムを用いて前記温度測定画像データを生成する、請求項1に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記ロンスキー変化ディテクタアルゴリズムは、画像のベクトルモデルと、ベクトル間の一次従属性又は独立性のうちの少なくとも一方を指し示すものとを含み、前記温度測定画像生成部は、前記画像データを、ベクトルの集合体、ベクトルの長さの変化又はベクトルの向きの変化としてモデル化する、請求項4又は5に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データと前記間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データとを受信してレジストレーションする画像レジストレーション部であり、レジストレーションされた画像データに基づいて前記温度測定画像生成部が前記温度測定画像データを生成する、画像レジストレーション部、
を更に有する請求項4乃至6の何れかに記載のコンピューティング装置。 - 前記画像レジストレーション部は、デフォーマブルレジストレーションアルゴリズムを用いて、前記ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データと前記間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データとをレジストレーションする、請求項7に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記デフォーマブルレジストレーションアルゴリズムは、前記ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データ及び前記間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データを取得するための収集の間の前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域の動きを補償する、請求項8に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域は、治療されるべき組織内に位置する介入装置針の周りに定められたマージンを含む、請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記温度マップは、前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域の異なる領域間の相対的な温度差を指し示す所定のグレースケールを用いて表示される、請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記温度マップは、灰色レベルを対応する温度値にマッピングする凡例を含む、請求項11に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記温度マップは、前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域の異なる領域間の相対的な温度差を指し示す所定のカラーマップを用いて表示される、請求項1乃至10の何れかに記載のコンピューティング装置。
- 前記温度マップは、色を対応する温度値にマッピングする凡例を含む、請求項13に記載のコンピューティング装置。
- コンピューティング装置の作動方法であって、
前記コンピューティング装置のプロセッサが、ベースラインコンピュータ断層撮影画像データと、その後に関心ボリューム又は関心領域が加熱された後に収集された間欠コンピュータ断層撮影画像データとに基づいて温度測定画像データを生成し、前記温度測定画像データは、前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域内の温度変化を指し示すボクセル又はピクセルを含み、前記温度測定画像データを生成することは、ロンスキー変化ディテクタアルゴリズムを用いて前記温度測定画像データを生成し、且つ
前記プロセッサが、被検体の前記関心ボリューム又は関心領域を表す画像データボクセル又はピクセルに関する温度マップを、前記温度測定画像データと、温度に対するボクセル値又はピクセル値の変化の所定のルックアップテーブルと、に基づいて生成する、
ことを有する方法。
