Description

The present invention relates to a passenger conveyor.

In passenger conveyors typified by escalators and moving walkways, the old passenger conveyors that have become aged are removed, and new passenger conveyors are installed at the same location to renew the passenger conveyors. When performing such a renewal, for example, as a method of placing a new main body frame of a new passenger conveyor in an existing main body frame while leaving the main body frame of an existing passenger conveyor, that is, leaving the existing main body frame without removing it, for example, -67461 (patent document 1) and international application PCT / JP2013 / 07459 (patent document 2).

International application PCT / JP2013 / 07459

However, in the thing of the patent document 1 mentioned above, as shown in FIG. 2 of this literature, the new receiving beam provided in the longitudinal direction edge part of a new main body frame is the existing installation of the existing main body frame carried on the building beam. It is fixed in a state where it is further placed on the upper part of the receiving beam, and the hanging amount of the new receiving beam with respect to the building beam is set to be the same as that of the existing receiving beam with respect to the building beam.

Here, in recent years, there has been a growing demand for earthquake resistance to cope with interlayer displacements that occur in a building structure due to earthquake motion and various vibrations. When a new main body frame is simply installed in an existing main body frame, the earthquake resistance of the new main body frame only reflects the earthquake resistance of the existing main body frame. In particular, when the distance between building beams increases due to interlayer displacement or the like, a high standard is required in terms of preventing the main body frame from falling off the building beams.

Therefore, in the thing of patent document 1, when the distance between building beams spreads and the existing main body frame falls, there exists a problem that a new main body frame will also fall together.

Therefore, in Patent Document 2, the applicant sets the hanging allowance of the new receiving beam for the building beam to be larger than the hanging allowance of the existing receiving beam for the building beam, and connects the existing main frame to the existing main frame. A technology for providing a connecting member for preventing the existing main body frame from falling when the beam is detached from the building beam has been filed.

However, in the case of Patent Document 2, there is a possibility that a gap may be formed between the new main body frame or the existing main body frame and the connecting member due to problems of dimensional accuracy and assembly accuracy of the existing main body frame, the new main body frame, and the connecting member. Yes, it is difficult to eliminate this gap. Further, in the case where there is a gap, there is a problem that when the existing receiving beam is detached from the building beam, an impact due to a drop corresponding to the gap occurs.

The present invention is made from the actual state in the above-described prior art, and the purpose of the present invention is to make it more difficult to drop than existing ones when renewing and to increase earthquake resistance, and to establish a new main body frame and an existing main body frame. It is an object of the present invention to provide a passenger conveyor that eliminates a gap between the connecting members connecting the two and prevents a shock due to a drop of the gap and that can be easily adjusted in height to eliminate the gap.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides, for example, an existing main body frame of an existing passenger conveyor provided with an existing receiving beam that is hung on a building beam at a longitudinal end, and the existing main body frame. A passenger frame having a body frame of a newly installed passenger conveyor disposed in the interior of the passenger conveyor and having a new body frame provided with a new receiving beam hung on the building beam at an end in a longitudinal direction thereof. A receiving allowance of the receiving beam is set to be larger than an existing allowance of the existing receiving beam with respect to the building beam, the new main body frame and the existing main body frame are connected, and the existing receiving beam is detached from the building beam. A connecting member that prevents the existing main body frame from dropping when the existing receiving beam is hung on the building beam, the connecting member includes the existing main body frame and the new main body frame. Fixed to one of the Together are, the other features that are in contact without any gap through the height adjusting member provided on the connecting member.

According to the present invention, since the hanging allowance of the new receiving beam is larger than that of the existing receiving beam, the new body frame is less likely to drop than the existing one, and even when only the existing receiving beam is detached from the building beam. The connecting member can prevent the existing main body frame from dropping, and the new main body frame or the existing main body frame and the connecting member are in contact with each other through the height adjusting part, so that the gap is eliminated. Therefore, it is possible to easily adjust the height, and even when the existing receiving beam is detached from the building beam, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of an impact due to the fall of the gap.

It is a whole lineblock diagram showing one example of a passenger conveyor concerning the present invention. It is sectional drawing which follows the AA line of FIG. It is a principal part enlarged view of the receiving beam part in a present Example. It is an example of the connection member in a present Example. It is another example of the connection member in a present Example.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram showing an embodiment of a passenger conveyor according to the present invention. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. The passenger conveyor of the present embodiment is, for example, an escalator. As shown in FIG. 1, an existing main body frame 1 in which components are removed from an existing escalator for renewal includes an existing lower horizontal portion 2 and an existing upper horizontal portion. 3 and an existing inclined portion 4.

As shown in FIG. 2, the new main body frame 5 which is a main body frame of the new escalator is stored in the storage space of the existing main body frame 1, so that it is smaller than the existing main body frame 1 in the longitudinal direction and the short side direction. is made of.

Similar to the existing main body frame 1, the new main body frame 5 includes a new lower horizontal portion 6, a new upper horizontal portion 7, and a new inclined portion 8. A step (not shown) connected endlessly to the new body frame 5 and circulating between the entrances and exits, a balustrade 9 erected on both sides of the step along the longitudinal direction of the new body frame 5, and the periphery of the balustrade 9 Various components such as a handrail 10 that moves in synchronization with the step and a driving device (not shown) that drives the step and the handrail 10 are mounted. The new inclined portion 8 is an inclined portion between the new lower horizontal portion 6 and the new upper horizontal portion 7 of the new main body frame 5, and the inclination angle of the new inclined portion 8 with respect to the horizontal plane is the same as that of the existing main body frame 1. The inclination angle of the inclined portion 4 is the same.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a main part of the receiving beam portion in the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 3, the existing receiving beam 2a provided at the end in the longitudinal direction of the existing main body frame 1, that is, at the end of the existing lower horizontal portion 2, is relative to the building beam 11 via a flat plate 12 for height adjustment. It is placed so that it can move. The existing receiving beam 2a is hung on the building beam 11 with a hanging allowance L1. In addition, the existing receiving beam 3a provided in the other longitudinal direction edge part of the existing main body frame 1, ie, the existing upper horizontal part 3, is also hung on the building beam 13 with the same configuration. However, the existing receiving beam 3a is a fixed end, and is fixed so that it cannot move relative to the existing receiving beam 2a.

As shown in FIG. 3, the new receiving beam 6a provided in the longitudinal direction end of the new main body frame 5, that is, the new lower horizontal portion 6, has a larger allowance L2 than the existing receiving beam 2a of the existing main body frame 1. It is mounted on the building beam 11 via a jack bolt 14 for height adjustment and a flat plate 15 for height adjustment so as to be relatively movable. Note that the new receiving beam 7a provided at the other longitudinal end of the newly installed main body frame 5, that is, the new upper horizontal portion 7 is also hung on the building beam 13 in the same configuration. However, the new receiving beam 7a has a fixed end and is fixed so that it cannot move relative to the existing receiving beam 6a. Further, in the case of a fixed end, the hanging allowance of the new receiving beam 7a may be set to the same size as that of the existing receiving beam 3a.

In this embodiment, the building beam 13 side on the upper floor side is a fixed end and the building beam 11 side on the lower floor side is a free end. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and at least one of them is a free end. Good.

Further, when the building beam 11 does not have an installation space for accommodating the new receiving beam 6a having the hanging allowance L2, the anti-existing body frame 1 side of the existing receiving beam 2a may be shaved to provide an installation space.

FIG. 4 is an example of a connecting member in the present embodiment. The newly installed main body frame 5 and the existing main body frame 1 are connected by a connecting member 16, thereby preventing the existing main body frame 1 from falling when the existing receiving beam 2 a is detached from the building beam 11. The connecting member 16 is set to have a strength that does not break when the weight of the existing main body frame 1 is applied to the new main body frame 5.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, in a state where the existing receiving beam 2a is hung on the building beam 11, the connecting member 16 is fixed to the new main body frame 5 by, for example, bolts or welding, and the existing main body frame 1 Are in contact with each other through a height adjustment component 17 provided on the connecting member 16 without a gap. For example, a jack bolt or the like can be used as the height adjustment component 17. Here, the height adjustment component 17 contacts the existing main body frame 1 from below. In addition, between the existing main body frame 1 and the height adjustment component 17, it is contacting | abutting so that relative displacement is possible in a horizontal direction. Thereby, even when an excessive force in the longitudinal direction is applied to the existing main body frame 1 or the new main body frame 5, the existing main body frame 1 and the new main body frame 5 are plastically deformed by relative displacement in the horizontal direction. Can be prevented.

FIG. 5 is another example of the connecting member in the present embodiment. The only difference from FIG. 4 is the shape of the connecting member 16 and the place where it is fixed, and the rest is the same as FIG.

4 and 5, the connecting member 16 is fixed to the newly installed main body frame 5 and the height adjusting component 17 is in contact with the existing main body frame 1 from below. The connecting member 16 may be fixed to the existing main body frame 1 and the height adjusting component 17 may be in contact with the new main body frame 5 from above. That is, in a state where the existing receiving beam 2a is hung on the building beam 11, the connecting member 16 is fixed to one of the existing main body frame 1 and the new main body frame 5, and the other is connected to the connecting member 16 on the other side. What is necessary is just to set it as the structure contact | abutted without the clearance gap through the provided height adjustment component 17. FIG.

In the present embodiment as described above, for example, a large interlayer displacement occurs due to an earthquake or the like, and the space between the building beam 11 and the building beam 13 becomes excessive, and the newly installed main body frame 5 and the existing main body frame 1. Even if the distance between the building beam 11 and the building beam 11 becomes excessive, the hanging allowance L2 of the new receiving beam 6a is set larger than the hanging allowance L1 of the existing receiving beam 2a. Is less likely to drop and can withstand greater interlayer displacement than existing ones. Even when only the existing receiving beam 2 a is detached from the building beam 11 and only the new receiving beam 6 a is hooked on the building beam 11, the weight of the existing main body frame 1 is reduced by the new main body frame 5 by the connecting member 16. It is supported and can prevent the existing main body frame 1 from falling. Further, since the new main body frame 5 or the existing main body frame 1 and the connecting member 16 are in contact with each other through the height adjusting component 17 without any gap, the height adjustment for eliminating the gap can be easily performed and the existing receiving frame can be easily received. Even when the beam 2 a is detached from the building beam 11, it is possible to prevent an impact due to a drop corresponding to the gap.

Moreover, in the above description, although the escalator was demonstrated as an example of a passenger conveyor, you may apply to the moving walk etc. as another example of a passenger conveyor.

The embodiments of the present invention have been described above.
