Description
The present invention relates to a storage rack.
。 As a storage rack for storing stored items, for example, a fuel storage rack for storing used fuel rods used in a nuclear reactor is known. A plurality of used fuel rods are bundled into a fuel assembly (stored material), and the fuel assembly is stored in a fuel storage rack. The fuel storage racks are installed vertically at a predetermined interval and stored while being cooled in the water of the fuel storage facility. As a fuel storage rack, a storage rack having a free-standing structure in which the rack itself is stored without being fixed to a wall surface or a bottom surface of a fuel storage facility is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
The own weight of the fuel storage rack disclosed in
When an impact force directed upward in the vertical direction is applied to the support leg due to an earthquake, a rocking phenomenon in which the rack body swings may occur depending on the magnitude of the impact force. When the rocking phenomenon occurs, at least one of the support legs is separated from the bottom surface (installation surface) of the storage pit. When the support leg that is separated from the bottom surface of the storage pit contacts the bottom surface of the storage pit again, a large load is concentrated on the position where the support leg contacts the ground.
And depending on the magnitude | size of this load, there exists a possibility of giving a big damage to the bottom face of a storage pit. In particular, when the bottom surface of the storage pit is covered with a lining layer made of SUS material or the like, the lining layer may be damaged.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and a storage rack that prevents a load from being locally applied to the installation surface of the storage pit when a rocking phenomenon in which the rack body swings occurs. The purpose is to provide.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following means.
The storage rack according to the present invention is a storage rack for storing a stored item in a storage pit, and a rectangular parallelepiped rack body for storing the stored item, and a corner portion on the bottom surface of the rack body. A plurality of support legs provided; a plate-like member installed without being fixed to the installation surface of the storage pit; and disposed below the rack body; and the support legs on the upper surface of the plate-like member A plurality of leg receiving members each having a recessed portion in which the distal end portion of the support leg is accommodated, and the shape of the recessed portion substantially matches the shape of the distal end portion of the supporting leg. The area of the portion where the plate-like member contacts the installation surface of the storage pit is larger than the area of the portion where the leg receiving member contacts the plate-like member, and each of the plurality of support legs Is It has become possible away from the serial recess.
According to the storage rack of the present invention, when an impact force directed upward in the vertical direction from the leg receiving member is applied to the support leg due to an earthquake motion or the like, depending on the magnitude of the impact force, While the support legs come into contact with the leg receiving members, a rocking phenomenon occurs in which the other support legs are separated from the leg receiving members and the rack body swings. Since the leg receiving member is fixed to the plate-like member installed on the installation surface of the storage pit, the position of the leg receiving member with respect to the plate-like member remains fixed even if the locking phenomenon occurs.
Therefore, the tip end portion of the support leg that has been lifted away from the leg receiving member due to the locking phenomenon is accommodated in the leg receiving member when it descends again. The load transmitted to the leg receiving member is transmitted to the plate-like member disposed below the rack body and is also transmitted to the storage pit installation surface via the plate-like member. Therefore, even if a rocking phenomenon occurs, it is possible to prevent a load from being locally applied to the installation surface of the storage pit.
As described above, the storage rack according to the present invention provides a storage rack that prevents a load from being locally applied to the installation surface of the storage pit when a rocking phenomenon occurs in which the rack body swings. can do.
In the storage rack according to the first aspect of the present invention, the leg receiving member can be attached to and detached from the upper surface of the plate-like member.
By doing so, even if the leg receiving member is damaged due to a locking phenomenon or the like, the storage rack can be easily repaired by replacing the damaged leg receiving member.
In the storage rack according to the second aspect of the present invention, the leg receiving member is integrally formed with the plate member.
By doing in this way, a leg receiving member and a plate-shaped member can be provided as a single member, and the storage rack can be easily installed.
The storage rack according to the third aspect of the present invention includes a connecting portion that connects to a plate-like member included in another adjacent storage rack.
By doing in this way, even when the storage rack moves in the horizontal direction with respect to the storage pit due to earthquake motion or the like, the horizontal position with other adjacent storage racks can be kept constant. . In addition, since the plate-like members are connected to other adjacent storage racks while the rack main bodies are not connected to each other, an operation of installing the rack main body in the storage pit can be easily performed.
In the storage rack according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the side surface of the rack body is provided with a protruding portion that protrudes toward the side surface of another adjacent storage rack.
By doing in this way, the horizontal space | interval with the side surface of the other adjacent storage rack can be narrowed, and when the locking phenomenon occurs, it can be easily contacted with the side surface of the other adjacent storage rack. . Therefore, when the locking phenomenon occurs, it is possible to prevent a risk that the rack body swings greatly and falls.
Storage rack according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the shape of the tip portion of the support legs, Ru Tei a substantially conical shape protruding downward in the vertical direction.
By doing in this way, when the front-end | tip part of the support leg which separated and raised from the leg receiving member by the rocking phenomenon falls again, it can be made easy to accommodate in a leg receiving member. In addition, the position of the distal end portion of the support leg housed in the leg receiving member can be easily adjusted so as to coincide with the position before being separated from the leg receiving member.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, when the rocking phenomenon which a rack main body rock | fluctuates generate | occur | produces, the storage rack which prevented the load from being locally applied to the installation surface of a storage pit can be provided.
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, the storage rack 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example of a storage rack that is common to the embodiments described below. As shown in FIG. 1, a fuel assembly (stored material) containing spent fuel is accommodated in a
The
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
The
The
The
Since the
On the upper surface of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the distal end portion of the
The

In the example shown in FIG. 4, the
In the
The impact force transmitted to the
In this way, the impact force due to the weight of the
The example shown in FIG. 4 is an example relating to the rocking phenomenon in which the
As described above, the
The operation and effect of the storage rack of the present embodiment described above will be described.
According to the
Therefore, the tip end portion of the
As described above, according to the

[Second Embodiment]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The second embodiment is a modification of the first embodiment, and is the same as the first embodiment except for a case described below, and the description below is omitted.

As shown in FIG. 5,
As shown in FIG. 6, when the locking phenomenon occurs, the

[Third Embodiment]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The third embodiment is a modification of the first embodiment, and is the same as the first embodiment except for a case described below, and the description below is omitted.

As described above, the
By doing in this way, a leg receiving member and a plate-shaped member can be provided as a single member, and the
[Fourth Embodiment]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The third embodiment is a modification of the first embodiment, and is the same as the first embodiment except for a case described below, and the description below is omitted.
In the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, the
According to the
