Claims (17)
- ゾル−ゲルと、
リチウムイオン及び/又はアゾール化合物を含む腐食防止剤と
を含む、金属基体へ適用するための組成物であって、
前記腐食防止剤は、リチウムイオン、及び前記リチウムイオンと塩を形成可能な対イオンを含み、前記対イオンは、炭酸イオン及び/又は水酸化物イオンを含む、
前記組成物。 - 前記腐食防止剤が、リチウム以外のアルカリ金属イオンを更に含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ゾル−ゲルが、有機シランベースのゾル−ゲルを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機シランベースのゾル−ゲルが、アリルトリメトキシシラン、n−(2−アミノエチル)−3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、p−アミノフェニルシラン、3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3−アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン;3−グリシドキシプロピルジイソプロピルエトキシシラン、3−グリシドキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、及び3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを含むグリシジルオキシ−(C2〜C6アルキル)トリアルコキシシラン;3−メルカプトプロピルトリエトキシシラン、3−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、3−メタクリルオキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、3−メタクリルオキシプロピルメチルジメトキシシラン、3−メタクリルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、n−フェニルアミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン、ビニルメチルジエトキシシラン、ビニルトリエトキシシラン、ビニルトリメトキシシラン、又はそれらの混合物を含む、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機シランベースのゾル−ゲルが、グリシジルオキシ−(C2〜C6アルキル)トリアルコキシシランを含む、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機シランベースのゾル−ゲルが、3−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランを含む、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記ゾル−ゲルが、有機金属化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記有機金属化合物が、ジルコニウムアルコキシド化合物を含む、請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 前記アゾール化合物が、2,5−ジメルカプト−1,3,4−チアジアゾールを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- リチウムイオン及び/又はアゾール化合物を含む腐食防止剤と、
シランと
を含む、金属基体へ適用するための組成物であって、
前記腐食防止剤は、前記リチウムイオンと塩を形成可能な対イオンを更に含み、
前記対イオンは、炭酸イオン及び/又は水酸化物イオンを含む、
前記組成物。 - 前記腐食防止剤が、リチウム以外の追加のアルカリ金属イオンを更に含む、請求項10に記載の組成物。
- 基体と、
前記基体の少なくとも一部分の上に請求項1に記載の組成物と
を含む、コーティングされた物品。 - 前記基体がアルミニウムを含む、請求項12に記載のコーティングされた物品。
- 前記組成物上にコーティングを更に含む、請求項12に記載のコーティングされた物品。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を基体の少なくとも一部分の上に適用するステップと、
前記組成物を硬化してゾル−ゲルコーティングを形成するステップと
を含む、コーティングされた物品の製造方法。 - 前記組成物の適用前に、前記基体を前処理するステップを更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ゾル−ゲルコーティングの少なくとも一部分の上にコーティングを適用するステップを更に含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
