Description
イントロデューサー組立体10は、体腔内へのアクセスルートを確保するためのデバイスである。なお、以下の説明において、デバイスの手元操作部側を「基端側」、体腔内へ挿通される側を「先端側」と称す。

Claims (3)
- 長尺体を挿通自在な中空部を備える管状部材から形成され、先端部と本体部とを備えるイントロデューサー用シースであって、
前記本体部の外表面に親水性の潤滑性被覆を備え、
前記先端部の外表面に前記親水性の潤滑性被覆の乾燥時における摩擦係数よりも低い摩擦係数を有する疎水性被覆を備え、
前記先端部は、外表面が先細りするテーパー部を有し、
前記疎水性被覆は、前記親水性の潤滑性被覆の上に覆いかぶさっている、イントロデューサー用シース。 - 前記先端部と前記本体部との境界部分において前記親水性の潤滑性被覆の上に前記疎水性被覆が覆いかぶさっている請求項1に記載のイントロデューサー用シース。
- 前記親水性の潤滑性被覆は血液を吸収して膨潤したとき前記疎水性被覆の外径とほぼ同等かそれ以上になる請求項2に記載のイントロデューサー用シース。
