In the next step, the settled sludge is discharged from the bottom of the tank, and the treatment process is completed.

FIG. 1 is a diagram of an embodiment of a water treatment apparatus of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a tank with a sloped bottom on one side, an upper filtration filter, a lower filtration filter, a sludge discharge section, suspended water filtered by the upper filtration filter, and a lower filtration filter. And an air supply device for backwashing and stirring in the tank.

Further, a flocculant supply device and a flocculant filter aid supply device are provided in the upper part of the tank.
As the flocculant, inorganic flocculants such as ferric chloride, polyiron, PAC, powder flocculants, polymer flocculants and the like are used. The agglomerated filter aid uses porous charcoal or diatomaceous earth.

Here, per 10 liters of suspending water, ferric chloride as a flocculant is charged in a range from 0.1 g to 10 g, and porous coal as a flocculent filter aid is in a range from 1 g to 10 g. throw into. Here, if the ferric chloride is less than 0.1 gram, it is insufficient to agglomerate the entire fine particles such as colloid in the suspension water, and if it exceeds 10 gram, unnecessary ferric chloride increases. There is a problem. Moreover, if the porous charcoal is less than 1 gram, it is insufficient to promote aggregation of the entire fine particles such as colloid in the suspension water, and if it exceeds 10 gram, unnecessary porous charcoal increases. There is.

In addition, the bottom of one side of the tank is inclined so that convection of the treated water is generated smoothly and sediment is accumulated in the discharge part at the bottom. The range of the single-sided inclination is set such that the angle with respect to the horizontal plane is in the range of 5 degrees to 30 degrees. If the angle is less than 5 degrees, the effect of air stirring is not exhibited, and if the angle exceeds 30 degrees, it is disadvantageous in terms of the volume of the tank.

Advantages obtained in the water treatment apparatus of FIG. 1 are listed below.

● Filters and other clogs can be backwashed with air for each treatment, and backwash wastewater is treated in the next process, so there are few incidental facilities.
● Since the number of processes is small, processing speed can be improved.
● Concentrate and reduce the volume of sludge during filtration in the tank.
● By using a porous coagulation filter aid, it can be applied to the filtration of suspended substances with a wide range of particle sizes.
● When porous coal is used as a coagulation filter aid, sludge volume can be reduced in the subsequent process.

● When porous charcoal is used as an agglomeration filter aid, if the target suspension is organic, it can be reused by reprocessing by reductive sterilization carbonization.

FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining the treatment process of the water treatment apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. Flocculation flocs formed with various flocculants (inorganic flocculants such as ferric chloride, polyiron, PAC, powder flocculants, polymer flocculants, etc.), porous charcoal and diatomaceous earth in a single tank containing suspended water Add a filter aid such as etc., and stir while feeding air to produce a frog.

After sufficiently growing the floc, it is settled and allowed to stand, and the suspended water is suction filtered through a cylindrical filter having parallel slits with a gap of 10 to 100 μm in the upper stage. Next, the suspension water is suction-filtered through a cylindrical filter having parallel slits with a lower gap of 10 to 100 μm while stirring air from the bottom. In the next step, the settled sludge is discharged from the bottom of the tank, and the treatment process is completed.

When the scheduled processing step is completed, the suspension water is supplied again to start the agglomeration process. The agitation process is started, and pressure air is sent to the cylindrical filter as agitation means to agitate / aggregate the tank. At that time, the cylindrical filter is backwashed. The cylindrical filter has an internal pressure of 0.3 to 0.5 MPa and a parallel slit width of 200 to 400 μm, and is backwashed. The cylindrical filter (upper / lower stage) is a suspension type unit that can be used by adjusting the water depth position according to the structure of the coagulation separation tank.

The supplementary items are listed below.
* 1 When an inorganic flocculant is used, neutralization treatment is required depending on the addition rate.
In addition, a polymer agent is used to promote sedimentation of flocs.
* 2 Neutralization treatment is not required for powder or liquid flocculants.
* 3 A filter aid is used to increase filtration accuracy. (Reduction of treated water turbidity)
When there is little sludge in the suspension water, the filter aid can be reused.
