Description
前記複数の自動車の各々から、当該自動車の充電必要量を受け付ける受付手段と、
前記第1期間では、前記充電需要の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、前記第2期間では、複数の前記充電必要量の総量から前記第1期間内の前記充電による充電量を除いた残り総量に基づいて、前記第2期間の充電の目標レベルを設定し、前記充電の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御する制御手段と、
所定条件に基づいて、前記複数の自動車に対して充電に関する優先順位を付与する付与手段と、
を含み、
前記付与手段は、
前記複数の自動車に対して、[必要充電電力量/充電残り時間×充電電力]の式にて算出される指標が大きいほど優先順位を高く設定する構成である。
前記複数の自動車の各々から、当該自動車の充電必要量を受け付け、
前記第1期間では、前記充電需要の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、前記第2期間では、複数の前記充電必要量の総量から前記第1期間内の前記充電による充電量を除いた残り総量に基づいて、前記第2期間の充電の目標レベルを設定し、前記充電の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、
所定条件に基づいて、前記複数の自動車に対して充電に関する優先順位を付与し、
前記優先順位を、前記複数の自動車に対して、[必要充電電力量/充電残り時間×充電電力]の式にて算出される指標が大きいほど高く設定する方法である。
電力を動力として用いる複数の自動車への配電系統からの充電を制御する充電制御期間内の第1期間と、前記充電制御期間のうち前記第1期間以外の第2期間と、前記第1期間における充電需要の目標レベルとを、記憶手段に記憶する記憶手順と、
前記複数の自動車の各々から、当該自動車の充電必要量を受け付ける受付手順と、
前記第1期間では、前記充電需要の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、前記第2期間では、複数の前記充電必要量の総量から前記第1期間内の前記充電による充電量を除いた残り総量に基づいて、前記第2期間の充電の目標レベルを設定し、前記充電の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御する制御手順と、
所定条件に基づいて、前記複数の自動車に対して充電に関する優先順位を付与させる付与手順と、
を実行させるためのものであり、
前記付与手順にて、前記複数の自動車に対して、[必要充電電力量/充電残り時間×充電電力]の式にて算出される指標が大きいほど優先順位を高く設定させるためのものである。
(1)各EV107は、駐車中は常に配電系統102に接続され、かつ、配電系統102に接続している間のどこの時間においても充電が可能になっている。
(2)制御処理装置106は、少なくとも、EV107が配電系統102に接続された時刻(接続時刻)と、配電系統102に接続されたEV107が配電系統102との接続が解除され出発する予定時刻(接続解除予定時刻)と、EV107内の蓄電池107aの充電量(SOC)と、希望される満充電のレベル(以下「希望満充電レベル」と称する)または接続解除予定時刻までに要求される必要充電量とを、通信ネットワーク104を介して入手できる。
(3)接続解除時刻には、必要充電量または希望満充電レベルまでEV107への充電が完了している(ただし、駐車時間が短く、物理的に無理な場合は除く)。
なお、本実施形態では、希望満充電レベルと必要充電量とのうち、必要充電量が用いられる。

Claims (10)
- 電力を動力として用いる複数の自動車への配電系統からの充電を制御する充電制御装置であって、
前記充電を制御する充電制御期間内の第1期間と、前記充電制御期間のうち前記第1期間以外の第2期間と、前記第1期間における充電需要の目標レベルと、を記憶する記憶手段と、
前記複数の自動車の各々から、当該自動車の充電必要量を受け付ける受付手段と、
前記第1期間では、前記充電需要の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、前記第2期間では、複数の前記充電必要量の総量から前記第1期間内の前記充電による充電量を除いた残り総量に基づいて、前記第2期間の充電の目標レベルを設定し、前記充電の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御する制御手段と、
所定条件に基づいて、前記複数の自動車に対して充電に関する優先順位を付与する付与手段と、
を含み、
前記付与手段は、
前記複数の自動車に対して、[必要充電電力量/充電残り時間×充電電力]の式にて算出される指標が大きいほど優先順位を高く設定する、充電制御装置。 - 前記受付手段は、前記複数の自動車の各々から、当該自動車が前記配電系統との接続を継続する予定の接続予定期間をさらに受け付け、
前記制御手段は、前記第2期間では、前記複数の自動車の各々に対して当該自動車の前記接続予定期間内に充電を行って前記残り総量の充電を行う充電スケジュールを設定し、当該充電スケジュールに基づいて前記充電の目標レベルを設定する、請求項1に記載の充電制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記第2期間では、前記複数の自動車の各々に対して当該自動車の前記接続予定期間内に充電を行って前記残り総量の充電を行いかつ前記第2期間における充電の変動が小さくなるように前記充電スケジュールを設定する、請求項2に記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記第1期間では、前記複数の自動車の中から、前記充電が実行される予定の充電対象自動車を、前記優先順位が高い順に前記充電需要の目標レベルに基づいて選択し、前記第1期間で選択された前記充電対象自動車への充電を実行し、前記第2期間では、前記複数の自動車の中から、前記充電対象自動車を、前記優先順位が高い順に前記充電の目標レベルに基づいて選択し、前記第2期間で選択された前記充電対象自動車への充電を実行する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の充電制御装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記充電需要の目標レベルと、前記第1期間における前記充電の実績と、の差異を算出し、当該差異に応じた対価を算出する、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の充電制御装置。
- 配電系統から充電される電池の充電必要量を、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の充電制御装置に送信する処理手段を含む電池管理装置。
- 前記処理手段は、さらに、前記電池の前記配電系統との接続予定期間を前記充電制御装置に送信する、請求項6に記載の電池管理装置。
- 電力を動力として用いる複数の自動車への配電系統からの充電を制御する充電制御装置での充電制御方法であって、
前記充電を制御する充電制御期間内の第1期間と、前記充電制御期間のうち前記第1期間以外の第2期間と、前記第1期間における充電需要の目標レベルとを、記憶手段に記憶し、
前記複数の自動車の各々から、当該自動車の充電必要量を受け付け、
前記第1期間では、前記充電需要の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、前記第2期間では、複数の前記充電必要量の総量から前記第1期間内の前記充電による充電量を除いた残り総量に基づいて、前記第2期間の充電の目標レベルを設定し、前記充電の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、
所定条件に基づいて、前記複数の自動車に対して充電に関する優先順位を付与し、
前記優先順位を、前記複数の自動車に対して、[必要充電電力量/充電残り時間×充電電力]の式にて算出される指標が大きいほど高く設定する、充電制御方法。 - コンピュータに、
電力を動力として用いる複数の自動車への配電系統からの充電を制御する充電制御期間内の第1期間と、前記充電制御期間のうち前記第1期間以外の第2期間と、前記第1期間における充電需要の目標レベルとを、記憶手段に記憶する記憶手順と、
前記複数の自動車の各々から、当該自動車の充電必要量を受け付ける受付手順と、
前記第1期間では、前記充電需要の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御し、前記第2期間では、複数の前記充電必要量の総量から前記第1期間内の前記充電による充電量を除いた残り総量に基づいて、前記第2期間の充電の目標レベルを設定し、前記充電の目標レベルを目標として前記充電を制御する制御手順と、
所定条件に基づいて、前記複数の自動車に対して充電に関する優先順位を付与させる付与手順と、
を実行させるためのものであり、
前記付与手順にて、前記複数の自動車に対して、[必要充電電力量/充電残り時間×充電電力]の式にて算出される指標が大きいほど優先順位を高く設定させるためのプログラム。 - 前記第1期間は、前記自動車における充電需要を除いた電力需要予測に基づいて設定される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の充電制御装置。
