In addition, a hot water storage tank unit has been proposed in which the hot water storage tank is covered with a heat insulating material such as a vacuum heat insulating material (see Patent Document 2).
However, the molded heat insulating material described in
Therefore, as described in
However, when a vacuum heat insulating material and a molded heat insulating material are used in combination, the vacuum heat insulating material may deteriorate due to the high heat of the hot water storage tank, so the vacuum heat insulating material cannot be brought into close contact with the hot water storage tank. In the case where a gap is generated between the heat insulating material and the heat insulating material, there is a problem that heat leakage cannot be sufficiently prevented.
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and has an object to provide a low-cost hot water storage tank unit and a method for manufacturing the same while having high heat insulation performance.

A flat portion on which the support member abuts is formed on the bottom plate, which is larger than a region of the leg facing the bottom plate .
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the hot water storage tank unit provided with the high heat insulation performance and its manufacturing method can be provided.

<外箱3>

The foamable heat insulating material (foamed heat insulating material 6) is configured by filling a liquid foamable heat insulating material between the hot

Therefore, the

When the foam

During foaming, the
FIG. 6 is a conceptual diagram showing the periphery of the outer leg attached to the outer box when the foam heat insulating material of the comparative example is foamed.
As shown in FIG. 6, when the
For example, the
For this reason, the
Therefore, the foamed
In addition, when the filling operation of the foam
As a countermeasure, in the hot water
As shown in FIG. 7, in the hot water
As a result, there is no gap between the

Unlike the hot water

The hot water storage tank unit 1A is placed on the installation place G, and a fixing bolt bo that is inserted through the through hole of the mounting member T fixed to the installation place G with the anchor bolt ba is formed on the side of the
As shown in FIG. 16, the attachment member T has, for example, an L shape in a side view, and it is preferable to insert a bracing member s indicated by a two-dot chain line to increase the strength of the attachment member T.
Alternatively, it is desirable that the attachment member T is formed in a triangular prism shape in which the bracing member s is previously inserted in the attachment member T in a side view, for example, and the strength of the attachment member T is increased.
In the modified example, since there is no outer leg of the
For this reason, since the short 30c can be formed into a simple shape, the filling operation can be performed at low cost. Moreover, since the
Moreover, since the hot water storage tank unit 1A is fixed by the attachment member T at the lower side of the
Moreover, since it is the structure which does not provide the

<Spacer between hot
FIG. 17 is a perspective view of the hot water storage tank housed in the outer box when the hot water storage tank unit is viewed obliquely from above.
<Spacer sp>

The spacer sp has a rectangular parallelepiped shape and is formed of a resin such as polystyrene foam or urethane. The dimension of the spacer sp in the direction between the hot
A plurality of spacers sp are arranged in the axial direction (longitudinal direction) of the hot water
The spacer sp may have a shape other than a rectangular parallelepiped shape as long as the dimension between the hot
<Maintenance spacer sm>
The maintenance-use spacer sm has a cylindrical shape having a central axis in the radial direction of the hot
The maintenance-use spacer sm has a cylindrical space (space) sm1 that accommodates the temperature sensor 5 in the center, and has a feature that the temperature sensor 5 is accommodated therein.
The dimension in the direction between the hot
Further, since the maintenance / use spacer sm has a columnar space (space) sm1 in which the temperature sensor 5 is accommodated, the temperature sensor 5 is easily maintained.
As long as the maintenance / use spacer sm has a space (space) sm1, the shape of the space (space) sm1 may be other than a cylindrical shape. That is, if the maintenance / use spacer sm has a space (space) sm1 for maintaining the temperature sensor 5 at the center, the shape can be selected as appropriate.
However, as shown in FIG. 17, if the space (space) sm1 is a cylindrical space, a uniform space is provided around the temperature sensor 5, so that maintenance is easy. Furthermore, formation is easy if the space (space) sm1 is a cylindrical space.
In addition, if the maintenance / use spacer sm is cylindrical, the maintenance / use spacer sm is easy to handle because there is no directionality when the maintenance / use spacer sm is installed.
By the way, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, when the foamed
However, since the hot water
Further, when the
In addition, since the spacer sp and the maintenance-use spacer sm are present between the hot
Similarly, since the maintenance-use spacer sm and spacer sp exist between the
From the above, it is possible to realize a low-cost hot water
