Description
本実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁10の基本構成について、図1を参照しながら説明する。
次に、本実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁10の特徴的な構成について、図2A〜図3Bを参照しながら説明する。
図4A及び図4Bは、比較例に係る燃料噴射弁82を図示したものである。図4Aは、本実施形態での信号処理部78が存在しない場合を図示し、図4Bは、増幅器84が第2接続部76と信号端子22bとの間に介挿された場合を図示している。なお、図4A及び図4Bでは、説明の容易化のため、本実施形態に係る燃料噴射弁10(図1〜図3B参照)と同じ構成要素については、同じ参照符号を付けて説明する。

Claims (4)
- アクチュエータの駆動に起因して開弁状態になることで、内燃機関の気筒内の燃焼室に燃料を直接噴射する燃料噴射弁において、
前記燃焼室に臨む前記燃料噴射弁の先端近傍に装着されることにより当該燃料噴射弁と一体的に設けられ、前記気筒内の筒内圧を検出し、検出した前記筒内圧に応じた出力信号を出力する筒内圧検出手段と、
前記筒内圧検出手段と、前記燃料噴射弁の内部における前記燃料噴射弁の基端部側に設けられた前記アクチュエータとの間に配置され、前記出力信号に対して所定の信号処理を行う信号処理手段と、
を有することを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記信号処理手段は、前記出力信号をA/D変換するA/D変換器を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記信号処理手段は、前記出力信号を増幅する増幅器を備えることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁において、
前記信号処理手段が前記A/D変換器及び前記増幅器を備える場合に、前記筒内圧検出手段に対して前記増幅器及び前記A/D変換器の順に電気的に接続されているか、又は、前記筒内圧検出手段に対して前記A/D変換器及び前記増幅器の順に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。
