Description
前記サーミスターは、コネクタの頭部に取り付けられ、充電器直流(DC)ケーブルを介して充電器回路に接続され、充電器における抵抗と充電器回路抵抗を構成するように設定され、
前記充電器出力保護回路は、前記充電器回路抵抗が過電流保護閾値より小さい場合、前記充電器の出力パワーを遮断又は低下させるように設定される。
マイクロショートが発生した後、設計上に保護し、電源回路を切断し、発熱を回避することができるかどうかは、充電器の内部制御からみれば、解決手段がなく、コネクタヘッダ内部から充電器内部に温度検査を導入して制御を行うと、線が長すぎ、温度を正確に検出することができず、コストが高い。従って、本発明の実施例は移動端末用充電器を提案し、図1に示すように、少なくともサーミスター11及び充電器出力保護回路12を備え、
コネクタの頭部に取り付けられたサーミスター11は充電器直流(DC)ケーブルを介して充電器回路に接続され、充電器における抵抗と充電器回路抵抗を構成し、
充電器出力保護回路12は、充電器回路抵抗が過電流保護閾値より小さい場合、充電器の出力パワーを遮断又は低下させる。
Claims (8)
- サーミスター及び充電器出力保護回路を備え、前記充電器出力保護回路は充電器過電流保護回路を備え、
前記サーミスターは、コネクタの頭部に取り付けられ、充電器直流(DC)ケーブルを介して充電器回路に接続され、充電器における抵抗と充電器回路抵抗を構成するように設定され、
前記充電器出力保護回路は、前記サーミスターが正温度係数(PTC)抵抗を採用して、充電器における抵抗に直列接続する場合、コネクタの頭部の温度が昇るとPTC抵抗が増大し、前記充電器回路抵抗も増大し、それにより前記充電器の出力電流が減少し、更に前記充電器の出力パワーが低下し、及び/又は、
前記サーミスターが負温度係数(NTC)抵抗を採用して、充電器における抵抗に並列接続する場合、コネクタの頭部の温度が昇るとNTC抵抗が減少し、それに対応して、充電器入力電源及び接地抵抗も減少し、前記充電器回路抵抗が過電流保護閾値より小さい場合、充電器出力電流が定格作動電流を超えた後、前記充電器過電流保護回路が起動し、それにより前記充電器の出力パワーが低下するように設定される移動端末用充電器。 - 電圧レギュレーション回路を更に備える請求項1に記載の移動端末用充電器。
- 前記充電器出力保護回路は短絡保護回路及び過電圧保護回路を更に含む請求項1又は2に記載の移動端末用充電器。
- 前記サーミスターはコネクタの頭部に接続するプリント基板(PCB)に取り付けられる請求項1又は2に記載の移動端末用充電器。
- 前記サーミスターは前記PCBにプラグインをウエーブソルダリングしたサーミスターである請求項4に記載の移動端末用充電器。
- 前記サーミスターは前記PCBにパッチ固定抵抗器をリフローソルダリングしたサーミスターである請求項4に記載の移動端末用充電器。
- 前記サーミスターはPCB板に直接に埋め込まれたサーミスターである請求項4に記載の移動端末用充電器。
- 前記サーミスターは抵抗−キャパシタンス材料で製造されたサーミスターである請求項4に記載の移動端末用充電器。
